John wore a clean white shirt and slim—fitting pants. Sherry also looked a lot neater

than she had in the afternoon. Her hair was draped over her shoulders, and she wore

a white dress. However, her face looked a little pale.

When Sylvia and Odell came in, John showed a smile and stood up while holding Sherry.
