Mumbai is a big, densely populated city made up of seven separate islands.

One of the posh and expensive areas of Mumbai where all upper-class and rich people resided.The numerous roads connect the various places and they are beautifully constructed.Such roads are made even more striking by the large and towering buildings.

There was one reserved area in Malabar Hills where only a few tall buildings were situated which was more expensive than other buildings.

The sun was just beginning to peek over the horizon, and the birds were chirping their morning songs. Inside the oberoi mansion, a song was playing softly in the background.

a man is still asleep, but the song slowly began to wake him up.

Teri adaa, adaa pe marta main

AAHAN POV

Aahan's phone rang, and he answered it with his groggy morning voice, saying, "Hello." On the other end, his secretary informed him, "Hello, sir. You have an important meeting today at 11 a.m. with Malhotra Industries," as he handed him his daily schedule. Aahan acknowledged the information with a hum and nod before ending the call.

He was preparing for the crucial meeting, fully aware of its significance for expanding their business in North India. At that moment, his mother walked into the room and expressed disappointment, "Aahan, are you going to the office again today? We were supposed to go to Sarika's house for the wedding function."

Aahan replied with regret, "Mom, I have a very important meeting today, so I won't be able to make it. I'm sorry." He offered his mother a side hug, but she withdrew, clearly upset. She sighed and told Aahan, "Aahan, can't you spare some time for us? We should feel that we have not just one, but two sons."

Aahan tried to explain, "Mom, I'm really sorry, but this meeting is crucial. Otherwise, I would have definitely gone with everyone." However, his mother ignored him and walked out of his room, stating, "Do whatever you want. I am not talking to you."

Despite his efforts to talk to her, it seemed like his mother didn't want to listen to him.

AT DINNING TABLE

The Oberoi family gathered for breakfast, but Aahan's sister-in-law and nephew were absent as they were out of Mumbai. Aahan's brother remained in his room.

Aahan replied, maintaining eye contact with his father, "Everything is going well at the company."

"Aahan, I'm not just talking about the company. I'm more worried about you, my child. Don't work so much that you forget about your family," his father advised while sipping his drink. Aahan realized that his mother's words had influenced his father's concern.

"I understand, Dad, and I'm truly sorry I can't join everyone. But this deal is vital for our company, and I can't miss this great opportunity," Aahan explained sincerely.

"Aahan, come on, brother. Mom and Dad really want you to be there. At the very least, don't let them down," Aahan's brother, Aditya Oberoi, chimed in. He struggled to tie his tie, attempting and failing repeatedly.

"Aditya, come here. Let me help you. It seems you've gotten so used to Sarika tying your tie that you can't do it yourself anymore," their mother teased, making Aditya blush.

"So, Aahan, here's the plan. Finish your meeting and join us tomorrow morning," Aditya suggested while their mother expertly tied Aditya's tie.

"Aahan, you can make it happen. So, it's decided. You'll join us directly tomorrow morning," their father decided, rising from his chair after finishing breakfast.

The happiest person in the family at that moment was their mother, who nearly choked Aditya in the process of tying his tie.

"Yes, Mom," Aditya said, loosening his tie, which brought laughter from both Aahan and his father.

"Okay, Dad, I'll keep you updated on how everything goes," Aahan promised his father, who simply nodded in response.

AT NIGHT

As Aahan returned to his empty home after his successful meeting, a feeling of solitude washed over him. His family had already departed for their trip, and the house seemed strangely quiet.

He changed into more comfortable attire and headed to the dining room, where the staff had already prepared his meal. While he sat down to eat, a sense of emptiness lingered. Without his family's lively presence, the meal felt uneventful and routine.

After completing his dinner, he returned to his room, looking forward to relaxing. However, upon entering, his attention was immediately drawn to a prominent photograph on his desk. It was a close-up picture of a pair of eyes, capturing a certain vulnerability or a hint of sadness within them.

Aahan picked up the picture and examined it closely. The eyes appeared familiar, a reminder of his mysterious savior. They held an intriguing quality, as though they concealed an untold story. A mix of curiosity and concern stirred within him.

He had obtained this photo from a CCTV camera, and although the face wasn't clear, the picture had remained etched in his memory for four years. He could still vividly recall her face, despite the picture being somewhat blurry.

As Aahan continued to stare at the photo, he couldn't help but think about how this girl had unknowingly become his savior. He had been feeling lost and directionless lately, and seeing her face gave him a sense of purpose. He knew he had to find her and help her in any way he could.

Aahan had always been known for his sharp business acumen, but in that moment, he felt a different kind of determination. He knew he had to use his resources and connections to track down this girl and make sure she was safe.

In past, He called his most trusted team members and gave them the task of finding the girl in the photos. He couldn't rest until he knew she was okay.

As he lay in bed that night, his mind was filled with thoughts of the mysterious girl. He knew it wouldn't be easy to find her, but he was determined to do whatever it took. She had become more than just a pretty face in a photo – she was his reason for pushing forward.

When remembering all of this, Aahan had a slightly sad smile on his face.

"Kbhi sochta hu mera bara me sochti hogi vo

Phir sochta hu ye kya soch Raha hu me "

He murmured this while mocking himself before falling asleep.
