YEH LAMHA ✅
"yah yah mom, I'm just leaving for my flight and I'll be there before evening," Aahan stated as he packed his luggage for his flight to Varanasi.
Aahan arrived in Banaras after a two-hour trip, not knowing what he'd been seeking for the past four years was here.
someone has already begun to reconnect them both without their knowledge.
AAHAN POV
AT KASHI,
My phone starts ringing as I go inside the hotel where my family is staying. "Where have you now, Aahan? At the other end of the phone, his father stated
"Dad, I'm at the hotel entrance; tell me your room number,I'll be there after I put my luggage in my room." while speaking on the phone, Aahan remarked.
"Toh hum shaam ko milt hai, aahan me abhi hotel me nahi hu. Take a break till then "Before hanging up the phone, his father replied
"Aap aa gye, aahan chachu!" When holding Aahan's right leg, a child's voice came .
"Chlo nawab shaab aa hi gye, nahi toh tumhari dant ka parcel toh ready hi tha,"
"Well, finally you have come, otherwise the parcel of your scolding was ready." aahan brother said, smiling at his own silliness.
"bhai, kam see kam mujhe maa danti hai apke pass toh pura family package hai,"
"Brother, at least only mother can scold me ,but you have a complete family package." aahan smirked.
"Accha, toh you are not scared of me," aahan mother murmured, pulling one of his ears.
"ah, ah maa, that hurts"
"ha toh kisne kha ki apna bhai ka is trha mjak bnao"
"Then, who told you to make fun of your brother like this?" she replied, twisting his ear little harder.
"Well, okay, pardon me, or else I'm going back," aahan remarked, pouting.
and this trick was successful
" Chachu, why did you arrive so late, you know I was missing you," Abhi remarked, his eyes welling up.
"ah ah abhi bache, don't be like this, see I am here in front of you," he murmured, touching his cheeks.
"Well, that's why Abhi is happy now," Abhi remarked, sipping his tears and smiling.
"thats my good boy," Aahan murmured as he took Abhi in his arms.
"OK, okay, enough onion-cutting here," aahan mother said with a smile.
"Where is Bhabhi, Maa?" he stated ""Ahh Sarika, I assume she's with her relatives," his brother added as he searched for his wife.
"Well now, aahan, go and relax," his mother replied, touching her son's cheeks, which made aahan smile.
"Chachu, I, too, want to sleep," abhi murmured, snuggling closer into aahan's neck.
" Hey, aahan isko bhi le jao, ye subha ke 5 bja see utha hua hai apni mummy ka sath, me itna apni biwi ko dundh lu,"
"Hey, take him also, he got up at 5 o'clock in the morning with his mother, and in the meanwhile let me find my wife."
his brother winked.
"ha ha bhai khi bhabhi lonely na feel kar rhi ho" aahan chuckled as his mother softly slapped his hand
IN EVENING
"Abhi bache, wake up, it's past 6, don't you want to dance at your mamu's marriage?" aahan remarked, shaking abhi's sleeping shoulder.
"kisne bola, hme jana nhi hai," abhi sighed as he rubbed his eyes with his palm.
"Ha to chlo, abhi ko ready krte hai," Aahan remarked as he picked up Abhi in his arms.
AFTER 20 MIN
They are both nicely dressed, with Abhi wearing a lovely traditional attire and Aahan properly dressed in his green kurta pajama, as they both look good.
"Let's go, Chachu," Abhi remarked as he led him out of the room.
"Slow down, abhi, let me grab my phone from the room," Aahan replied as he picked up his phone.
AAHAN and AUTHOR POV MIX
AT VENUE
"So, sir, you're here at last. How was your meeting?" his father greeted Aahan as he arrived at the venue.
"Namaste, Dad. Well, someone invited me so warmly, I had to come," Aahan teased his father.
"And about my meeting, it went well. I got the deal," Aahan added with a happy tone.
"That's wonderful news," his father replied with a smile.
While glancing around, Aahan finally spotted his sister-in-law.
"Hello, sis, do you even remember me?" Aahan exclaimed as he side-hugged his sister-in-law.
"Oh, who said I could forget my brother-in-law?" she whispered as she slipped out of his embrace.
"Hello, Krish, how are you?" Aahan greeted Krish (Sarika's brother and the groom) while shaking hands.
"Aahan bhai, I'm good. How about you?" they exchanged pleasantries.
As they were chatting, someone called for Sarika. "Sarika, come here," and she excused herself.
Sarika approached a group and hugged a girl while smiling. Since she was facing away from them, they couldn't see who it was. Nevertheless, Aahan felt like he had seen this figure before, but he brushed off the feeling.
While they were all engaged in conversation, Aahan's brother, Krish, and Abhi were simply looking around, perhaps searching for a friend.
Aahan received a message from his secretary about an important contract with the Malhotra company. As it held significance, he excused himself and started making a call to Akhil.
While he was on the phone, someone bumped into him and muttered something softly. It was the same girl who had hugged his sister-in-law.
"I'm really sorry," Aahan responded, checking to see if she had been hurt.
Yet, despite everything, it felt as if time had come to a standstill the moment I laid eyes on her face; she was the one I had been searching for over the past four years.
I was frozen in place.
"It's okay," she said, completely unaware of how eagerly I had yearned to hear her voice again over the past two winters.
I snapped back to reality when a voice asked, "Sir, are you there?" I tried to catch another glimpse of her, but she had vanished. Was I still dreaming? I wondered, absentmindedly stroking my cheek as if attempting to rouse myself from a dream.
"Sir, are you there? Can you hear me?" a voice reassured me that this wasn't a dream.
My Ms. Savior had been right here a moment ago, standing before me.
"Yes, akhil, I can hear you," i responded as he composed himself.
"Sir, the Malhotra company has just contacted us. They want to speak with you about our new project "explained his secretary
"Well, tell him I'm not in Mumbai right now, so let's do an online conference," Aahan said professionally.
"Okay, sir, I will notify you about this situation after speaking with him," Aahan cut the call without saying anything since he was scared of losing her again.
as he looked around in the process of looking for her. He noticed someone was clutching on his ms. savior's leg, and it was none other than Abhi.
"So, Ms. Rescuer, you were right here, so close to my family, and I had no idea," he chuckled.
Aahan held a deep and enduring love for "Ms. Rescuer." She was the person he had been searching for over the past four years, and his heart had never forgotten her kindness and the serendipitous encounter that had brought them together.
He remembered every detail about her. Her long, beautiful hair had grown even longer, flowing down to her hips, adding to her allure. But what truly enchanted him were her dimples, a delightful feature he hadn't noticed back then. Now, as she smiled, those dimples lit up her face, making her even more captivating.
For Aahan, she was more than just a rescuer; she symbolized hope and a second chance. His heart raced when he saw her, and he marveled at the twist of fate that had reunited them. Her smile brought him comfort, her presence filled a void, and in her, he found a love that had been patiently waiting to be reignited.
All he remembers is her eyes. How can he forget them?
He has been seeing her eyes for the last 4 years.
Her eyes. Her sad eyes which now look more enchanting
"You are more beautiful than I had ever imagined," he said, his eyes shining with adoration for her.
"This is our Srishti," he listened as a child argued with his brother Abhi over his Ms. Savior.
"SRISHTI"
"Okay, so our Ms. Savior's name is Srishti," he said slowly, then started chuckling, "and here I couldn't find our Srishti in the whole UNIVERSE(srishti)."
Even after attending the entire mehndi and sangeet functions, Aahan couldn't help but keep an eye on her from a distance, a fact that didn't escape his sister-in-law's notice.
"Why are you staring at her like that, Aahan? If someone catches you staring at her like that, you'll get a good scolding," Sarika said, playfully smacking him on the back of his head.
"No, Bhabhi, I'm not looking at her," he protested. "You're still staring at her. Tell me why you're looking at her like this," Sarika questioned, twisting his ears.
"Ouch, Bhabhi, I'm telling you, she's our Ms. Savior," he mumbled, trying to escape the torture.
"Neelam aunty's daughter, Srishti? But she lives in Kashi, right? Are you sure it's her?" Sarika asked with a puzzled expression.
"Yes, it's her. How could I forget her?" he continued, his gaze fixed on Srishti, who was feeding a child, leaving him in doubt.
"Did she have a daughter, Bhabhi?" he said, looking at Devika.
"Who, Devika? No, she's her niece. Srishti is not married, and I don't think she's even engaged. Devar Sahab, why are you asking? I'm asking again, are you in love with her?" Sarika teased, her tone giving away her playful intent.
"I was justâ" "Yes, yes, I know what you're about to say," Sarika cut him off mid-sentence, chuckling, and Aahan blushed.
"Oh, Devar Sahab, you're blushing, and you haven't even spoken to her yet," she laughed.
"But she did say three words to me," he mumbled, daydreaming, and Sarika snapped him back to reality.
"What three words?" she asked, surprised. "Already?"
"No, no, Bhabhi, she said, 'It is alright,'" he clarified with the excitement of a teenager.
Sarika burst into laughter, amused by his enthusiasm.
AUTHOR POV
AT NIGHT,
As Aahan walked out of his room, he noticed someone at the back of the hotel garden, and there she was staring at the moon with her big doe eyes.
He was looking at her as if trying to figure out what type of changes she had endured in four years. as he began to hum a tune that made him smile
Chaand Sifarish Jo Karta Hamari Deta Woh Tumko Bata
Sharm-O-Haya Pe Parde Gira Ke Karni Hain Hamko Khata
Zidd Hain Ab Toh Hain Khud Ko Mitana Hona Hain Tujhmein Fanaa
He returned to his room after another 10 minutes of staring at her and calculating every aspect about her, confident that now he would not lose her by hook or by crook.
What is written in their fate, the coincidence is so great that it seems as if someone is doing it with purpose.
