Moments later, he shifted his gaze and said, “…So, you’re deciding to go to the Jian Sect because of me?”

Ye Yu was bewildered.

She didn’t know why, but although this explanation reluctantly makes sense, Xuan Yi’s tone and reaction…made Ye Yu feel like he had misunderstood something.

Before he finished his words, the horse carriage stopped.

The retinue outside the window said in a low voice, “Your majesty, we’re at the tavern.”

What surprised her was that Xuan Yi, who had been resting in the horse carriage acted like nothing happened when he saw her reaction.
