Day 1 : 09 Jan : HALDI AND MEHNDI               Third person POVThey have selected hall to keep haldi and mehndi function. As haldi and mehndi is first applied to Mayur and then that same is applied to Vanya. Both the families arrive at evening. Everything was ready. They all were looking their best. The hall was beautifully decorated. First, Mayur's haldi started . He sat on the seat. Swetha, his mother first applied haldi on his face, hands and legs. Then Harish and then Varshitha applied haldi on him. One by one his relatives came and started applying haldi on him.    (Mayur's outfit) After all his relatives have applied. Harish has called Vanya's family to apply haldi on him. First Geetha applies haldi on Mayur followed by Dinesh and Vanitha. Harish : "Where is Vanya? Call her let her apply haldi on Mayur". Dinesh : "But..." Harish : "Arey, no but nothing, customs and rituals are made by us. We can change it a little for our happiness." Dinesh : "Ok, We will get her". Geetha come let's bring her. (Vanya's outfit) Vanya comes and sits to apply haldi on Mayur but suddenly someone pushes her from behind. She falls on Mayur and his face touches hers. Her face gets coloured by haldi on one side and her hands also gets smeared by his haldi while holding him as a support to stand. Harish : "You girls, Vanitha and Varshitha have become bad. Why did you push your Vanya akka?"Vanitha : "Sorry, uncle Varshitha pushed me and while holding something for support I by mistake pushed Vanya akka. Sorry akka and bava. You wait, Varshitha I will show how to push." Varshitha run from there and behind her Vanitha also started running. Harish : "Vanya, your one side face has been coloured by his haldi, why not colour both sides of face. What say Mayur?"Dinesh : 'No, we can't allow Mayur easily to colour our daughter. What say Vanya? "Swetha supports Harish and Geetha supports Dinesh. Mayur goes and supports his dad and Vanya stands by her dad's side. Harish and Dinesh stand facing each other and Swetha and Geetha also stand facing each other like they would start a war now. Mayur comes and stands in between his parents and Vanya also comes and stands between her parents facing Mayur. Both girls also come and they also stand facing each other. Dinesh and Harish wink at each other and bring their wives in front of them and apply red colour on their wife's faces and run from there and both the wifes also run behind them holding colours in hand. Both girls pour water on each other and run. Now, both Mayur and Vanya are looking at each other. Mayur goes forward and Vanya moves backward. He catches her waist and comes close to her. She stands still but suddenly she tickles him and runs away. He also runs behind her. The song plays in the background.. Mayur comes near her and rubs his face to hers. Vanya's face is coloured by haldi of Mayur's face. She puts red colour on his face and she again runs from there.) Mayur screams with pain and Vanya comes near him. Vanya : "What happened Mayur? Is the colour fallen in your eyes?" Mayur : "Yes, it's aching a lot."(Vanya goes and brings water bottle with her and dips one side of 'dupatta' in the water. She goes near him and slowly rubs it with her  wet cloth. Mayur's eyes are fixed on Vanya. He catches her hand and goes near her and gives forehead kiss to her. She is shocked by his sudden kiss. He goes from there smiling. She blushes after he went) Geetha : "Everyone stop this. We have left with Vanya's haldi. You both also behave like children. Now, where is Vanya?"Dinesh :" We are with our wife, so we should behave like children. What say, Harish?"Harish :" Yes, we are still young". Dinesh : "Mayur is here. See his face all coloured by red. It seems someone have coloured him with interest. Where is Vanya?" Swetha : "See her, there she is  coloured with yellow, it seems someone had coloured her with their colour. Hmmm..". All laugh seeing them. Geetha : "Muhurat time will be over. Let's fast finish with Vanya's haldi. Where are the other two girls? "Harish : "You all start the function, I will bring them."Vanya sits and Geetha applies haldi  first on her face, hands and legs. Then Dinesh applies haldi followed by other relatives. Swetha also applies haldi on Vanya. Meanwhile Harish arrives with Vanitha and Varshitha. These girls are all wet. They 3 apply haldi one by one. Harish : "Haldi rasam finished, now come on everybody, let's throw water on them."First Mayur is made to sit on this. Harish : "Everyone stop. First to put water on him will be Vanya."Dinesh : "Molle, let's take revenge go and bring your special water". Vanya goes from there and brings water in the bucket and adds milk, and eggs 🥚 in it. 😁 After stirring it completely, she goes near Mayur. Mayur :" Vanya, my darling, sweetheart, you can not do this with me. Please take that bucket away. You are good girl na, please."Vanya : "No, my brainless idiot, not so cute but little handsome boy, I will not take it away."Sppllashhh 💦💦 she throws water on him and after her everyone plays holi with him. Some add milk, some water. After everyone had done taking revenge, Mayur goes inside to have bath. Geetha : "Now, Vanya you sit. It's your turn now". Swetha : "No way, wait for Mayur. He also has the right to put milk and eggs mixed on her. What say, everyone? Let's wait and don't allow Vanya to sit. Hold her hands girls otherwise she will run. She is my intelligence daughter, I know her."They hold Vanya for about half an hour. Mayur comes there. Harish :" Mayur come now it's your turn to take revenge. I have kept milk ready for you and added 6 eggs in this bucket."Mayur smiles and takes it and goes near Vanya. Vanya :" You are my sweetheart na darling. Show them how much you love me". Mayur : "No, I am not sweetheart, I am brainless idiot na. I don't have brain, so I am not listening to you, my darling. "Vanya pouts and winks at him. He is stunned by her sudden move . She does some hand action to not put this on her as her skin will get dry. He only  looks at her and someone takes the bucket and runs away. It's Vanitha, she runs from there and Varshitha also runs behind her to catch her. Mayur :" Ok, I will agree with you but one condition otherwise I will prepare that same mix in another bucket." Vanya : "What is your condition?" Mayur :" I will tell you afterwards."Vanya : "Ok😏." He puts  cold 🥶 water on her. After him, everyone puts water, rose petals on her.Geetha : "Haldi is over, go and get ready fast, Vanya we will start with mehndi soon.
