Even though she like Qin Xue’s face as well and admired her for it, seeing her kick her own assistant down the stairs because of the swelling on her mouth suddenly made her develop a sense of disgust towards her.

Then, she remembered when Lin Yueqi scolded her without caring about her own image. With this contrast, she was even beginning to believe Lin Yueqi’s words and found her empty self-confidence even more likable.

Several of the male actors, including Zhang Cheng, couldn’t help but frown at Qin Xue’s behavior of kicking her assistant down the stairs, and they all frowned…

Even though the fans in the audience couldn’t see Qin Xue’s current condition, the crew’s opinion of her dropped a lot.

After checking Qin Xue’s mouth, the doctor determined that it was a severe case of shingles.

And she couldn’t rupture the blisters either as the entire surrounding area would get infected if the pus flows out, growing more and more…

Even if some sort of godly doctor were to help her apply some ointment, she still wouldn’t be able to recover quickly. After all, this was the system’s punishment. She just bore with it and wore a mask on the show.

After putting on the mask, the only parts of Qin Xue’s face that were revealed were her charming eyes and nose bridge.

Many fans had also caught a glimpse of the pus flowing out of Qin Xue’s swollen lips. Many of them were shouting, “OMG! That made me jump!”. But soon, everyone’s comments were taken onto the “right path” by Qin Xue’s PR team and began worrying for her.

“What happened to Ah Xue? Is she sick?”

At the same time, Lin Yueqi had no idea that the positive energy produced by her “let’s do this” actually attacked Qin Xue’s system. She also had no idea that Qin Xue would be wearing her mask for the next two days.

It wasn’t until Lin Yueqi passed the fully filled-up piece of paper to Wen Zhe that he finally came back to his senses.

After reading through the answers, he was looking at her in a new light. Lin Yueqi’s answers were logical and neatly-written. Her analysis was full and her presentation was very professional. In one glance, it seemed like a model answer, and it also gave him a sense of safety.

The netizens of the broadcast room were all commenting when they saw Wen Zhe’s eyes.

“LOLOLOL Wen Zhe is so confused! He thought his teammate was a bronze but she was a challenger hahaha, quickly pass up the answer! You guys got this one in the bag!”

“Omg, I’m dying hahaha! Isn’t Wen Zhe’s reaction too cute? Who dares say my natural dork Wen Zhe is a has-been! Drag them out and beat them for ten minutes!”

“Go Wen Zhe! Submit Lin Yueqi’s answer! Her answer is correct! Hahaha!”

Wen Zhe handed the answer tentatively to the crew. After a few minutes, a “ding ding” tone sounded. “Your answer is correct, no points deducted. Perfect pass.”

When Wen Zhe got the key, the look on his face when he turned around to look at Lin Yueqi was…complicated.

Seeing his expression, Lin Yueqi quickly bowed again in apology. “I’m sorry! I was the one who neglected your efforts. I didn’t have any team spirit and only cared about myself. But don’t worry! I’ll work hard on solving the questions after this!”

In order to ruin her own reputation, she deliberately wanted to lose, but she ended up ignoring her teammates instead. She felt very ashamed when she realized her own willfulness.

She thought that her career must be ruined after appearing in front of the camera without any makeup and even scolding Qin Xue at the foothill. She didn’t even need to try that hard on the answering section. After all, there’s no way someone like Qin Xue who graduated from a fancy university would lose to a “high schooler” like her, right?
