“Grandpa, you’re still not willing to accept that Luo Ziling broke off the engagement, right?” In the villa, Ouyang Huihui sat beside Ouyang Lingyun, who was leisurely sipping tea, and whispered, “Are you and Sister performing a double act today? Is it because you want Luo Ziling to fall for Sister and continue with the marriage?”

Ouyang Lingyun didn’t answer, simply continuing to drink his tea slowly.

Although Ouyang Lingyun’s face was still flushed, he showed no hint of drunkenness at that moment.

“Grandpa, I know that’s it,” Ouyang Huihui pouted unhappily, “I really don’t understand what you see in him, what’s so good about him?”

“What do you know?” Ouyang Huihui’s words made Ouyang Lingyun a bit angry, “Don’t talk nonsense in front of Luo Ziling, understand?”

“Fine,” Ouyang Huihui sulked, her pout growing longer, “I won’t talk nonsense, and I’ll even help Sister. Is that okay?”

With that, she stood up and walked away.

Watching Ouyang Huihui leave, Ouyang Lingyun just let out a slight sigh.

After leaving Ouyang Lingyun’s room in a huff, Ouyang Huihui didn’t go back to her room to sleep but waited in the living room for Ouyang Feifei.

To her frustration, however, she ended up waiting for an hour and a half, until almost ten o’clock, before Ouyang Feifei returned.

During the wait for Ouyang Feifei, Ouyang Huihui had already watched two episodes of a popular TV drama.

“Sis, why are you dressed like this?” Surprised to see Ouyang Feifei return, Ouyang Huihui stood up, “Did you take Luo Ziling out for fun?”

Ouyang Feifei’s outfit that day was completely different from usual, and as her sister, Ouyang Huihui felt shocked since she had never seen her dressed up like this when going out.

“I’m tired,” Ouyang Feifei didn’t respond to Ouyang Huihui’s surprise and simply headed back to her own room.

Ouyang Huihui, with gossip on her mind, couldn’t just accept waiting around without knowing anything for two hours, and she immediately followed her sister.

“Sis, did you really go out with Luo Ziling? Have you developed feelings for him? Are you planning to pursue him actively?” While asking these questions, Ouyang Huihui felt a strange and quite uncomfortable sensation in her heart.

Ouyang Feifei ignored her and strode into her room.

Ouyang Huihui hurriedly followed her in.

“Sis, did you really go on a date with Luo Ziling? Where did you guys go?” Not getting an answer, Ouyang Huihui didn’t give up and continued to question Ouyang Feifei, “Where did you go for fun?”

“Sis, don’t be mean, I’m just worried about you,” Ouyang Huihui said sulkily, not leaving as commanded by Ouyang Feifei but stubbornly lying down on the couch in Ouyang Feifei’s room, “I know you’re purposefully teasing him, hoping he falls for you so you can get your revenge. I suggested before that you shouldn’t be so cold to him; he definitely wouldn’t like it. You see, wasn’t my advice good? You changed your appearance, showed him care, and didn’t his attitude towards you change?”

Hearing Ouyang Huihui talk like this, although Ouyang Feifei didn’t respond, she didn’t force her to leave either.

Knowing her words had struck a chord with Ouyang Feifei, Ouyang Huihui immediately stood up, walked over, and took her sister’s arm, “Sis, a guy like Luo Ziling needs affection and care more than anything else because he lacked a mother’s love from a young age. If someone is harsh to him, treats him coldly, he definitely won’t like that person. When you first met him, you were so arrogant, it’s lucky you didn’t scare him off. “What are you up to?” Luo Ziling’s reply came back immediately, followed by several surprised emojis.

Seeing this message and the emojis that followed, Ouyang Huihui became instantly angry and really wanted to curse Luo Ziling.

But after thinking about it, she still sent back this message, “You helped me, so of course I want to thank you. After the long holiday, I’ll treat you to a feast. Then I’ll take you to a movie, or a performance, how about that?”

“We’ll talk about it when the time comes!”

“Where did you take my sister today?” Ouyang Huihui finally asked this question.

After asking, she immediately sent another message, “I’ve never seen my sister dressed up like this, nor have I seen her driving someone home.”

“Didn’t go anywhere. Alright, it’s getting late, I’m going to sleep now, good night.” Seeing Luo Ziling’s reply, Ouyang Huihui was so furious she wanted to commit murder.
