At the end of the last part of the story you read...Vatsala says a little sadly: "Lalit! Let me tell you one thing, don't feel bad! On the way, both of them stop the car at a roadside hotel at a place called Behror and drink tea.  While drinking tea, Lalit asks the shopkeeper for the address of the lady doctor.  The shopkeeper tells them the address, which was at a short distance from that shop. After drinking tea, both of them reach the address of the gynecologist's clinic by car.  Lalit stops the car in front of the clinic. Dr. Rajni Bhargava, gynecologist.  Lalit and Vatsala go to Madam's room.  Vatsala tells madam just as she had thought that Lalit is her fiance, they had come for a visit and before the marriage, they accidentally had physical relations last night, they do not want children for two years, they are afraid that  The child should not stop.Madam laughs after listening to Vatsala and asks, “When is the date of your period? Madam writes medicine in a prescription, Lalit takes the prescription by paying fee (₹ 500/-) to Madam and buys pills from the medical store. Both of them come and sit in the car, Vatsala takes out a pill and eats it with water.  Lalit starts the car and moves ahead. Lalit reaches Hill Fort-Kesroli Heritage directly after an hour.  After meeting madam, Vatsala becomes mentally relaxed.  After reaching here, Vatsala's heart becomes happy, the view and natural beauty here was worth seeing. According to Wikipedia, Alwar city is located 150 km south of Delhi and 150 km north of Jaipur.  Alwar is a center of tourism with many forts, lakes, heritage mansions and nature reserves.  Due to its proximity to Delhi, it is included in the National Capital Region. Hill Fort-Kesroli.  Located in Kesroli and built in the 14th century, this fort has now become a heritage hotel.  This fort is situated on top of a hill from where tourists can admire the beauty of the village and its lush green environment.  This fort was built 6 centuries ago by the Yaduvanshi Rajputs who are considered to be the descendants of Lord Krishna.This fort was made extremely strong from the point of view of security and war.  Over time, many different rulers hoisted their flags on this fort.  Earlier this fort was ruled by Mughals, Jats and after 1775 when Alwar state was established, this fort was ruled by Rajputs.  This fort has witnessed the origin and destruction of many dynasties. Now this fort has been given on lease to Neemrana Heritage by Commander Mangal Singh, which has been converted into a luxurious hotel by them.  This hotel has always been a center of tourist attraction due to its beautiful carvings and arched verandahs and today it is counted among the best heritage hotels of India. Vatsala and Lalit see each place of the fort, the artefacts and carvings there were all worth seeing, Vatsala liked them very much. Time passes in no time.  It was about 1.00 in the afternoon.  Now they had to leave after lunch.  Both of them reach a hotel to have dinner, the hotel was very big, the concierge welcomes them and opens the transparent door.  Both of them come inside and sit on a side table, and first of all both of them drink water from Bisleri water bottle. The waiter comes, Lalit orders lunch for both of them.  After some time, the waiter brings lunch in two big plates and places it in front of them. After having lunch, they had to go straight from here to Juhi Ice Cream Parlor in Khan Market.  Both of them started eating, Amar and his friends were sitting on the table next to them eating.
