“Our personalities are incompatible,” Tang Moxi replied aloofly. Liuli’s jaw almost dropped. Wasn’t this equivalent to not saying anything?

“Is there anything else you want to know?” Tang Moxi asked again.

“Actually, I want to know how much pocket money you’ll give me after we get married.” Liuli laughed.

“It’s up to you to decide!” Tang Moxi replied with a smile.

“Really?” Liuli asked excitedly.

“Yes! Just don’t exceed my salary.”

“Definitely not! But can I know how much your salary is first?”

“I can give you my salary card after our marriage!”

Liuli’s eyes immediately lit up. What a wonderful thing!

At dawn, Liuli finally got tired of chatting and fell asleep in a daze.

Moreover, she slept in Tang Moxi’s arms.

As the two of them lay on the long sofa, Liuli nestled in Tang Moxi’s arms and curled up in fetal position.

Tang Moxi lay on his side with one arm wrapped around Liuli’s waist.

The two of them were covered in a thin blanket as they slept soundly.

Liuli woke up first.

After she lost her footing and fell into a bottomless abyss, she was startled awake.

The room was very spacious and bright.

For a moment, Liuli thought that she had arrived in heaven.

Because the sunlight shone in, the room was enveloped in a glow, making everything seem dreamy.

When she came back to her senses, she realized that she was lying on the sofa with an arm around her waist.

Liuli’s body stiffened as she recalled what had happened last night…

She chatted with Uncle Tang until it was almost dawn.

Then, she became very sleepy, but she refused to rest.

“Mommy, hug me. I can’t sleep.”

Then, she crawled into Tang Moxi’s arms and fell asleep not long after.

She didn’t dare to get up directly, for fear of waking Uncle Tang up.

After Liuli turned around, she saw Uncle Tang resting his head on the armrest of the sofa. He was frowning slightly and it was obvious that he wasn’t comfortable.

Liuli immediately felt a little guilty.

If not for her, Uncle Tang wouldn’t have slept on the sofa.

From how scrunched up his long arms and legs were, he seemed very pitiful!

If she hadn’t suddenly come back to her senses, she might have kissed him.

It wasn’t until she felt that something was amiss that Liuli’s gaze slowly moved up and froze in the next second.

Uncle Tang was staring at her quietly.

The way he looked at her silently made her heart skip a beat.

She had forgotten what she was going to do.

“You’re awake?” Tang Moxi asked gently.

“Huh…” After Liuli came back to her senses, her first reaction wasn’t to answer yes, but to push Uncle Tang away.

But it backfired…

Under the inertia, she pushed herself off the sofa.

At this moment, she fell onto the carpet beside the sofa.

Tang Moxi quickly got up to pull her back and asked,

“Did you hurt yourself?”

Liuli felt so embarrassed that she covered her face.

“Did you accidentally scratch your face?” Tang Moxi asked with concern as he reached out to pull Liuli’s hand away.

“No!” Liuli quickly shook her head in embarrassment!

“It’s good that you didn’t accidentally scratch yourself. Why are you so timid? Even talking to you scares you!” Tang Moxi rubbed her head and asked with a smile.

“I’m not timid. The bed is too small!” Liuli retorted.

The next second, she looked down at the sofa and realized something.

She and Uncle Tang were not lying on the bed, but on the sofa.

“Do you want to go to the bedroom and lie down for a while longer?

I’ll make breakfast and call you when I’m done!” Tang Moxi asked.

“Aren’t you going to sleep? No, I mean, you’re going to make breakfast yourself?” Liuli quickly explained.

She was afraid that Uncle Tang would misunderstand and think that she was inviting him into the room to sleep with her!

This was a huge misunderstanding!

“Otherwise, do you want to go out and eat instead?” Tang Moxi raised his eyebrows and asked.

“I can eat at home!”

“It’s best if you eat your fill before going back. Otherwise, it’ll make me seem like a negligent boyfriend!” Tang Moxi replied with a smile before getting up and walking towards the bedroom.

Liuli blushed again.

She had not thought of this at all!

After Tang Moxi washed up, he went to the kitchen to make breakfast.

Liuli hugged a pillow and curled up on the sofa. She felt conflicted about whether to continue sleeping or brush her teeth and wash her face.

Truthfully, what she was the most conflicted about was why she had slept here last night!

At this moment, there was really no way for her to explain herself.

She had no choice but to marry him.

“Liuli, there’s a new toothbrush and towel in the bathroom cabinet. Help yourself!”

“Oh, okay!” Liuli replied before getting up and walking towards Uncle Tang’s bedroom. Halfway there, she suddenly cried out in surprise.
