Chapter 202: Reconcile Once Again
Substitute Bride Phoenix, The Tyrant's Pampered Demon Empress
Liu Rushuang smiled bitterly.
A thousand times? She probably couldnât finish that if it took half a year. That tyrant really knew how to torture people.
Han Moze stepped outside and ordered people to send Xu Ziling away.
Ziling immediately arrived at the Deities Palace and wept weakly. âBrother Han, why are you sending me away? I havenât even healed yet.â
Han Mozeâs eyes were dark and hauntingly sinister. âWuxin, Wuqing, take Princess Ziling back,â he ordered in a chilling voice.
âYes, Your Majesty.â Wuxin and Wuqing took their orders and lifted Ziling out of the Deities Palace.
âBrother Han, I beg you not to kick me out! I wonât ever make my royal sister-in-law mad again!â Ziling yelled tearfully.
Han Moze looked cold and glum as he continued to handle paperwork.
Liu Rushuang looked at the âLessons for womenâ book before her and let out a chilling laugh. Then, he tore up the book and threw it to the floor with darkness in her eyes.
âYour Majesty, you mustnât. The emperor ordered that you must finish copying before you can leave the palace gates.â The palace maidâs face turned pale white in fear and hurriedly tried to persuade her out of it.
âHmph! Tell that tyrant that I didnât do anything wrong, so why should I be punished?â Liu Rushuang cried with a deep and resounding voice before she left for the rear of the hall.
The palace maid passed on Liu Rushuangâs message to Han Moze, to which a dark aura shrouded his face. He wasnât the least bit imposing in front of that woman.
âSend the empress another book and ask her if she chooses the man in person or the book,â Han Moze said with an evil smile.
âYes, Your Majesty!â The palace maid didnât really understand. What did he mean by the âchoosing the man in person?â
When Liu Rushuang heard what the palace maid relayed, she furiously gritted her teeth. She grabbed the brush and started copying.
Why would she choose that tyrant?
Han Moze arrived at the Dark Moon Palace in the evening and saw Liu Rushuang sitting in front of the desk with her head down, copying âLessons for womenâ. She looked really beautiful! But his heart was still very annoyed! âYouâd rather choose the book than choose me?â He exclaimed in a chilling voice.
âThat goes without saying!â Liu Rushuang said coldly with her eyes transfixed on copying the book.
Han Mozeâs face couldnât help but look grim. He walked over and tore up âLessons for womenâ, then threw it to the floor. âYou must choose me!â He cried in a deep voice.
Liu Rushuang stopped her brush and burst into laughter. How could that tyrant act like such a child? She got up with a smile. âIf I donât have to copy, then Iâll go rest now.â
Han Moze walked over to hug Liu Rushuang. âDid you think that youâd just get away with talking back to me today?â He asked with a cold yet seductive smile.
Liu Rushuangâs whole body tensed up as she looked over at Han Moze. âW-what do you want?â
Han Moze spoke softly with a hint of a plea in his voice. âShuangâer, could you completely give yourself to me? I want you to give birth to my child.â
Liu Rushuang looked clearly uncomfortable, then turned her head. âWait a while longer,â she whispered.
âAlright, Iâll wait for you,â Han Moze said with a slightly dull look in his eyes.
Liu Rushuang blinked at Han Moze. âDid you really think that I was wrong this afternoon?â
Han Moze furrowed his brows and thought about it for some thought. âI donât know,â he said with an emotionless tone of voice.
Liu Rushuang grunted flatly, then turned his head. âIf you donât believe me, then forget it.â
Han Moze smiled, then hugged Liu Rushuang to the hot spring.
In the evening, Liu Rushuang laid in Han Mozeâs embrace and pulled a slight smile. âI hear that you sent Xu Ziling away. Didnât you think that I was in the wrong? Why did you send her away?â
Han Moze smiled and whispered into Liu Rushuangâs ear. âShe made us argue. Donât you think she was wrong for doing that?â
The numbing feeling in Liu Rushuangâs ears spread to her whole body and she lowered her head. âYou are truly cold to just anyone, and you call me merciless. It looks like youâre more merciless than I am a hundred times over.â
