Chapter 16 Day 3 hospital

Waking up many hours later Sophie had a nurse directly staring at her and every cord was still placed on yesterday aswell as a few extra just to monitor her status. Sophie could see this nurse although as much as she wanted to talk to her she couldn't remember how to , and somehow the nurse was able to pick up on the frustration sophie was feeling and said

" its okay your minds just coming back to you within no time you'll be talking again , your going off for a MRI in a few minutes weve phoned a registra and nurse to go down with you, just incase anything bad happens, afterwards youll go back to the room with meg"

Sophie was so confused at this point she just nodded her head in agreeance although she couldn't remember who meg was , meanwhile meg had woken up , still as concerned as ever for Sophie , just as the nurse that comforted meg durn the night was ending her shift meg decided to ask how Sophie was and was told shell return soon , shes just having some tests then she'll be back

Soon After

Sophie was taken for MRI whicj made her stay still for an hour although at this point staying still was the least of sopjies worries as her memory and ability to talk slowly returned , the MRI went well without complications although while laying still sophie had a daydream

it was of her and her crush getting married at an outdoor venue on a sunday in a small country , and meg was one of the bridesmaids , although what makes this daydream diffrent was that Sophie imagined Eric and Lisa saying thank goodness we saved that child she suits our son perfectly. And then meg saying im glad you saved me aswell lisa because otherwise i wouldnt have been able to learn a few words i did ages ago while i and sophie wher in hospital

and they are "god has a plan for you no matter what it doesnt matter when we die "

you may have saved one life but in the process you saved two as if i hadnt heard the words "god has a plan for you " i dont believe that i ever would have returned home.

this daydream ended with Sophie and her crushes exchange of rings and just about as they were going to kiss there was a buzzing noise

"Your MRI is over came through a machine please cross your arms as we wheel you from the machine , your one of our stillest patients weve ever had were you having a sleep or some thing?

Soon After Sophie, and the few cords she still had on were being wheeled back to the children's ward where meg was sitting there waiting for her, worrying asto weather she was okay
