After the dinner, everyone is waiting for dessert. Aaruhi walked in with a cake and placed it in the middle.

“Woah!! Cake…" Kabir grinned, rubbing his hands excitedly.

But the next moment, everyone gasps in surprise looking at the cake. Ryan and Aaruhi smile at their reaction.

“Siya,..." Ruhaan looked at his wife with a pleasant surprise. She nodded and smiled.

“Oh my God!! I am going to be an uncle…Dad!! You are finally grandpa," Kris screams in happiness then looking at his father, he teases him.

Aaruhi chuckles softly while Ryan shakes his head smiling at his brother.

Vivaan frown and said,

“So what? I am really happy as I am going to have my first grandchild…"

"That means you are old now, Dad!!” Kabir said giggling.

Everyone laughs when Vivaan widens his eyes at his comment. Kritika chuckled at her husband as he hated it when someone said something about his age.

“Oh! Madam why are you laughing, huh? You are also grandma…Dadi Amma ban gyi ho!" He said to his wife, making her stop laughing.

"So, what?? I know, okay and I am happy,”

Everyone sighs at their bickering and let them be.

“Thank you, Bhabhi. And congratulations!!" Kris and Kabir run to her and hug from the side. She chuckled and hugged them together.

“Oh! Hello…I also became a father. We are having a baby," Ryan said looking at his brother who is hugging his wife ignoring him.

He also contributes and has done deeds.

Aaruhi gave him a teasing look. Kris and Kabir pull back from hug and hug him tightly who groan playfully.

Their parents chuckled seeing them so happy.

Ruhaan smiles affectionately looking at his children, feeling so happy and finally his heart is at peace.

He looks at his wife, who has satisfaction on her face as they share the same emotion right now.

After everyone congratulates the couple, they cut the cake together and feed everyone sharing the happiness with each other.

Ruhaan patted Aaruhi’s head and smiled down at her, seeing her so full of life and happy.

“Take care of yourself, beta. And stay happy and healthy always," Aaruhi grinned at her and nodded.

Then he hugs his son, who wraps his hands around his father as if he is waiting for this for long. This hug is different from their other hugs. They are sharing the same emotion of being a father. Ryan closes his eyes, feeling emotional wrapped in his father’s embrace.

“I am so happy for both of you. Take care of her. You are a father now. I know my son will be the best father," Ryan smiled hearing such encouraging words from him.

“I wanted to be a father just like you, Dad. I want my child to be proud of me like I am proud of you. I am blessed to you as my father, my protector, my very own superhero. I wish to be like you…" Ruhaan's eyes turned watery but his lips curved into a content smile.

Hearing this from Ryan, he is glad that he didn't fail his son, he passed the test of being a good father.

Everyone smiles seeing the father and son.

Siya wiped the tears that rolled down from her eyes feeling ecstatic and overjoyed.

They pull back and Ruhaan pat his son’s shoulder lightly.

After having the cake and sharing the excitement of the first baby of the next generation, everyone retired to the bed.

Coming inside the room, Ryan pull Aaruhi in a gentle hug and stay like that for a while.

She smiles while hugging him and hides her face in his neck. Her smile widened when she felt him kiss her temple and stroking her back gently.

“Please tell me, I am not dreaming.." he whispered into her hair.

Her eyes filled with happy tears and she giggled lightly against his skin. She shakes her head.

“No, you are not. We are having a baby, Ryan… " she closes her as her word again raises the happiness and excitement into her heart.

Ryan slightly moves back and cups her face before looking at her with adoration.

“I am so sorry for hurting you in the past few days. Please forgive me, love. I lost it seeing you in that condition. But please don't ever do anything like that ever again. It hurts my soul, Ruhi. I can't see you in pain…but I shouldn’t be so hard. For that I am so sorry…" she shook her head looking at him.

"You don't have to apologize. I was also wrong. I shouldn't believe in those things. I promise I won't repeat that ever. Just don't stop talking to me …you can scold me, shout at me but just don't ignore me. I hate it,” he regretted his behavior.

“I will never, Meri Jaan…I am so sorry…" he softly said and pecked her lips softly.

She smiles and again kisses his lips.

Looking at her beautiful face, Ryan lifted her up in his arms and walked near their bed. Placing her on the bed, he sat in front of her and placed his hand on her flat tummy and stroked it lovingly.

She smiles softly looking at him and almost cries in joy when he bends over her stomach and kisses her tummy.

“I can’t wait to see you with a cute baby bump," she laughs as she is also looking forward to her pregnancy journey.

It's not going to be easy, she knows but she is ready and excited for the upcoming months.

“You have to face my mood swings and tantrums, dear husband…" she playfully said looking at him.

He lay down beside and pull her in his arms and said,

"I can't wait to experience them. I am ready,” she grinned and hid more into him and closed her eyes.

He smiles and kisses her forehead before he closes his eyes to welcome the sleep.

“Papa!! Mummaa!!" Aaruhi shouted happily as she entered the Agnihotri house.

Everyone turns to her, seeing her coming inside the living room. Aashika rushed from the kitchen hearing her daughter’s voice.

“Aaru..my princess!!" Arjun said with a happy smile when Aaruhi hugged him tightly.

“How are you, baby??" He asked her softly as they moved back.

“I am good…" she said and turned to her mother and smiled at her.

They hug each other. Ashika smiles seeing her so happy.

At the same time, Ryan entered the living room. He greets everyone by touching the elders feet and shares a friendly hug with Abhimanyu.

“Where are Aaravi and Abheer?" She asked as they sat with everyone and looked around for them.

"She is giving bath to Abheer after Mister decided to play Holi in the mud,” Arjun said and chuckled at his naughty grandson.

Everyone shared a hearty laugh.

After a while of talking and asking for wellbeing, Aaruhi went with her mother in the kitchen to help her in setting the lunch for everyone.

“Diduu!!" Aaravi exclaimed excitedly and put 4 year old Abheer on his feet before rushing to her to hug her.

They hug each other lovingly and pull back.

“How are you??" Aaruhi ask her to which she nodded and said,

"Super duper!!” Aashika chuckled at her reply.

"Bua!!” They turn their attention to a little boy who is standing near the entrance looking at Aaruhi with his doe eyes.

“Oh my baby!! Come here, meri Jaan.." She calls him, opening her arms. He grinned widely and ran into her arms and hugged her tightly while giggling.

She took him in her arms and picked him up and made him sit on the kitchen counter.

“How is my bachcha??" She lovingly asks and kissing his head.

"Good good!!” he chirped, nodding his head and giggling.

“You are beautiful, bua…like a butterfly!" He exclaimed looking at her with his innocent shining eyes. Aaruhi chuckled in awe of him and loudly kissed his chubby cheeks.

Aaravi laughs at her son and helps Aashika.

“My cutie pie…" saying she hugged him close to her heart. He also hugged her back wrapping his small arms around her neck.

Lunch was set on the dining table and everyone took their seats to eat together.

Ryan is playing with Abheer and feeding him along with him.

After having a happy lunch together, everyone is sitting in the living room, talking casually.

Aaruhi looks at Ryan and he smiles softly. Smiling back at him, she turns to her family and clears her throat to get their attention.

Everyone looked at her. Aaravi shushes Abheer as he is singing his rhymes while jumping around the living room.

“We have something to tell you guys,.." Aaruhi said, looking at her family with a smile.

Aashika frowns looking at her daughter and notices her cheeks glowing with slight blush.

Aaravi looked at her brother with raised eyebrows and confused smiles. He just shrugged with a happy smile.

“We are expecting…" As she said this everyone's face turned into surprise before a smile glowed up in their faces.

Ashika has a teary smile, looking at her daughter.

Aaravi smiles widely while hugging her brother who is sitting beside her.

“Really?!!" Ryan nodded.

"Yup!! You are going to be bua..” he told her, making her squeal happily.

Ashika hugs her daughter and kisses her forehead smiling brightly hearing such beautiful news.

Arjun smiles softly at his daughter, happy that his daughter is starting a new phrase in her life.

Then everyone hugs and congratulates the couple on the good news and gives lots of blessings.

“I am so happy, Didu…" Abhi said, pulling back from the hug.

She just smiled and felt emotion when he kissed her hand softly.

“I am going to spoil you child so much…" he teases her to which she playfully glares and pinch his cheek. He whines like a child making Aaravi giggle while Ryan shakes his head smiling at them.

“No..no bua. Don't hurt, Dadda,"Suddenly Abheer ran to his father and wrapped his arms around his leg and shook his head looking at his Bua.

Aaruhi playfully raises her eyebrows at the little boy. Abhi chuckled before picking his little tiger in his arms and kissed his face lovingly.

Everyone laughs as his sweet giggle echoes in the living room.

After spending their whole day in Agnihotri house, Aaruhi and Ryan are going back to Roy house.

“Bua, stay with us. Don't take the baby with you," Abheer said, hugging her tightly, refusing to let her go.

“I will come back soon, bachcha. You mamu has work tomorrow and Bua also has to go to the office,..."  He again shook his head and looked at Ryan.

"Don't take Bua and baby. I wanted to play with the baby,...” he innocently said.

“Bachcha, don't trouble Bua. And the baby is still not here. You can't play with the baby now," Aaravi said, taking Abheer from Aaruhi’s arms.

Abheer pouted sadly looking at his mother.

"But you said, I am the big brother of a baby…” he asked her, frowning cutely.

“You are, baby but baby still has time to come to us. It is inside your Bua’s tummy as it is very tiny now…" She softly said to which he listened to her attentively.

“Now give bua and baby a kiss…" she said, making him stand in front of Aaruhi.

She leaned down a little, showing her cheek to him. He kissed her cheek. Aaruhi smiles brightly and kisses his cheek in return.

“Can I kiss a baby??" He asked, pointing at her tummy. She looked at him in awe at his cuteness and nodded.

Everyone smiles when he kisses her tummy and gently caresses her tummy from her top.

“I am Abheer brother, baby.." he said looking at her tummy with his cute smile then looking up at Aaruhi.

Ryan picks him up and kisses his cheeks lovingly.

“My Abheer is the sweetest baby…"

Abheer frown and shake his head looking at him and said,

"Now, I am not a baby, Mamu. I am a big boy and Bua is having a baby…you are so silly,” Aaruhi laughs hearing him while Ryan looks at him in amusement and tickles him.

Abheer laughed loudly, wiggling in his arms.

“Take care of yourself, bachcha.." Aaruhi nodded, hugging her mother and father.

Then she hugged her grandparents. Jaiveer places his hand on her head while Priya kisses her forehead. Ryan also bid bye to everyone and promised to visit them with Aaru soon.

They reach home at night and have a light dinner.

Ryan went with his father and uncle to discuss some business related work. While Aaruhi went to their room as she was feeling drained after an eventful day.

After a while, Ryan also came back and saw her walking around the room.

“Ruhi, what happened? Why are you pacing around? Get some rest, love. You must be tired," He said, coming inside the room and locking the door.

Aaruhi gives him a weak smile while rubbing her chest.

“I am feeling nausea and weird in my stomach," she informed him and again started walking back and forth.

He frowned in worry.

“Why? You didn't eat anything wrong…" he said in a low voice remembering everything she had today.

Aaruhi roll her eyes at him and said,

"Ryan, it happens. And it's normal during early days.." She told him but his frown remains intact on his face.

"Ryan, relax…stop worrying. If you worry about such a small thing, you will go insane," she said and chuckled softly at the end.

She knows it's normal for him to react like this. But he has to be strong and take things a little lighter. As in the future more is coming in their way.  These eight months are going to be a roller coaster ride for them.

“But you will get yourself tired like this. Should I make lemonade or ginger tea for you, it helps in nausea," he asked her.

She shook her head and sat on the bed feeling tired and dizzy after continuous pacing.

“No, it's okay…I am already full,"

"Just lay down…You are already exhausted from traveling and then help Mumma and Chachi in work… ” he said, adjusting the pillow for her before she laid down.

“So what? It's not like I will stop working and moving around  as I am pregnant now. It will make our baby lazy," she said seriously. He looks at her and chuckle.

"Nothing like this happens, Meri Jaan…" he said softly and kissed her lips lightly before covering her with a duvet.

“But I can't take a chance, right?"  He just smiled at her.

"Okay. Now go to sleep. I will be back after changing," she nodded at him.

He went to change his clothes after she closed her eyes to sleep. Taking a shower and changing into a t-shirt and sweatpants, he walked into the room and found his wife sleeping, like a baby, looking peaceful and innocent.

Smiling affectionately at her, he kissed her forehead and laid down beside her.

He pulled her closer, he slipped his hand under her shirt and lightly stroked her stomach and smiled softly. He is loving this feeling.

Looking at his wife’s beautiful face, he kisses her forehead softly, feeling his love increase even more as she is carrying the sign of their love, their baby. Something changes in him, something beautiful, since she gave him this blessing and made him father.

He can't express this feeling in words or any language.

“Thank you so much, Ruhi," he whispered softly and lovingly and hugged her closer to his heart.

She stirred in sleep and moved a little. After comfortably adjusting her face into his neck, she holds his t-shirt in her hand and sighs softly, going back to her dreamland.

Patting and caressing her head, he places his lips on head and soon he also falls asleep, holding his most precious person in his arms.

Next day

Ryan frowns and opens his eyes when the warm and soft body of his wife suddenly pulls back from his arms. He saw her rushing in the washroom. He got scared and got down from the bed hurriedly and ran inside the washroom.

“Ruhi!" He whispered looking at her throwing up.

He rushed to her and held her hair back and stroked her back.

"It's okay…” he whispered softly when she groaned and again bent down to let out the undigested content.

She cleans her mouth and gargles a few times after letting out everything. She is feeling better now but tired and weak.

Ryan is standing behind her holding a towel for her while she is washing her face with water after brushing her teeth.

He is staring at her in concern and fear. His wife is very delicate and soft. And seeing her like this,with tired eyes and pale face, pinch his heart a bit. He knows it’s normal to vomit and feel exhausted and weak during the first trimester of pregnancy but it is painful to see her going through this all alone.

“Ryan?" He came out of his thoughts hearing her low voice and saw her looking at him with a little frown.

He smiled at her and wiped her face gently with the towel. Looking at her face, he brushes back her baby hair with his fingers and kisses her forehead.

“You have to go through so much to carry our baby. I am so proud of you. I can't take away your struggle but you will always find me beside you in every situation. I will make sure to stay beside you whenever you need me, Ruhi. You are not alone in this, love…" She smiled emotionally hearing his words and hugged him, placing her head against his chest.

"I know…” she murmured into his chest and then looked up at his face.

Smiling at him, she placed her lips against his. He instantly kisses her back pulling her closer and cupping her face.

They share a deep and passionate kiss which is filled with love, respect and care.

Few days later

Ryan stumbles on the bed as he comes back from the office. Laying on the bed, she closes his eyes and gives some rest to his body after a hectic day.

Aaruhi comes out of the closet, hearing a sound and smiling widely seeing her husband.

“Ryan…" she chirped and run to him who is laying on the bed with close eyes.

"Ouww!!" He let out a groan, feeling a weight on him and open his eyes.

A beautiful smiling face of his wife greeted him. He smiles softly, shaking his head and wraps his arms around her waist before rolling on, making her back touch the mattress.

“You will hurt yourself like this, Ruhi. Be careful, dear Mumma…" she giggled, wrapping her arms around his neck and pecking his lips. He sighs internally at the feeling of her soft lips against his.

"I won't. Don't worry, dear Daddy…” she teases him as she whispers the last work looking into his eyes with mischievous glints in her eyes.

“Daddy, huh?"

He raises his eyebrows, looking at her in amusement and hovering over her completely. She placed her lips on the corner of his lips while staring into his eyes.

He let out a low groan, feeling her soft lips and the next moment he slams his lips on her and starts kissing her hungrily.

“I love this…" he whispers against her lips and lovingly sucks her lower lips for a moment before pulling to look at her who turns breathless in just a few seconds.

“Someone is getting naughty nowadays…" leaning closer to her face, he whispered in a husky and deep voice looking straight into her eyes which were filled with desire.

“Don’t tease me, Mister. And take me already," she said, holding his shirt collar before placing her lips on his jawline and starting trailing sensual kisses along his jawline. And giving a bite and suck to his skin in between.

He suck a breath and enjoy her sweet torture on his skin.

Suddenly he moves back making her groan in frustration at the loss of his warmth. He kissed her cheek before standing on the floor and started removing his shirt.

Laying on the bed, she stares at him while he is getting rid of his clothes. Her face started glowing with blush and shyness. He again came close and took her lips in an intense kiss while his hand behind slipped her satin gown from her shoulders.

While their lips are busy devouring each other's lips, their hands roam all over their body, feeling each other. In no time, she is laying bare under him and moaning in pleasure, he is giving her.

Once again they unite and become one.

Buttoning the shirt, Ryan made her lay down after making her wear his shirt. She smiles at him lazily and pecks his lips softly. He smiled at her affection and started stroking her hair softly. And soon she dozed off, hugging him close to her heart. Pulling the sheet over them, Ryan placed a small kiss on her head and continued caressing her hair until he also fell asleep.
