15 coppers for the 5 bottle of tea and 8 coppers for 2 bottle of 250g sugar earning them a good start of 23 copper ingots at their first sale.

The man hurriedly left to try out his tea.

The other butlers from their prestigious family see the thing and felt it is classy and actually something that is not as expensive as the 1 silver tea in the famous store.

Something so small like 3 copper ingots for a butler of a prestigious family can easily buy those.

Two more butlers from a well to do family come and make a purchase.

Of course they were entertained by Xavier glib tongue and they are quite pleased.

Buying 2 bottles of the same tea at once.

They are cocky and making snides and foul remarks but Xavier didn't comment back or feel mad. He patiently teach them the proper way of making a tea with his product. Of course they are reluctant to buy 4 copper ingot for a small amount of sugar but seeing the finely grain of pure white sugar they are mesmerized and fool into buying.

Gerald is just sitting there with his brother and smiling and giving the same explanation as his brother.

"Dear Sirs, I don't want to be rude but in our shop. If you want to reserve an order in advance, you have to pay half of the price in advance." Xavier said.

The three bickering men stops and look at Xavier.

Though the man looks refined and pure, they can't easily just trust him.

Actually he doesn't need to do this but some people later on will find ways to make trouble.

With this way, one of the most irritating problem will be avoided.

The easiest way to avoid it is to not provide a reservation and do a first come first serve policy.

This is fool proof.

But in this place, decent people and rogues are mix together.

He can't avoid reservations especially important people who likes feeling superior to others.

So the safest way is to ask for half the price.

This will build trust toward the buyer and the seller too.

This is actually a way to be more intimate.

"Okay." Butler Arwin said and hand over the 1 silver ingot and 50 copper coins (150 copper ingots), half price of his 5 kilos of each tea.

He has the exact amount right now but he didn't hand over everything.

Xavier took his vintage pen that was given to him by his former boss as a gift. He have 3 pens with his own initials on it and really loves it.

He take out his business card and at back he wrote the price he recieved the order is not yet delivered and signature.

He gives it to a stunned butler.

"Please take good care of this card. I will identify the owner of the item base on this particular paper." He said with a smile.

Xavier smiles.

"A trade secret we use in handling large amount transaction." He said without further explaining.

The two also gives their balance.

The more amaze they are the more higher will they trust him.

Satisfied the three left and ask when they will be back.

The others become more interested in them and in the end of the day, they have now  no problem.

The low key Gerald actually sold 20 teas and 5 sugar while he is busy chattering to the old men.

Gerald stops and looks at what Xavier is looking. It isa poster encouraging people to put their most priced valuables in the auction that will happen in 3 days.

"An auction. Do you want to auction something?"

Xavier smiles.

"We are not in immediate need of money but I think having extra is always a good plan. I will enter my item in a Grade C section."

"I will go with you." Gerald said.

They have now a lot of money in their possesion and alot of people see them.

Gerald is worried for Xavier's safety and he also will worry alone because he is the one carrying all the money.

The guard in the auction hall is large and tall.

"We are here to sign an item for auction."

Xavier said with a smile.

"At the back." The man said.

"Thank You Elder brother." Xavier said and pull Gerald who got intimidated.

"I...I was scared. Do you always approach people like that without worry?"

Gerald asks.

Xavier smiles.

"Brother, that man is a kind man. If he is not he will not let us get near and just attack us."

"Still, do you really have to risk it?" Gerald said.

Xavier smiles.

"As a business man, everyone with money is our friend." He said and pat his shoulder.

"Let's go."

The guard actually had a good impression of the two men.

The older man is ordinary and normal.

But the younger man looks refined and classy.

He will even believe it if you will tell him he is a young master in a huge family.

On the back door, Xavier went to the smallest auction part.

Grade C is like a market. The auction house will open the auction hall and display their item for people to view it. There has a number attach to the items and the owner will set a price for it.

In the auction house, the big event will start at 5pm.

But the auction house is already open in the morning.

Then the displayed items will be present one by one to the stage for people to view it.

After that, the item will be sold.

This is an auction meant for people who rarely got a chance to bid on the large auction that will happen in the afternoon.

It is an appetizer to those who came too early for the big event.

And this is the Part Xavier wants to participate.
