Over the years, she never asked Neil for money, and Neil was always wrapped up in his own affairs,

So, she just nodded and asked, “Is your body recovered?”

“Much better. Did you have another fight with Dad? You seem a bit off.

Maja didn’t want to go into it. “I’ve got work to do. I am leaving first, keep him company.”

Tricia obediently said, “Okay.”

After Maja left, the smile in her eyes disappeared, revealing a hint of resentment.

She had planned to get closer to lan at the banquet, but lan didn’t show.up.

She felt let down all night and ended up at the hospital to rest.

He could easily buy Glenn a mansion worth tens of millions but forget about the help Daly and Susan

gave in the past.
