Seriously guys!!!!!!!!!! Matlab at least take some time. I just posted the target here and after 2-3 minutes, the target was already completed. You are unbelievable.

" Baby," She said and a long silence prevailed around them. The line went silent for a moment and only heavy breathing was heard.

Aashrit was in his office going through some files when he got a call from Meera. He squinted his brows as if it was unusual. Meera never called him. He quickly attended the call worried that she would get into some problem.

"Meera, why are you not speaking? Do I need to come there?" he said worriedly standing from his chair and winding up the files But stopped hearing her saying a loud NO.

He sat back on the chair and took a deep breath to calm himself "Then what happened?" He asked with a calm soothing voice. While messaging Adwait asking about the situation.

And what she heard made goosebumps appear on his skin " B........Baby......" And a long silence prevailed after that.

Aashrit's heart rate fastened on hearing the word. A smile unknowingly appeared on his face. But confusion also.

"Baby I am missing you. You didn't even call me the whole day. I hate you." He heard from the other side.

And a chuckle left his mouth as at the same moment he got the reply from Adwait regarding Meera's ragging. He was now sure it was not Meera's words and decided to go with the flow.

"Sorry mera bacha. You know I have so much work to do. I'll make up for it in the evening, OK?" He said in a sweet voice.

"Ok" He heard a shocked yet small voice from Meera and Meera quickly cut the call making him shake his head over this quickly disconnecting the call habit.

I loved this ragging he laughed.

While on the other side, Meera was confused about the response from Aashrit which was not at all normal. She cut the call abruptly.

And as the call was cut, the whole group laughed and cooed at her.

"He is a cutie yarr." One of the girls said

"Avay.... Circulate the message in the whole university that Kavya and Meera Yaduvanshi are my targets now. So no one in the university will even think of ragging them." He said and left with others.

Meera looked at them leaving when her eyes noticed a group sitting there looking at her. She swiftly moved her eyes to not get the attention.

"Wow! You didn't tell me you have a boyfriend." Kavya said and Meera gave her a lipped smile.

As they were moving towards the canteen, suddenly someone collided with Meera making her almost lose balance and her bag fell from her hand.

"Sorry..... sorry...... I was not looking." The boy said and Meera looked up to see the same boy from the group who was looking at her a moment ago.

His fingers touched hers as he handed over her bag and a look of victory passed through his eyes. The look didn't go unnoticed by Meera.

"See you around sweetie." He left winking at her.

Meera stuck to the ground on seeing the scenes unfolding in front of her. This was the same look He gave her. His wink reminded her of something from the past and her hands shivered

Meera was walking in the corridor when someone collided with her. Her books fell from her hand.

"I am so sorry." She heard a voice apologizing to her.

As she looked up at the person, her eyes went wide. It was none other than Her Crush. She stuck to the ground while He collected her books. A blush coasted her cheeks on seeing him so close.

"See you around beautiful." He said and left winking at her.

Meera's heart felt giddy as it was the first time, he ever looked at her. Her crush called her beautiful.

Meera came out of her thoughts when Kavya's squealing voice was heard.

"OH MY GOD!!!!!! Our hot senior winked at you ." Kavya said squealing while Meera hid her face on seeing people looking at them weirdly.

And she just held her hand and dragged her from there while thinking about his gesture.

Meera was in the car going back home after much tiring day. She was glaring at Adwait and finally spoke

"Why didn't you come to save me?"

"Because it was not needed."

Meera was shocked to hear him.

"What do you mean not needed? They were ragging me."

"It was friendly, not harmful." He said again.

"I'll tell aashirt ji. " Meera said with a pout.

"He already knows," Adwait answered and now Meera was more confused.

Aashrit was sitting on the couch in the hall with a stick in his hand while Shivansh was on the ground doing pushups.

"Come on 100 more are left," Aashrit said lightly tapping the stick on Shivansh's naked back.

The whole family was there laughing at the condition of Shivansh.

"Bhai I can't. " Shivansh said almost falling.

"You should have thought about that before ragging your bhabhi," Aashrit said beating the stick on the ground.

Meera was feeling sad on seeing Shivansh in pain. Even she knew that his ragging didn't mean any harm. And his punishment is much worse. Shivansh has already done 150 pushups and Aashrit didn't seem to stop anytime soon.

"It's okay Aashrt ji. It was not that bad." Meera finally spoke after so much thinking.

Aashrit looked at Meera who seemed more hurt than Shivansh.

"Love you bhabhi. That's why you are my favorite." Shivansh said standing up.

"And who asked you to stand up? Increase it to 100 more." Aashrit said to him and then turned towards Meera " It must be hard for you to see. Why don't you go to your room and take a rest." He said in a calm voice to her.

His change of tone didn't go unnoticed by his family which made them smile at his changing behavior.

"But he might get sick." Meera tried to say.

" We have enough doctors," Aashrit replied.

Meera looked at the sulking face of Shivansh and just couldn't stop herself from saying.

" But I am the victim na. If I am forgiving him then why are you punishing him?" She finally said with a little pissed-off look.

It seemed exciting to everyone as they looked at the exchange of words between the new couple.

" Perpetrator needs to be punished so that they don't repeat the mistake," Aashrit replied.

"Not when they are sorry. And are accepting their mistake." She said.

" Are you defying me?"He asked not being able to answer her.

" No, as your wife I am saving you from making a wrong decision," Meera said standing her ground.

She is not going to let a man who doesn't love her to step over the man who treats her as an elder sister.

Aashrit stood up from his place and walked towards Meera. She slightly stepped back as he moved near her.

" You won wifey." He whispered near her and left.

Meera took a deep breath and looked at the family who were standing there with wide eyes

"Did Bhai just leave you unpunished?" Abhishek said shocked.

" Meera is a magician," Rashmi said.

" I love you bhabhi," Shivansh said standing up making a crying face, and coming forward to hug her as Meera stepped back,

"You are reeking of sweat." She said and stepped back

"Yeah, I'll take a bath and hug you. But I Love You." Shivansh said and ran to his room before Aashrit could come back.

"Good job shivu. Here's the key to your new sports bike." Pratap Singh said handing the key to him which he took happily.

"Do you think Dadu, all this would help Bhai and Bhabhi to come closer," Revati said giving him his medicine.

" Aashrit doesn't know how love feels. So we need to make him feel that. And once he gets a taste of it, he won't be able to stay away from Love." He answered.

"I just hope our Shivansh doesn't get disappeared in this whole process," Abhishek said patting his head while the younger one looked at him with wide eyes.

"Not just Shivu, but you all of them have to help your bhai and bhabhi." Pratap Singh said

"Vanar Sena and Dadu are ready to make our Bhabhi's husband change his mind and fall in love with our bhabhi," Shivansh said forwarding his hand.

Everyone looked at him with squinted lips but held hands together.
