The mascot holding the bellflower nodded eagerly, handing it to her. Lilyana accepted it, and just as she did, the other mascot squeezed in and looked at her.

Holding the bellflower, she smiled and asked curiously, “What? Do you have something for me too?”

The mascot nodded, which made Lilyana laugh.

“Is today a special day? Why does your restaurant have this trick?” The two mascots exchanged glances, covered their mouths, and chuckled.

Then, the mascot on the right turned away with his back to Lilyana. When he turned back around, he revealed a fluffy cotton candy in his hand. Wrapped around the cotton candy was a piece of colorful paper, and printed on it in a playful, childlike font were a few adorable words: “Smile and be happy.”

Lilyana stared at the words and was stunned. Then, she looked up at the two mascots and asked tentatively, “Calan? Collier? Is that you guys?”

“Lilyana, are you feeling better now?”

Having been caught, Calan and Collier didn’t hide anymore. They removed their costume heads, both grinning broadly at Lilyana. Lilyana looked at them, then at the bellflower in one hand and the cotton candy in the other. The absurdity of the situation hit her all at once, and she couldn’t help but burst into laughter.

“Thank you. I’m feeling much better now,” Lilyana said, her voice light but sincere.

Collier and Calan exchanged a knowing glance before sharing a smile. Lilyana waved a hand dismissively. “Alright, alright, I’m not upset anymore. You two should go change back into your own clothes.”

“Okay,” they responded in unison before heading out to return the outfits.

As they handed the clothes back to the staff, Collier suddenly turned to Calan and asked, “Calan, do you like my sister?”

Calan froze. The unexpected question caught him completely off guard. Collier studied his reaction, and in that instant, his suspicions were confirmed.

Calan hesitated before meeting Collier’s gaze. “Collier… how did you know?”

Collier smirked. “Just now, when my sister smiled, you couldn’t take your eyes off her. Actually, you always look at her like that. I just realized it now—you have feelings for her, don’t you?”

Calan found himself at a complete loss for words. He opened his mouth, but nothing came out.

Collier watched him for a moment before continuing, “Since you like her, are you planning to tell her? Because I can tell—she has feelings for you too.”

Calan’s eyes widened. “She has feelings for me?” He couldn’t hide his shock.

Collier nodded without hesitation. “Of course. Just now, when you were looking at her, she looked at you too—instinctively. She’s into you, even if she doesn’t realize it yet.”

A pause lingered between them before Collier continued, “Calan, my sister won’t figure this out on her own. You have to take the first step. Honestly, I’d feel at ease if you two got together.”

After dinner, the three were getting ready to head back when Collier’s phone rang. He answered the call, exchanged a few words, then turned to the other two. “Sorry, I have to go meet a classmate.”
