Chapter 1393
Comeback Of The Adored Heiress
Chapter 1393:
His children reached him, still eager to play. âWhy were you chasing him?â he asked them.
âBecause heâs nosy!â one child said. âAnd now, we want to make him the target of our game!â
The man knew exactly what kind of âgameâ his children enjoyed. He turned his gaze back to Collier, observing him more closely.
The boy was strikingly handsome, the kind of child one might expect from a wealthy family. However, his clothes bore no designer labels. To the man, that was enough proofâCollier was likely just an ordinary kid.
He crouched down to meet Collierâs eyes. âWhere are your parents, kid?â
Collier, unimpressed by the manâs presence, refused to answer. Instead, he lifted his chin and said, âA real father corrects his children when theyâre wrong, not encourages them. Thatâs what my dad taught me. You should remember that.â
The manâs expression darkened.
He stood back up, looking down at Collier with an air of superiority. âGo ahead and play,â he told his children. âWeâll leave when youâre done.â
âYay!â The children cheered, grabbing Collierâs arms to tie him up.
Meanwhile, Lilyana had just finished her homework when her watch chimed with a message from her younger brother. A single glance told her something was wrong.
Using the location and monitoring features on her watch, she quickly led the butler and several bodyguards to Collierâs location without hesitation.
Soon, Collierâs toy motorcycle came into view, parked by the roadside. The watch confirmed his locationâhe was inside the woods.
Lilyanaâs expression remained composed, but her presence carried an undeniable air of authority, with features that were a near replica of Madisynâs. She turned to the butler. âHeâs in there.â
The butler felt a wave of remorse. He had accompanied Collier out of the manor, but the boy had sped off on his small motorcycle, and his aging legs hadnât been able to keep up. Now, realizing Collier might be in danger, his worry only deepened.
They pressed forward, and before long, Collierâs voice reached them through the trees.

âItâs Collier!â
Lilyanaâs sharp eyes darted to the bodyguards. With a small yet decisive gesture, she pointed toward the source of the voice.
âCollier!â The butler, catching sight of the young boy tied to a tree, erupted in fury. His voice thundered across the woods.
âSeize every one of them! How dare they harm the young master!â It was rare for the Klein familyâs butler to lose his temper, but today, his rage knew no bounds.
The bodyguards acted immediately. Within moments, Collier was safely untied, while the family of five stood frozen, their faces pale with fear.
Lilyana strode toward her younger brother, her composure unwavering. âCollier, tell me everything. What did they do to you?â
Collier had been waiting for his sisterâs arrival. As soon as he was free, he rushed into her arms. His voice carried both relief and indignation as he recounted how the three children had been cruel to a dog, and he had tried to stop them. He narrated how their parents had joined in, bullying him afterwards.
