(POV)

"Are you going to miss me?" I asked while cooking the ramen we bought earlier with my face on it. She insisted to buy it. That's quite embarrassing actually.

She asked me to cook the ramen as my peace offering to her. I'm a bit offended she underestimated my cooking skills. I added the ramen with beef and bok choy for extra spice.

I'm confident of my cooking skills. It's extensively enough for basic Thai cuisine my mom taught me. That's why my friends and gluttonous Win always hanging at my house. I feed them well. I want to show it off and feed her too.

"I could use the distance, to be honest"

I looked at her and raise my furrowed eyebrows

"Why would you need the distance for?"

She sighed

"You making me out of my mind." she mutter while she was drawing harshly on a sketchbook on the island table.

Does she know i can hear her?

Should i pretend i didn't heard her?

"What?" I asked nonchalantly

She sighed.

She looked at me with her wide smile.

"Nothing. So i can finally focus on my paintings"

I turn off the stove and walk towards her.

"Am i that captivating for you to be distracted?" I smirked while leading on the island table.

"No, You're that annoyingly Disturbing"

I fake frown and put my hand on my chest

and said dramatically "I didn't know you're this cold babe. You're hurting my feelings"

"You're such a drama king"

she said nonchalantly as the corner of her lip turned up

"I thought Win was the playful one. I didn't know it was you"

"Don't bring up Win to our conversation babe. You're changing the topic again."

I squeezed both of her cheeks and added

"I know you'll miss me. Just admit it."

"No. Definitely not"

What a stubborn little woman.

Scrolling down my timeline on twitter for the updates from different fan accounts I followed. The trending topic was the leading lady on the new series they where working on.

The other toxic fans where attacking Tu Tontowan who will play the lady lead and be paired with Bright on the post the production shared. They post a sneak pick pictures and video clips behind the scene for the F4 drama series. The worst part was the rude comments on comment section in the trailer post.

They're having mix emotions about it. I get their point though. The part about the sudden separation of the Brightwin couple without a warning. It's hard to accept that in the blink of the eye in this series, they will not be partners but as friends.

But targeting the lady lead was out of the line. She was just doing her job. They have no right to target her like that. She still young and the toxic fans well, I will assume is beyond her age. They should be ashamed of themselves.

Seeing them together from the post. To be frank, they really look good together. They suit the characters perfectly. The arrogant look of Bright here and the fighting spirit Tu Towan showing is amazing.

I know they will slay this series. I'm extremely excited.

But the behind the scenes video clips. The way Bright look at her and guide her to make her feel comfortable for the scene was a bit too much for me. I close the clip and put my phone down.

Why i'm feeling this way? I feel uncomfortable.

This is just work. Why would i feel annoyed.

But i'm pretty sure Bright enjoying this too much. The way he laugh in the clips.

I sighed.

I stared in to nothingness while stirring the iced coffee with a straw in my hand.

I can see his post on social media but he doesn't seem to bother to call me?

Why am i bothered?

It's not like his my real boyfriend.

This is a trial relationship.

It's Saturday afternoon and I'm waiting for Luke inside a coffeeshop near my condo. I was sitting by the window with a traveler's notebook for my unfinished sketch, iced coffee and half eating egg sandwich on my side.

He asked me to meet up and said he has a preposition for me. A project for an event he wants me to participate.

I haven't been myself lately again. I can't seem to concentrate on my piece i was making because of a certain someone for a couple of days now.

3 days to be exact.

After the night Bright left my condo. I haven't spoke to him and i sure his enjoying his life there in Bangkok hanging with his costars. Flirting with his leading lady.

I've been meaning to call him but there's a part of me hesitating.

Okay i admit. it's was my pride.

And I'm not jealous, definitely. Why would i be jealous about her?

And I don't want him to see me as clingy or desperate girl. I'm a cool ass woman.

Yes. I'm a cool woman.

I don't need a guy to validate my worth.

I don't care if he calls me or not.

Tapping my fingers on the table.

Or maybe I'll just check my twitter for update. I'm their fan i have the right to know what is happening.

I grab my phone As i was busy scrolling my timeline when I heard a familiar voice I don't want to meet or hear again.

"Demi, it's that you?"

I stopped what i was doing. Frozen to be exact. Calming myself as i exhale slowly. I turned my head around and looked at the person who called me.

Jax.

The obsess guy my father wants me to marry.

What the hell is he doing here in Thailand?

What's with me meeting unexpected people in an unexpected place?

Please don't come towards me. Please don't–

"The rumors were true. You really moved here in Chiang Mai"

He said with his loopside grin as he grab my hand to shake his hand. He want to kiss my cheeks but i move back from him.

"This is unexpected" I fake a smile and removed my hand to his.

He looks different now as I remember.

He used to looked like nerdy guy but now he's wearing a expensive suit and flashing his wealth for the world to see. I haven't saw him after what he said and done to me. I heard he flew to America to finish his studies after the stunt he did.

What a cowardly boy.

" You're alone?" He asked as he slide the chair and sit next to me unwelcome.

"I'm waiting for someone" i said briefly

"Boyfriend?"

"No. Luke"

"You're still friends with Luke or

he's your boyfriend now?"

I furrowed eyebrows at him. As he smiled confidently at me

The nerved!

Why would this concern him?

"Oh. Nevermind. He's here now."

As he looked at the entrance of the coffee shop.

Luke wearing a navy suit, gray inner shirt and black tie as he walk towards us with a frown on his face. As people look at him for his intimating aura.

"What are you doing here?"

Luke said sternly as he gritted his teeth. He stared at Jax intensely as he stand near me.

"You have the nerve to show you face to her"

I hold Luke wrist before he loose control here. His temper always cause trouble for me.

"Uh. Easy man. I just met her unexpectedly."

Jax said with his loopside grin.

He stand up and fixing his tie and said confidently

"It seems your boyfriend doesn't want me here"

He looked at me strangely and It creeps me out.

"But. It was lovely to meet you again, Demi."

He tap Luke's shoulder which Luke shrug off then Jax walks out. I can see how Luke tighten his jawline intimidately.

Luke sighed; looked at me with a furrowed eyebrows and sit on the chair where Jax sit earlier.

"Why did you let him near you?

That twisted sick guy"

As exhale the breath i was holding.

"Just because you end things that was set up by your father and his. He doesn't have the right to do those things to you." Luke muttered

"The fact that he act like nothing happened wasn't surprising to me at all." I said calmly

"I just hope i won't see him again."

(POV)

Why is she not calling me? I just wanted her to miss me. I'm checking her story on social media using my hidden fan account but all i can see is about her paintings and where she went.

I'm not sulking or being a child. I was a little hurt that she wants distance from me. I didn't know she really was serious about it.

Should i call her now?

We're currently on a break. I'm holding and browsing my phone in my safe haven which is the restroom.

Someone bang the door loudly that made me startle a bit.

"Who is it?" I asked annoyedly

"Nong Bright? It's that you? Are you done now?" He said hurriedly

"Yep" I flushed the toilet for fakery, wash my hand then open the door. He looks funny waiting at the door.

"Thanks" as Gunsmile run passed me and pushing me outside.

I laughed at him and said teasing him " What did you eat, Durian?"

"Shut-up Nong! don't go just yet. I forgot i have to show you something" he said while making an disturbing sound in between.

I shake my head for his crazy antics. I fold my hand and lean on the side of the door. Scrolling my phone and checking my fans post. They are very imaginative and creative. I can help smile and laugh to their posts.

I heard the flush of the toilet and the flow of the faucet.

"Are you done?" I asked him.

He open the door and said "yes"

"Okay. What is it you want to show me?"

"Wait nong"

Gunsmile grab his phone, scrolling it and said

"I was monitoring my coffeeshop the staff send me yesterday when saw a familiar face in the video."

He show me a clip and said "this is Demi, right?"

It was a quick video clip. There a guy wearing a gray suit standing who I don't know grab Demi's hand and make a move to kiss her but She moves away then removes her hand quickly. She smile and said something and the guy sit beside her as the video moves away from them.

I gulped and said

"Yeah. That's her."

I fist my hand nervously and breath out slowly.

Just one more day and I can go home.
