"What is Bright like when he's with you?" Namtan asked randomly

she's eating vegan chips she got from the food counter earlier. I don't even know if we are allowed to get something like snack or drink for this event. Maybe she used her charm to the staff.

She is sitting in front of the vanity mirror while i'm beside her checking my phone about the brightwin concert today on social media.

They taking the social media world by storm. Even they can't make a hashtag or post about the concert event because of the political situation happening. The people manage to make a buzz about it. Their influence is wild.

We've been hanging here inside the room for more than an hour now after we briefly sneak out and went incognito earlier to see their last VIP show. We sat as far as the audience can see. We got afraid to be seen by other fans so we went back here staring at the four walls again. I think she's getting bored now.

I glance at her. Scratching a imaginary stubble as she stared at me excitedly for my answer.

"It's hard to say...We still to new to this. I mean our relationship and i don't know much about him personally.." i said softly.

Thinking about the days when we are hanging out together. He's different from the guys i'll been with. I don't want to compare cause it incomparable. He's fun, brilliant and even though he makes me blushed every time. he makes me feel safe and comfortable.

I added

"Hmm..so far we can talk about anything, He's caring even he doesn't say it much, he's overly protective and he always has a way to tease me.. " As the corner of my lips turned up

"...I don't know. But one thing i'm totally sure, he's the opposite of what persona i thought he is. "

I glance back at her in the mirror and she has the mischievous look in her eyes.

"What?"

"Nothing" she genuinely smiled at me as she bit again the chip.

I laugh at her. "You're weird Nam."

I nudge her with my elbow on her side and asked

"How about you?...with Win?"

She stop eating then said sweetly

"We've been dating for year and...so far the sweetness is still there. He's a real gentleman Dee. I got lucky"  her red ears are visibly seen.

I chuckled at her.

"You got it bad Nam"

She nudge me.

"Like you're not"

I raise my eyebrows repeatedly with a side glance.

"Touché"

She laugh heartily. "You're crazy"

I had past relationship before that didn't work out and it's different from my situation now. It's nice to have someone to talked about this stuff. I have Kai, Charlie and Moi to talk a sense over some things; share about my life and choices but it's different when you have someone who you can relate to.

I'm lucky faith is kind to me and i met Namtan who have same situation as mine, dating a famously known man.

Someone touch my cheeks then slightly pinching it.

"Ahw!"

"Babe, wake up"

A husking tired voice said softly woke me up from my slumber. I open my eyes, he was leaning on the edge of the vanity table with a worn out face. I subconsciously wiped my eyes to wake-up.

I didn't notice i slept in front of the vanity mirror.

"Sorry it took a while" as Bright pat my head with his hand. half smiling.

I sit as i quickly glanced over myself in the mirror if i had morning star or dried saliva on the corner of my mouth. So far I didn't have any.

Then said with a hoarse voice

"It's okay. I had fun chatting with Namtan."

I smiled shyly at him

"How did it go?"

He tuck my fallen hair behind my right ear and said softly

"It's was great.... I-I had a lot of fun."

I can feel how overwhelmed he is. the way i see his teary eyes and face lit up. His hands are still slightly shaken.

I didn't know who possessive me that I stand on the chair and hug him as he chuckled on my sudden action.

We stayed at that position for a while. I can heard his heartbeat and mine, every pound of his chest as he rest his head in my shoulder as if it fits there perfectly.

I cough

"Bright"

"Hmm."

"You know you deserved this and much more, right?"

He laughed vibrates at me as he hug me tightly and

i pat his back slightly.

"Try this, this one is my son's favorite"

Bright's mom said sweetly as she place the small plate of sushi near me.

Dining with your speed up boyfriend family is unforeseen turned of event I didn't expected. Gathering in small dining with Bright's mom and Uncle in private sushi restaurant at Mueang District.

Bright tricked me to believed we had to drop by for a quick meal. You know cause his hungry from the event. I was taken by surprise how fancy and private the place he wants to dine in. Little did i know his family was waiting for us to arrive.

I didn't got the time to prepare myself. My face is not ready to meet your family and try to impress face. I almost turned around to run out but Bright was quick to hold my wrist. Unable to escape. I looked at him with mix emotions. Slowly shaking my head but He only smile at me as he holds my hand then slowly dragging me to the dining table.

Call me exaggerated but this is the top most nerve racking experience i ever had!

"Thank you ma'am i mean auntie" as I politely nod at her with a nervous smile then i looked at Bright for help but he just smirk at me.

What the hell!

I dipped the sushi on a small saucer and taste it. It tasted divine.

"Wow..!" With my eyes wide as i cover my mouth and a blushed face.

I've meet a fair share of famous people and celebrities a like but meeting my bias fami—i mean meeting my boyfriend family is my weak spot or meeting other family in general. I'm awkward on this sort of things. I don't know how to act or what to do. I don't even normally speak to my relatives just a simple hi/hello how much more to his.

What to do next? I'm not prepared for this!

Why do i feel like i'm applying to my dream job. I can seem to calm myself.

I can feel my sweats in my armpit and my back.

She laugh "You're too cute, Demi. I never thought you're the artist girlfriend his been talking about. My son really is full of surprises"

I'm sure he is.

"Really? The artist? She's the one?" Uncle Kik asked surprisely to Bright's mom. His Mom nodded at Uncle kik.

Did i missed something?

I got puzzle why they react like that. I looked at Bright but he looked the other way with visible red ears. He cough as both his Uncle and his mom laughed.

"I sorry I didn't introduce myself to you earlier auntie. I got chicken out" I said as her mom laughed amusedly by my honesty.

"You've met?" Bright surprise as he raise his eyebrows

"Yes, i was hanging out on your store tent when she bough one of your merch." His mom answered smiling

She looked a me with her lovely eyes and said

"I understand child. There are a lot of fans out there and People will find out." She smile as she pat my hand added

"But i was happy to see you again. I'm so grateful for the beautiful portrait you gave me"

"The one on your room? Demi painted that?" Uncle Kik asked surprise

"Yes, The portrait of Bright and i when he was still a newborn. I let her see the picture while we are chatting at our retreat house and she personally gave it to me after our seminar 2 years ago."

"What a small world" Bright utter a surprise.

"I didn't even know she was your mom. I only found out afterwards when you post on social media" I added

"Wow this is unexpectedly faith!" Uncle Kik exclaimed

Shocked by Uncle Kik sudden outburst we laugh. That made me relax a bit and forgot my worries as Bright hold my hand under the table and brush his thumb at the back of my hand.

They are so down to earth and welcoming. We chatted for more than a hour. Laughing and smiling. I never experience this before even from my own family.
