I'm way to clean to be trippin' over some filthy bitch
I feel depression, now I'm sippin' on some filthy shit
I know I brush away the pain, but I be feelin' it (Yeah)
You was takin' shots and now you duckin' them (Yeah)
Friday 4th January
"Why do females love watching love & hip hop, my sister used to be obsessed with this shit I don't understand," he expressed to Renee as he ran his fingers through her hair while she laid on him.
Renee had recently cut her hair short into a short natural curly fro that stopped right above her ear. Renee thought it was time for a change coming into the new year so the first chance she got she didn't even bother going to the hairdresser she picked up a scissors she found in her draw and began cutting it all off. The next step she wanted to do was dye it but was still deciding on whether or not she wanted blue or red. She knew what they said about people who changed their hair from black to red and wanted to make that statement. Renee wanted to so badly break up with Tajay but she had been with him for years and they grew up together, she didn't want to feel like she was abandoning him especially since she knew Kain would want to start being serious serious after she would break up with him.
The thought of his sister as Kain spoke clouded his mind, Kain tried to not have his sister on his mind a lot because the thought of it made him sick to his stomach. His sister life was taken way too soon, he barely got to spend any years with her before she was taken away so his memory of her was only for 15 years but he knew that he loved her as much she loved him.
"I like the drama since my life is boring," she replied shrugging as she focused her attention back on the tv.
"Yeah because Lord knows you need some," he mumbled chuckling.
"Hey," she shrieked at him.
"I heard that," she fake pouted as she folded her arms across her chest.
"Girl bye," He did in a girly voice waving his hand in the process causing Nyema to let out a laugh.
Her laughing came to end as she the ringing of her phone, that sat on the glass coffee table, could be heard. She took a quick glance at the phone noticing it was Tajay calling, ignoring it she looked back at the tv.
Deciding not to question her on why she ignored Tajay simply continued to run his fingers through her hair.
A few seconds later her phone was blowing up with messages from no other than Tajay but still, Renee proceeded to ignore him.
"You sure you don't want to answer it, your boyfriend might need your help," he slyly threw the boyfriend in to see if her facial expressions would change.
"I have a question, or rather a discussion," Renee was sceptical on whether or not she wanted to ask this personal question. Yes, she wanted to get to know the real Kain even more but this was what she assumed was a sensitive subject for Kain as he had never talked about it to her before so bringing it up may bring some tension between the two.
"Wassup, why you looking like that,"
"You mentioned your sister, did you want to talk about her, I know where not super close but I would like to hope that we're getting there and I can get to know the real you,"
"I appreciate it, but I'm good I don't want to talk about it," he gave her a closed-off smile while looking down at her but Renee knew it wasn't real, however, she decided to not press the situation and knew she couldn't relate to what he had been going through since hadn't lost a close family before so she couldn't emphasise with how he felt.
Renee grew up with both her parents in a loving home and till this day both her parents were alive along with being in a happy home with her 4 other siblings. Renee knew she had a privileged life so she did everything she could to help others who weren't as fortunate as herself.
Once again her phone rang but this time it never stopped ringing, Tajay just rang her phone over and over again. Not having a choice but to answer Renee excused herself and made her way to her bedroom closing the door behind her.
"Why you ain't been answering the phone," he immediately said as soon as she answered.
Renee sucked her teeth as she sat up in her bed contemplating what she should do.
She got out her bed making her way back to the living room where Kain sat on the seat head deep in his phone.
"Sorry I took long" she apologised sitting next to him.
"It's cool" he replied putting his phone in his back pocket.
Getting comfortable he laid his head on her lap as she started to massage his head and shoulders knowing tension was built up in them, Kain seemed to be working extra hard for the last year ever seen his brother had gone to rehab and his dad had taken back over. Omar had Kain working day in and day out showing him the exact ropes of the game and the mistakes not to make so he doesn't end up like his brother.
"That feels sooo good," he expressed closing his eyes letting go of some of his stress.
"I bet it does," she mumbled as she trailed her hands down to his chest.
He turned around so his face was staring directly in front of her vagina. His hands trailed her smooth chocolate legs that were freshly creamed as he stared deeply into her eyes. He licked his lips biting it as well.
"You're beautiful in every single way" he sung off-key as they both laughed.
"Way to ruin a moment," she playfully rolled her eyes.
"Well is this ruining a moment," he leaned upon his elbows kissing her on the lips.
Renee deepened the kiss as she planted her two hands on either side of his face. The two parted ways with Kain biting her bottom lips. He travelled his hands down her leg inching closer to her inner thigh with each rub. Renee moaned slightly from his touch as he began to caress her other set of lips.
"Can we uh go to mhhh my rooom," she said in between kisses. Nodding his head he swiftly lifted up Renee also lifting himself off the ground as he held her by her thighs.

"What did you want to be when you were younger," Renee raised a question as she laid her head on Kain's chest. They had just finished having 3 rounds of sex and now they were cuddled up in bed.
"Honestly I wanted to be a social worker but niggas around me thought that was gay so I chose this life," he confessed thinking back to the day he told his father he wanted to be a social work and his father laughed in his face and told him social working is a woman's job. Omar was more of men stick to men jobs rather than anyone can have any job so when Kain came to him about what he wanted to be when he was younger he quickly shut that down and brought the street life in Kain's life against Saniya's wishes. From that day he never spoke again about him becoming a social worker, until now with Renee.
His dad didn't see the passion behind Kain becoming a social worker, Kain's friend was an orphan and every day she had a bruise on a different part of her body, the social worker wasn't doing her job and found nothing wrong with the family she was staying with. But sadly a year later the girl had died due to abuse from that day forward Kain vowed to himself to try and stop children from going into homes like that and vowed that when he became a social worker every child he took on he would love him or her like his own until he found a home that would do just that.
"You shouldn't listen to what other people around you say if that's what you want to do go-ahead for it," she preached as she looked up at him causing him to smile at her words.
He smiled at the words she said and kissed her on the lips before nodding his head agreeing.
"I hear you, but the street life chose me," he retorted taking everything she said in.
"So What did you want to be," he asked intrigued with Renee and her ambitions.
"I always wanted to be a model but I just didn't have the body or looks," she answered with a shrug, apart of her knee she couldn't be a model which is why she decided to choose the straight route and go to university. Modelling was something Renee wanted to do since the day she knew what a model was, but her surroundings and upbringing led her to another path that had no connections to modelling whatsoever.
"You have the looks and you have the body, don't let anybody tell you differently," he caressed her thigh as he spoke.
"If you say so," she shrugged her shoulders since she moved in with Renee and he became mentally abusive she didn't think she was beautiful because he barely mentioned it unless she asked first and still then you could be hear the enthusiasm in his voice.
"You are and if any nigga says otherwise he lying," he turned her face to look at his as he spoke.
"Thank you tha-" she couldn't even finish her sentence before her phone started ringing from the living room.
"You gon' get it," he asked as she laid there ignoring her phone.
"Nope," she replied trailing his thigh causing him to let out a laugh as he was ticklish in that area.
"You want me to go get it," he asked wondering why she always ignored her phone.
"No it's fine," she shrugged knowing it was probably Tajay ringing and if Kain was to answer there would be big problems because she knew Tajay had a bad temper and Kain didn't take disrespect too lightly.
"Get up," he tapped her thigh indicating for her to move but she didn't.
"Where you finna go," she titled her head to look at him waiting for a reply.
"I'm finna bounce," he stated before getting up out of the bed and picking up his clothes from off the floor leaving a confused Renee in bed.
Kain left out of Renee's room and made his way to the door but not before answering her phone as it rang again for the 3rd time wanting to get under Tajay's skin.
"Wassup why you keep calling her phone," Kain didn't even wait for Tajay to say anything before making it known it was him. Tajay cocked his head back while staring at the phone knowing damn well it couldn't be Renee he called because he knew she couldn't be around another boy without him. Tajay knew it was Kain by his voice and knew not to mess with him knowing his father carried weight in the streets.
"Where Renee at," He opted out on cussing Kain but instead diverted the attention to something else with a calm tone not wanting to set off any bad hood between the two but he sure was going to have his rounds with Renee when she got back home.
"She somewhere busy, this an emergency or sum,"
"I'm her boyfriend so I was just checking up in her and shit," He replied trying to not show his anger towards Kain.
"Yeah she good, I'll tell her you called," Kain hanged up the phone after that statement and turned her phone off. It wanting Tajay to disturb his time with Renee anymore than he already had knowing she had to go back to school in the next few days.

Kairo sat in his room reminiscing on him and Kamiya's relationship. He just couldn't remember how it all went wrong but Kairo knew it was only himself he could blame. He was the one that consistently cheated on her, made her doubt herself and think that she wasn't good enough. He felt guilty about all the these he had done to Kamiya but couldn't seem to form the words to express how sorry he was.
He let all of those hoes especially Emily get into his pants without even giving it thought on how it affected Kamiya. The amount of endless night Kamiya stayed crying herself to sleep because of Kairo he didn't even know half of it. Kairo selfishly thought that he was being slick about his infidelity and had everything under control when in reality he didn't, Kamiya knew about every girl he had slept with since the beginning of her pregnancy but she didn't tell Kairo about every single one of them. In fact she only really told Kairo that she knew about Emily, it was Emily who had spitefully sent pictures of Kairo sleeping with other girls to Kamiya. She didn't know where Emily had gotten those pictures but she did and always sent them to Kamiya hoping to get a reaction out of her or even her breakup up with Kairo so she could have him to herself.
Kamiya just didn't have it in her to tell Kairo that she knew, she was afraid of leaving Kairo because at that time she didn't have a lot of money and knew she couldn't live without him but now she had the money as well as the strength to leave Kairo for good if she wanted to.
A knock on his door took him out his drift, he furrowed his eyebrows in confusion as he began to sit up since he wasn't expecting any but nor did anyone know where his new house was. Little patters of knocks continued until Kairo had opened the door.
"Daddy," Aaliyah screamed as soon as he opened the door, she jumped in his unprepared arms causing her to slightly drop down his body but Kairo quickly bounced back and caught her right before she fell on the ground. She didn't care that the black and white beads that were decorated in her hair were hitting against her face, Aaliyah was just excited to see her father since she had that mental breakdown in the store which was nearly 2 weeks ago.
"Hey mamas, I missed you, did you miss me," Kairo kissed all over her face as he hugged his daughter. He had been missing her so much over those weeks that he couldn't help but tear up a little as he heard his daughters giggles.
"Yes daddy I missed you," She kissed his cheek before planted her arms around his neck hugging him. That brought more tears to his eyes as he rocked them back and forth slowly with his eyes tight shut.
"We need to talk," Kairo stated once their reunion had come to end but Aaliyah was still wrapped around her father with her eyes admiring him. No one could tell Aaliyah she didn't love her father nor could they say that Kairo didn't love his daughter, the bond they shared was unbreakable even after the months they hadn't seen each other.
"We don't have nothing to talk about, I just came to drop her off," Kamiya answered as her body leaned against the door frame with her arms crossed. Kamiya sported a denim bucket hat on top of the Brazilian bundles she had her hairstylist install in her head which was wand curled which flowed swiftly to down the inner of her back. Kamiya wore
Kairo attempted to study Kamiya as he looked at her body language, he recognized something was off about her but couldn't put his mind on it. The reality was Kairo could scarcely ever tell what was wrong with Kamiya, he was always good at reading people but when it came to her he just couldn't. Kamiya was a very secretive person, she would rarely express her feelings to anyone especially when they first met even know Kamiya still hadn't told Kairo about her childhood nor about her parents especially her father who Kairo knows that Kamiya, Deshawn and Destiny adore before he was killed.
"We do need to talk, it will be 2 seconds Kam," Kairo didn't bother to wait for her answer he simply walked further into his house, he steered Aaliyah to the living room where her toys stayed in the corner of the room. Kairo's favourite part of his apartment was the living room, it was spacious but still felt cozy. To him it wasn't homey because he didn't have his family with him nor were there any family portraits or childhood pictures hung up anywhere but Kairo didn't mind because in his head this was only a temporary apartment and sooner or later he did want to return back to his original home mainly without Kamiya but he did want Aaliyah there with him.
The apartment was themed black with a tang bit of gold here and there which is why a black circled mirrored coffee table with gold at the rims sat in front of 5 seats black fur sofa which was currently occupied by 7 gold with black marble stroke pillows that sat in a cursive motion. The coffee table suffocated the black fur rug as it sat on top of it in front of the 65 inch tv that Kamiya had gotten someone to mount in onto the wall.
The PS5 that Kamiya had to scrape to find laid underneath the tv in a built in box that was placed inside the wall so the wires went inside the wall to connect to the tv. Kamiya hated when wires could be seen hanging from the tv so she decided to have the wall refurbished so everything was hidden. A statue of
Kairo placed Aaliyah down and told her he would be right in the kitchen with Kam and to not break anything. Aaliyah was a good kid most of the time so he knew she would be good while they talked privately however he still would check his cameras from his phone from time to time to make sure she was okay.
"Come with me," Kairo demanded to Kamiya as he saw her awkwardly standing in the hallway looking lost.
"What do we actually need to talk about Kairo, I'm tired and just want to go home so can lay down," She groaned throwing her head back in frustration as she leaned on the kitchen counter.
"Cut the bullshit Kam, I haven't seen my daughter in 2 weeks what is that about," He stressed with his arms out wide as he stared at her.
"I've just been going through some things, I've been so busy these past few weeks I haven't had time to schedule anything with you," She struggled to find the best words to tell Kairo why Aaliyah hadn't been over but not valid excuse had managed to come out of her mouth.
"Don't give me that bullshit excuse, this is our child we're talking about Kam, our child not just yours, what don't you understand," Kairo exclaimed becoming frustrated with bullshit excuses from Kamiya, he didn't know what her problem was but when it came to him not seeing his daughter he didn't care what her problem was.
"Kairo I really don't need this right now, I'm super busy,"
"Busy enough to not discuss our daughter, stop giving me that bullshit yo, we need to go back on that schedule we had before everything happened,"
"No Kairo, I can't just bring my daughter into this environment without knowing if it's safe,"
"Stop, just stop that shit right there, what fucking excuse are you giving me right now, that you just been too busy or that you don't think it's safe for my daughter to stay with me, I wouldn't put my daughter in no unsafe environment and you know that shit so don't fucking piss me off yo," Kairo's nose flared as he spoke, his arms moved with every few words expressing his frustration.
"I really don't want to talk about this Kairo, I told you I've been busy these past few weeks it slipped my mind Kairo, you can have her for the weekend,"
"Make up your fucking mind Kamiya, was it you were too busy or you don't trust me around our daughter, right now you making bullshit ass excuses that don't excuse the fact that I ain't seen my daughter in 2 fucking weeks," His voice raised higher as he neared towards her with each step he took but Kamiya took one back because she knew how bad his temper could be plus Kamiya hadn't had the chance to take her medicine today and could feel her self rising. She wanted to get out as soon as possible before something popped off knowing how the both of them could get, someone would end up hurt today if she stayed any longer.
"I'm going, bye Kairo," She waved him off trying to head out of the kitchen however he had grabbed her hand forcing her steps to stop in the position they were in.
"Don't fucking walk away from me, this the shit I'm talking about," He pulled Kamiya's hand towards him so she was even closer to him. He wanted to make sure that Kamiya heard him loud and clear with every word he spoke, he knew he shouldn't be grabbing on a woman so roughly however to him Kamiya was so stubborn and the only time she would actually listen to him is if he used force on her.
"Can you let go," She held her head down with her eyes closed as she counted down from 10. This was a copping mechanism she often used when she felt herself about to pop off on something or somebody, ever since she was a kid before she was diagnosed she used it because she knew if she didn't she would explode.
"Don't do this shit again Kamiya," He informed her sternly tilting her head up so he could look into her eyes.
"Can you let me go please," She ignored him looking between his hand that was still on her wrist and his face.
"Why can't we just have a civilised conversation Kam," he sighed and unleashed the grip he had on her arm. He took a few steps back from her giving her the space that she wanted.
"Because it's you Kairo, you can't even have a conversation without bashing me for anything I've done or what you think I've done,"
"I'm trying Kam, but you making this shit really hard,"
"I'm making it hard, no what's hard is me having to be a single mother for months because her father wanted to once again be a crack addict and forget about us, what's hard is once again Kairo putting the streets before his family, what's hard is my now ex-boyfriend hating me for every little thing I do, he can't look at me without feeling disgusted that he was ever with a woman like me, that's what's hard Kairo so don't tell me I'm being hard when all I've ever done is try to make you love me and protect you from the things of my last I'm trying to change," Kamiya breathed out all at once, by the end tears were streaming down her face as she expressed part of her emotions to Kairo. She didn't expect herself to be so open to Kairo but here she was in his kitchen pouring her frustration at him. Kairo took everything she had said and proceeded it word by word, that was something one of the workers had taught him while he was in the rehabilitation centre was to not let the things Kamiya say to him go in one ear and out the other.
