Chapter eleven: Black vs. Baby

Black dodged a punch straight from Baby who followed up with a low kick that Black blocked.

Black grabbed the leg he blocked and tossed Baby over behind only for Baby to vanish.

Black turned and his eyes scanned the surrounding area.

From afar Team RWBY plus the monkey faunus they now knew as Sun sat and watched.

"Don't you guys think your friend needs help? He's all alone and that other guy vanished out of sight!" Sun asked them.

"Don't worry Black is a lot tougher than he looks." Yang told him.

Baby reappeared behind Black.

"I have you now saiyan!" Baby yelled when he brought down both of his clasped hands.

Black jumped to the left only for Baby to follow and hit him hard in the gut with his knee.

Black went flying into a building and knocked down the wall he went through.

Baby landed with the knee he hit Black with raised and a smug smile on his face.

Team RWBY and Sun started to freak out. Penny had run off before they began to fight.

They calmed down after Black walked out of the dust cloud that was raised from Baby's attack with Golden hair and a golden aura.

Baby's smile turned to a frown. "Finally decided to transform then monkey. No matter, I'll beat you twice over with the power up from the damage you did to your friend's body."

Black looked at him with slight confusion. 'My Friend's body?'

Baby put both hands out to the side and started to form two purple and black ki balls in the both of them.

Black didn't move but turned into super saiyan 2. 'He's a different kind of fighter than any I've face so far, he reminds this body of someone but I can't put a name on it. I best keep my guard up otherwise I might be in trouble, then again there is always that transformation.' Black smiled at the thought.

Baby put his hands together straight out in front of him and launched a ki wave.

Black jumped forward and kicked it upwards.

Baby had a shocked then angry look on his face. 'How'd he do that?! He shouldn't be that strong as a super saiyan!'

Black lunged at Baby and the two collided into a flurry of attacks.

The ground under them cracked and shakes violently. It even spread up the sides of buildings.

Black threw up an elbow and hit Baby hard in the chin sending him upwards. Black followed after him and flipped backwards into a kick sending Baby flying into the ground.

Baby hit the ground but jumped up and slid to a stop ripping up ground with one hand while trying to halt himself.

"You have so little regard for your comrades body. I wonder what Vegeta thinks of your treatment of his body." Baby told Black.

"Vegeta? What the hell are you blabbing about?" Black asked Baby.

"I forget how feeble your saiyan minds are, I am only a mechanical organic parasite controlling your fellow Saiyan Vegeta's body." He explained in a smug attitude.

Blacks eyes widened. 'If that's true then he can go Blue like Vegeta did. He's just playing with me then. ' Black speculated.

"If that's true then you best stop holding back, because I'm about to get serious." Black threatened Baby.

Baby's eyes widen when Black sped towards him and placed a punch to his gut so hard it sent a burst of wind that flew in every direction from them shaking everything around them even spreading the clouds above.

Baby stumbled back holding his gut.

Black back flipped and knocked Baby into the air before vanishing and elbowing him in the back.

Baby spat out blood from Blacks heavy hit to his spine.

Baby quickly threw the pain off and spun around to back hand him away but Black ducked and hit Baby in the gut again with a fist and then knocking him back down to the ground with his other.

Baby hit the ground and caused a crater to form upon impact.

Team RWBY and Sun stared in awe of a glimpse of Blacks true abilities. He really had been toying with them the previous day, even toying with Grimm to.

"You shouldn't be able to do that. You shouldn't be this strong, at least not as you are now. What happened how did you change?" Baby asked as he slowly rose out of his crater.

"Seems you haven't figured it out yet. Who's the feeble minded one now?"

Black mocked Baby.

"How dare you, you impotent scum!" Baby assumed the same stance from earlier and started to charge up ki balls again only the were much more concentrated and powerful.

"Die! Final Flash!" Baby screamed and fired a massive ki blast.

Black quickly sent a kamehameha wave at Baby's beam but the beams exploded on contact and his Baby from Blacks view.

When the dust cleared Baby was gone.

But then Black felt a huge energy behind him.

He turned and looked up to see a massive black and purple ki sphere that Baby made.

"Hahahahaha! You fell for it monkey now die! Revenge Death Ball!" Baby screamed and threw it at Black.

Black was unprepared and rushed to place himself in front of the sphere.

'If this thing touches the ground I can say goodbye to this planet, and I can't let that happen! I made a promise and I refuse to break it!' Black held the sphere in place and even started to push back.

Baby only laughed and started to send pulses of condensed energy into the sphere send it and Black closer to the ground.

"Give up saiyan and accept your fate! Die like the rest of your kind!" Baby screamed in between his blasts.

Black was pushed all the way to the ground and it started to crack under the spheres pressure.

Black went down to on knee while holding it back.

'I have no choice then.'

"You won't be killing me or blowing up this planet any time soon!"

Blacks gold aura flared before slowing to a flame like pulse and turning red. Blacks hair turned dark red and so did his eyes. His body slimed up and became even more chiseled.

Baby went for another blast but when he tried it stopped halfway.

"What the? That's impossible! You should be dead!" Baby freaked and started to try and keep the sphere from coming back towards him.

Black stood up and let one hand go back towards himself before it formed a small red ki ball.

Black fired it as a beam straight through the sphere dissolving it. As the beam went through so did Black and he came out the other side and nailed Baby in the gut with his knee.

Baby couldn't even let out a gasp.

Black raised his left hand and then slapped Baby across the face sending Baby flying down to the ground and through several buildings before he slid to a stop face first on the street.

Team RWBY and Sum could no longer believe what they were seeing.

"He has more!?" Weiss screamed out.

Sun was pulling his hair out. 'How the hell am I gonna be that at the Vytal tournament?!'

"He turns red.....he turns red." Ruby was blushing and freaking over his transformation.

Yang and Blake simply nose bled from his even further chiseled frame.

Black floated down towards Baby who managed to sit up.

"Are you really going to kill your friend? Just to kill me?" Baby tried to weasel his way out of Blacks obvious over power meant of him.

"Vegeta, if that's really who you are bonded to, is not my friend." Black raised his hand to disintegrate Baby.

"Just one last thing Goku. Look behind you and you tell me what do you thinks is about to happen."

Black knew that he couldn't hurt him in his current state and not wanting to get surprised by more of Goku's foes he turned around.

"There is nothing there. Are you trying to get out of you-" Black was interrupted by a yellow ki ball flying past his head.

Black turned back around. "Your hurt more than I thought if you can't hit me from this range."

"I wasn't trying to hit you.....hahahahahahaha!" Baby started to laugh manically.

Black looked down at Baby then back up at the yellow ball flying into the sky.

'What the hell is-' Blacks body screamed a memory of Goku and Vegeta's first fight.

"Burst open and mix!"

"Nooooo!" Black went to try and blast Baby but it was to late.

A blast of wind sent Black backwards.

Baby let out a primal roar and started to transform.

Black shot upward and landed onto the roof of a 3 story building.

Behind him Baby grew twice maybe three times the size of the building Black was on.

Team RWBY and Sun all started to scream.

The now great ape Baby pounded on his chest and let out another guttural roar.

The buildings around Baby and the ground under him cracked under the pressure the roar let off.

Dust flew away from him but Black stood still in the same spot just staring up at his foe.

Baby tried to step on Black but Black jumped into the air.

Baby roared again and from his snout he fired a purple beam.

Black wasn't expecting it and was consumed by the blast.

Black jumped out the side of the beam and shot forward and flew up above Baby's snout before flipping into a kick right between Baby's eyes.

Baby let out a pained roar and hit the ground hard making a crater.

Black floated above Baby 'If this body remembers correctly the only way to reverse this transformation is to wait for the artificial moon to vanish, or remove the tail.'

Black powered up a ki ball in his hand.

But before he fired his time ring flashed for a second and pulled towards Baby.

'Hm, my time ring is acting strange. I wonder...' Black flew down near Baby's head right by his eye.

He went to place his fist with the time ring on him.

Baby's eyes quickly opened shocking Black but before he could jump away, Baby grabbed him with both of his hands.

Baby sat up with Black in his hands.

Black started to push back to avoid getting his ribs crushed.

"I got you saiyan! Hahahahahaha!" Baby telepathically called out to Black.

Blacks eyes widen. "How did you do that? How can you speak telepathically?" As Black knew that only Kais could do that.

"Hahahahaha! Ignorant saiyan. I am not Vegeta, he transformed I did not, I am merely the parasite controlling him. And as the prince of Saiyan's he has a direct line of telepathic communication with any saiyan." Baby explained while laughing out of his bodies ape snout.

"Now saiyan I am going to crush like the bug you are!"

Black only smiled smugly and looked up at Baby darkly.

"You keep saying that your going to kill me-" Black grabbed the outside of Baby's giant hands. "- well how about you just try it."

Baby started to squeeze but Blacks red aura flared up and he started to pull back Baby's hands.

Over with Team RWBY and Sun they all watched in fear and shock as Black and Baby struggled against st each other.

"I can't take it we need to help." Ruby let out and pulled out her scythe in sniper form.

"Ruby, Black can do it just wait." Yang told her sister.

Ruby waited but never dropped her sniper.

Black finally powered up further and blasted Baby's hands open and shot forward and punched Baby up into the air.

Black shot forward and kneed him in his stomach.

Baby let out a roar of pain and flew even further up into the air.

Black placed two fingers on his head and instant transmission to Baby before placing his time ring to the center of his head.

His head was flashed with the scenes of Baby's birth, Vegeta's time on earth when Goku was away, Baby's siege of earth, Vegeta being taken over, Baby's fight with Goku, the revival of the tuffles home world, Baby's rematch with Goku, Goku's transformation into super saiyan 4, and Baby's defeat which lead to a wormhole opening sending him here.

Black came out of his time flash, Baby slapped him away.

Black hit the ground and back flipped onto his feet the second after he hit the ground.

He sprung up just in time to dodge a ki blast from Baby's mouth.

He jumped up in the air and flew under Baby's legs and kicked one of Baby's legs while he did knocking Baby over.

He quickly got ready to fire a ki wave at his tail but another vision from his time ring stopped him.

Baby took this chance to smack him into a building with his tail.

When Baby tried to pull his tail back he couldn't budge it.

He let out a shocked growl when the smoke over his tail disappeared and revealed Black holding his tail.

"Let's go for a ride." Black spoke menacingly and then turned and pulled Baby over his head and threw him through the rest of the building he was in and then into the air.

Black then quickly jumped into the air after him.

His fist started to glow fiery red.

Baby looked down and fired another beam from his mouth but Black just tanked it and flew start through it.

Baby then powered up in a stance Blacks body knew far to well and screamed "Super Galick Gun! Fire!"

A purple beam launched at Black.

Black threw his fist into the beam and started to push it back.

"No! Not again! Not again!" Baby screamed in horror.

His ape body spoke with a deep and guttural tone "Curse you, Saiyan!"

Black pushed the beam all the way back and hit Baby in the gut.

From Blacks hand a wave of red washed over Baby and then it separated Baby from Vegeta.

Vegeta's body then started to transform back into is original form and fell to the earth.

Ruby say this and took of to catch him.

Baby formed in the sky a few feet away from Black.

"How did you do that?!" Baby was furious and afraid at the same time.

"Doesn't mater, your about to be  destroyed." Black raised his hand and pointed it at him.

Baby let out a yelp and flew into the air.

Black just followed him with his hand.

But before he could blast him he took a sharp curve into the suns light.

Black tried to find him but then all he heard was "Solar flare!"

Black didn't even realized he had been tricked and didn't close his eyes.

He was blinded and then Baby shot off into the distance.

"No! I let my guard down! I can't believe I've been tricked by someone again!" Black screamed when his eye sight return and Baby was gone.

He let out a yell and his aura flared and created a crater in the asphalt below him.

His hair and eyes return back to normal and his aura died down.

He flew over to Team RWBY and Sun minus Ruby.

" Where's Ruby? Did she get hurt?" Black began to worry.

"She tried to catch that guy that passed out. Over there." Yang pointed.

Black turned and shot towards where she was pointing.

On top of the rubble Ruby was being crushed by the weight of Vegeta.

"Sooooo......heavvvvyyy......." Ruby squeaked out.

Black let out a sigh of relief and picked Vegeta up and over his shoulder.

"Come on we have to get back to Beacon, Vegeta here needs to wake up."

"So that's his name?"

"Yes Ruby, he can explain some more when he wakes up. But for right now let's go."

With that Black picked up Ruby to and then moved up to Sun and the rest of Team RWBY and instant transmission them back to Beacon to await Vegeta's recovery.
