Now the games were going on between some people Somewhere near the game stall, a group of youngsters had gathered, cheering loudly. And at the center of it all? Arvika bieng aarvika )

(She had her sleeves rolled up, determination flashing in her eyes as she aimed a tiny wooden ball at a stack of tin cans. The game stall had promised a special prize for anyone who could knock them all down in one go. And Arvika? She never leave challenge.)

Rushali (cheering): Come on, Arvika! Show them who's boss!

Navya (grinning): Yeah! We want that giant teddy bear!

(Arvika took a deep breath, focused like an athlete before a championship shot. With a swift motion, she hurled the ball-only for it to completely miss the cans and fly sideways.)

(Straight toward someone's back.)

(A someone who was just walking past, minding his own business. A someone named Naksh Singhania.)

THUD!

(The ball hit him square on his shoulder. He stopped. Stiffened. Slowly turned around like a villain in a dramatic film scene.)

Naksh : Now WHO THE HELL ...

Kaden( said dramatically to naksh he was full enjoying the show here) : sir this time its ball attack wow !

he was completing his sentence im anger then he saw aarvika hiding herself behind the stall navya and rushali were loking here there like they dont know what happen .

(Arvika froze Arvika immediately went behind the stall and kept quiet and made a face and cursed herself and said "Not again")

Naksh He slowly walked up to the stall, raised an eyebrow and said, "You can't even hide properly!"

Karen: Oh, she's dead.

Naksh's sharp eyes locked onto Arvika, who immediately raised both hands in surrender.

Arvika (grinning nervously): Uhh... you okay there, Mr. Thunderstorm Face?

(Rushali and Navya choked on air.)

(Naksh arched a brow, his expression unreadable.)

Naksh: Excuse me?

(Arvika stepped forward, placing a hand on her chest with an exaggerated sigh.)

Arvika: Oh, don't be so dramatic, Mr!. It was an accident. No need to look like this at me .

(Karen coughed, trying very hard not to laugh. The murmurs in the crowd grew, thoroughly enjoying the scene.)

(For a moment, Naksh just... stared at her. Then, ever so slightly, his lips twitched-but he caught himself, clearing his throat.)

Naksh: You do realize you threw that at me, don't you?

Arvika (folding arms): No, I threw it near you. Technically, it was the air's fault for changing the ball's direction. And you came in between Blame you not me ! .

(Karen outright snorted, disguising it as a cough. Naksh shot him a glance before turning back to Arvika.)

Naksh: If truck hit you so it will be road fault right ?

Aarvika looking elsewhere : If in my case yes it will !

Naksh : That's the dumbest excuse I've ever heard

Arvika (grinning): Thanks. I work hard on them.

(Naksh exhaled slowly, as if debating whether she was serious or just messing with him. The answer was both.)

(Then-before Arvika could react-Naksh bent down, picked up the ball from the ground, and inspected it.)

Naksh: You're really bad at this game.

Arvika (offended gasp): Excuse me?!

He tossed the ball toward her lazily. She caught it, scowling.

Arvika: I am not bad at this game. I just wasn't... aiming properly.

(Naksh tilted his head, a smirk playing at the edges of his lips.)

Naksh: Right. Because clearly, aiming at random men instead of the actual target is how you play.

The crowd chuckled. Arvika narrowed her eyes.

Arvika: Fine, Mr. Thunderstorm if you think you're so great, why don't you try?

(Naksh didn't even blink before responding-)

Naksh: No, thanks. I don't waste time on pointless games.

Arvika (mock offense): Ohhh, look at Mr. What's wrong, scared you'll lose?

(Naksh sighed as if he was being forced into a chore. Without a word, he took the ball from her hand, turned to the cans, and flicked it toward them effortlessly. The entire stack collapsed in one shot.)

(The stall owner gasped. The crowd cheered. Rushali screamed. " How he is too hot !")

(And Arvika? Arvika stared at him like he had just committed a crime.)

Arvika: ...You cheated.

Naksh (calmly): How?

Arvika: You just did! I don't know how, but you did!

(Naksh smirked, stepping closer-just a little, just enough to make her breath hitch.)

Naksh (low voice): Face it, Miss Lemon Bomber, you lost.

(Arvika's jaw dropped.)

Arvika: Did you just give me a nickname?

Naksh (mock serious): It's only fair. You called me Thunderstorm Face.

(Kaden clapped Naksh on the back, grinning.)

Kaden: I like this one

(Arvika huffed, crossing her arms.)

Arvika: Don't get too comfortable, Mr. Thunderstorm. Next time, I'll win.

Naksh: I'll be waiting.

(And with that, he walked away, leaving Arvika fuming, everyone entertained, and Kaden still laughing.)

Arvika was lost in her own world. She sat on a couch in the garden area, arms folded, her lips pressed into a thin line. Rushali and Navya sat beside her, both trying to hold back their laughter.

Rushali (grinning): That was too funny! You and Naksh fighting over a silly game? Priceless!

Navya (laughing): And the way he called you Lemon Bomber-I'm going to use that forever!

Arvika (frowning): Stop it! It wasn't my fault. I was just playing, and he-ugh! He's so annoying.

Rushali (teasing): Annoying? Or interesting?

Arvika (rolling her eyes): Don't start! The real question is-why did he act like he doesn't know me?

(That made both Rushali and Navya stop laughing. They exchanged a glance before looking at Arvika seriously.)

Navya: True. You met him before. You literally argued with him that day. How can he forget you?

Rushali: Exactly! How can he forgets so easily.

Arvika (thinking aloud): What if he's pretending? Maybe he's trying to mess with me?

(Before anyone could say anything, a familiar voice interrupted them.)

Rudra (smirking): talking about Naksh?

(They turned to see Rudra standing there, arms crossed, an amused look on his face.)

Arvika (annoyed): umm no no !

Rudra: Oh, but . I think you want to know why Naksh doesn't remember right?

(Silence. Arvika looked at him sharply.)

Navya: You know the reason bhai?

Rudra (nodding): Yes. He had an accident. A bad one.

(Arvika's eyes widened. Rushali and Navya exchanged surprised looks.)

Rudra (serious now): A few months ago, he was in a car accident. He was in the hospital for weeks. Some of his memories... are gone.

(Arvika's heart skipped a beat. The irritation she had felt earlier turned into shock.)

Arvika (softly): He lost his memories?

Rudra: Not all. But there are gaps. Some things are missing. You might be one of those things.

(Arvika looked away, feeling strange. It wasn't anger anymore. It wasn't even frustration. It was... something else. Something she didn't understand yet something felt familiar which she was missing. )

Rushali (muttering): That explains why he looked at you like a stranger.

Navya (nodding): Yeah... no wonder.

(Arvika took a deep breath. She had been so sure Naksh was ignoring her on purpose. But now... it made sense. He truly didn't remember her.)

Rudra (smirking suddenly): But look at the bright side! This means you get a fresh start. You can make a brand-new impression on him.

Rushali teased aarvika ): Oh, but it doesn't look like it .

(Arvika didn't respond. She just stared at the Mehndi function, where Naksh was now talking to some guests, completely unaware of their conversation. A strange restlessness settled in her chest.

Rudra (chuckling): Relax. Tomorrow's the wedding, so you better get some sleep. Or are you planning to glare at Naksh all night?

Arvika crossed her arms, refusing to respond. Rudra only smirked wider.

Navya : Sweet dreams, Lemon Bomber.

Before Arvika could throw a pillow at them they walked off laughing.

___________..___________..__________..___________..

Next day The wedding celebrations were in full swing. The grand mandap was set under a canopy of flowers, and the fragrance of roses and marigolds filled the air. Guests were dressed in their finest attire, laughter and excitement echoing throughout the venue.

Arvika was wearing red colour lehenga , Navya, and Rushali stood on the groom's side, eyes locked on one important thing-the groom's shoes.

According to tradition, the bride's sisters had to steal the shoes and demand money in exchange. But the bride's side was well-prepared to stop them.

The groom's side was just as prepared, but the girls had made up their minds-there was no way they were going to let them keep the shoes.

"Navya, left side se dhyan hata, I'll grab them!" Arvika whispered, her eyes locked on the groom's brother, who was guarding the juttis like a soldier.

Rushali giggled, "This is war, and we are winning."

On the other side, the groom's cousins and friends were equally determined. They tried to block their way, but Navya cleverly distracted them while Arvika swiftly reached for the shoes.

With a victorious grin, she grabbed them and shouted, "Got them!"

The bride's side erupted in cheers, while the groom's side groaned in defeat.

"Not fair!" one of them argued.

Navya stuck her tongue out. "Everything is fair in war and joota churai."

Amidst the chaos, Naksh stood at a distance he was wearing white colour heavy kurta, watching with mild amusement. He wasn't interested in these traditions, but Rudra, standing beside him, was grinning.

"You're watching too seriously, bro. Enjoy the fun." Rudra nudged him.

Naksh smirked. "Not my type of fun."

Rudra laughed, shaking his head. "You always say that, but I bet if you ever find the right kind of madness, you'll enjoy it."

Naksh didn't respond. His gaze drifted back to the group, unknowingly lingering on Arvika-who was celebrating her victory like a child.

The celebration slowly faded as the wedding rituals continued. Arvika checked her phone and saw multiple missed calls.

"Oh no...!" she muttered, realizing she was already late.

She just wanted to go home now it was 11 pm already . "Navya, Rushali, I need to leave now," she told her friends, adjusting her dupatta.

"So soon?" Navya pouted. "You're escaping without giving us a proper gossip session!"

Arvika rolled her eyes. "We'll gossip later. Right now, I just need some peace."

Without waiting for anyone, she quickly picked up her lehenga and rushed through the crowded wedding venue to reach the exit.

She moved too fast, not paying attention to where she was going -

-and the next second, she tripped over the edge of a carpet.

She gasped, bracing herself for the fall.

But before she could hit the ground, a firm grip caught her wrist.

Her breath hitched.

It all happened so fast.

Arvika's heartbeat pounded in her ears as she found herself inches away from Naksh Singhania.

His strong hands held her by one hand and anotger on her bare waist for a brief moment, the world seemed to freeze. Naksh had been standing near the entrance, deep in thought. That's why he caught her

His dark eyes locked onto hers, something unfamiliar flashing through them. A strange sensation ran through his chest-like something was trying to break through a forgotten memory.

But before either of them could say anything, Arvika snapped back to reality.

She quickly pulled away, muttering a hurried .

Naksh stood there and said Straightforward " you should see while walking !"

Arvika folded her arms. "Excuse me ? You were standing in the middle of the way like a statue. Do you expect people to walk around you like you're a royal monument?"

Naksh smirked. "Well, considering my last name, I wouldn't blame them."

Arvika scoffed. "Right. Prince Naksh Singhania, ruler of the footpaths."

Kaden, who had been nearby, chuckled. "Opps she is gone today ! ."

Naksh shot him a glare before turning back to Arvika. "Maybe you should watch where you're going instead of running around like a lost squirrel."

Arvika gasped dramatically. "A squirrel? Wow. You ..! " She muttered then " khadoos insaan "

Naksh crossed his arms. "I can listen it ! ."

Arvika narrowed her eyes. "Oh yah ! Hathi ke kaan jo hai ."

Navya and Rushali, watching from a distance, exchanged amused glances.

"This is getting interesting," Rushali whispered.

Navya nodded. "I don't know what's funnier but i am just seing that she is atleast having fun here -uff ye dono ."

Rushali said thinking for aarvika " yes

.. After this her engagement is also so soon who knows she will go so early from here ... " her eyes were getting wet

Navya stopped her and tapped her shoulder " hey .. just pray good for her and dont talk about it infront of her ok ?" Rushali noded

Before Arvika could fire back another sarcastic remark, her phone buzzed. A reminder that she needed to be home.

She exhaled sharply, giving Naksh one last glare. "You're not worth wasting my time on."

Naksh smirked. "Funny. You just wasted two full minutes arguing with me."

Arvika groaned, turned on her heels, and walked away.

Naksh watched her leave.

Kaden nudged him. "You look like you just met your biggest headache."

Naksh let out a low chuckle. "Ya she is trouble maker i wish i would not be here ! "

Kaden : " leave her "

Naksh said in confusion:" yes but i felt something.."

Kaden " something like what " he asked because he thought he would be remembered something.

Naksh " I don't know looking at her face something reminds me "

Kaden " something....? What "

Naksh replied after sieng his curiosity as if he was enjoying the show " yes ! That she is trouble maker now go !"

Kaden " oh boss .. well have I mentioned before ? That she is the girl vardhan going to marry ? "

Naksh attention drawn towards his statement not because of aarvika because of vardhan " interesting! So this was the girl "

Kaden " yep ! Then what you will do there is engagement first? "

Naksh ignored " what I will do let him do what he is doing vaise bhi vo ladki bhawander hai ! "

Kaden " really ? Well let see "

Then naksh and kaden gone in another direction and Naksh think something about the vardhan but couldn't help to think what he can do only there was nothing for now he wants to take revenge but in his way !
