After the two days arvika already arrived kanpur and after taking one day rest she was in college with fresh mood she was looking today attentive like she forget about everything happens with her in Jaipur or in past in her life .
She peacefully attending classes and after the time lunch break was going to be over and she was not going to attend her next class she was planning to sit in library with navya and rushali quietly and prepare her ppt , but Navya was not ready for miss the class
Rushali : okk ! You dont want to go and we want to go so come'on play rock paper scissor "
Navya : " wait what ? Are we are small child to play this " aarvika was also staring at rushali with agreeing on Navya statement and rushali gave one glance to aarvika she understands
Aarvika : "umm.. okk fine play !"
Now they were playing and in 2 rounds one time Navya win and one rushali Now they were going to play one final round then only again the storm came in aarvika life.
Rush was there in ground then only two black cars stopped there and everyone attention drawn towards there aarvika said in mind "please bhagwan please... fir se naya drama Nhi abhi tho ek hua tha "
She said in her mind because after sieng the car she understands that who is going to come out of the car.
Rushali "you both are also thinking what I am thinking? " aarvika was still lost in her own thoughts which was creating more fear in her she was just looking at one point like losted.
Navya " I am also thinking what you are thinking rushali " she thought and then she said in boring tone
" Abhi dekhna jaise movie me dikhate hai na vaise hi car ka gate koi kholega ya khulega ...fir usme se jo banda baitha hoga vo bade style me apna ek pair bahar zameen pe rakhega ..or ..or bade style me bahar aake ek look dega or fir style me chalta hua aayega "
[Translation: "Now just see, just like in movies, someone will open the gate of the car ..then the guy sitting inside will put one of his feet outside on the ground in great style.....and will come out in great style and give a look and then he will come straight also in style "]
Rushali and aarvika both of them burst into laughter because as navya told the scene exact the same its happens but while laughing aarvika smile vanished in a second when she saw the real character who was coming straight towards her she maded uninterested face after seing him " not again ...! Again new drama "
She was saying this but she didn't expected to hear this what he said
" Hello My future wife !!" He said while waving his hand.
The words sliced through the air like a blade.
A collective gasp rippled through the students. Navya and Rushali turned to Arvika, their eyes wide with shock. Arvika, for a moment, stood frozen. She was trying to process what she heard just now.
She folded her arms across her chest, raising an unimpressed eyebrow. "Excuse me?" Her voice was sharp, laced with sarcasm.
Vardhan observed her expression with amusement yess ! It was vardhan and then tilted his head slightly. "Oh... Your parents didn't tell you?" He let out a mock sigh, shaking his head as if disappointed. "Well, let me do the honors."
Aarvika was still confused " about what ? What did you do ?"
He took a step closer, he said dramatically his voice carrying a smug certainty. "Your father,..umm.. no My future in laws have already agreed to this marriage. It's only fair you know now."
Arvika's shock melted into fury. She clenched her fists, her heart pounding. "You're lying."
Vardhan chuckled, shaking his head. "Lying? Oh My red chilli , I don't have the need to lie. You can confirm it when you get home. But really, what's the point?" He smirked. "Your fate is already sealed."
Her jaw clenched. "You must be delusional if you think you can walk into my college, throw around your arrogance, and expect me to accept this nonsense."
Arvika stepped forward, her eyes burning with fury. "I am not some property to be claimed, Mr. Roy. So let me make this clear-your so-called 'future wife' nonsense? It's never happening."
The crowd murmured, tension thick in the air.
Vardhan, however, remained unfazed. He leaned in slightly, lowering his voice just enough for only Arvika to hear.
"I like your fire, that's why I call you teekhi mirchi but i know how this will end. Your family has already made their choice i think so ! Now it will be better for you to accept it ."
Arvika met his gaze without flinching. " mai mar jaungi tumse shadi ..kisi kimat pe nhi karungi "
Vardhan straightened, glancing at the crowd, then back at her. He flashed one last smirk before stepping away. "Kimat khud ke baap ki hui tho ? Tho bhi nhi ... ?" He asked sarcastically "We'll see."
And just like that, he turned on his heel, walking back toward his car with the same style he had arrived with.
But the damage was done It seemed as if Aarvika's world was destroyed after hearing his last words.
The entire campus was still whispering, eyes glued to Arvika.
Navya grabbed her arm. "What the hell was that? when it happened"
Rushali, still in shock, added, "Future wife? Arvika, why didn't you tell us about it ? "
Arvika exhaled sharply, trying to steady herself. "Because there is nothing to tell. And because i also don't know what the hell is happening with me from when i came into this college ... " she said while her tears started flowing from her eyes.
______..____________..____________..________..__________.
Arvika stormed into the house, slamming the door behind her. Her heart was pounding, her mind replaying Vardhan's words at college.
She stood in the middle of the living room, breathing heavily. Shailesh ji sat on the sofa, calmly sipping his evening tea, while Sadhvi ji busied herself in the kitchen. Aarav was in his coching class The normalcy of the scene infuriated Arvika even more.
She clenched her fists and shouted, "Can anyone explain what the hell is happening with me ?"
Both of them turned to her, startled.
Sadhvi frowned. "What happened?"
Arvika let out a bitter laugh. "Oh, don't act clueless, Mumma ! You know exactly what I'm talking about. What Vardhan said today in college! To me 'My future wife'-in front of the entire campus! And I stood there like a fool because my own parents kept me in the dark! How could you?!"
Sadhvi's face paled, and Shailesh sighed, placing his teacup down.
"Arvika, sit down. Let's talk-"
"No! I don't want to sit! I want answers! You both agreed to marry me off without even telling me?!" Her voice cracked, her eyes stinging with tears she refused to shed.
Shailesh rubbed his temple, exhaling sharply. "We can dicuss this Arvika. It has already been decided.... but "
"By whom? Certainly not me!" she snapped, her breath hitching.
Sadhvi stepped closer, trying to place a hand on her shoulder, but Arvika pulled away.
"Beta, listen to us-"
"Listen? To what? How you both agree?" Her voice trembled.
Shailesh's patience thinned. "Enough, Arvika!" His voice echoed through the hall. "You don't understand the situation. we cannot refuse him. He came here, and he made it very clear-he wants to marry you, and there's nothing we can do to stop it."
Arvika's body stiffened. "Nothing you can do to stop it. But I can. I will not marry anyone untill i want "
Shailesh stood up, his presence towering over her. "Do you think we have a choice? He came with a threat. I said many times to him no but do you know what he threatens .. so try to understand i will try my best to stop this or make it delay .."
Arvika's lips quivered, her stubbornness faltering for a moment. "You should have at least told me..." she whispered, her voice breaking.
Sadhvi's eyes welled up. "We were trying to make your futurebeta. But there is no way out of this. Vardhan is rich , good looking single child what you want you future will be set ."
Arvika shook her head, stepping back, feeling like the walls were closing in. "And what about me,? What about what I want?"
Sadhvi exhaled heavily. "You will learn to adjust. Every girl does."
Arvika let out a bitter laugh, tears now rolling down her cheeks. "No. Every girl does not. I am not every girl. And I am not marrying him!"

She turned on her heel, rushing up to her room and locking the door behind her.She collapsed onto the floor, gasping for breath, her sobs silent but shaking her entire body.
Arvika sat on the cold marble floor of her room, her back against the door, her mind spiraling in endless thoughts. The weight of her parents' words, the fear in her mother's eyes, and the finality in her father's tone made her feel trapped.
Vardhan Roy wanted to marry her.
Her parents had already given in.
And she... she was supposed to accept it ?
Her eyes burned from unshed tears, her hands clenched into fists. No one was going to decide her life for her.
A knock on the door made her jolt.
"Arvika, open the door," Sadhvi's gentle voice came from the other side.
Arvika didn't answer.
A pause. Then another knock. "Beta, at listen us properly "
Silence.
Another moment passed "Arvika! Come outside. Now." Her father's voice was laced with urgency.
Heart pounding, she opened the door to find Shailesh standing there, his face pale, his hands trembling. Sadhvi stood behind him, eyes swollen with tears.
"What ?" Arvika asked
Her father swallowed hard. "When Vardhan was here..."
A chill ran down her spine.
"And?" Her voice was barely above a whisper.
Shailesh's hands clenched. "He said... if you don't agree to the marriage, he will kill me ."
The air in the room turned suffocating.
Arvika's breath hitched. She turned to her mother, hoping-praying-that this was some kind of nightmare.
But Sadhvi simply broke down with .."yes.. its true aarvika " .
Arvika staggered back. "No... no..he cant threat like this he is lying he cant do this -" and started crying.
Shailesh interrupted, his voice empty. "He can beta ...he can .. i was not believing.. but thry way he said he will.."
"Take yout time Beta " sadhvi said and gone downstairs with Shailesh.
Arvika felt the weight of those words crush her. She had fought, she had resisted, but now... this wasn't just about her.
It was about her father's life. The girl who had always dreamed of being free, of making her own choices, now had only one choice left. Everyone know how she was stubborn girl but this time she can't . How much she have hatred or angryness for her parents but she will never let happen anything to her family.
And with those words, the last bit of fight inside her shattered.
Arvika exhaled sharply, her chest rising and falling with anger. They wanted her to adjust. To surrender. To let Vardhan win.
She stood up, wiped her face, and walked to the mirror. Her reflection stared back-tired, broken.
Her phone buzzed.
She picked it up and saw Navya's name flashing on the screen.
Arvika took a deep breath and answered. "Hello?"
"Arvika! What the hell happened today?!" Navya's voice was frantic. " hey ..Are you okay?"
Arvika shut her eyes, trying to suppress the humiliation from earlier. "No, Navya, I'm not. And I have no idea how to fix this."
Navya's voice softened. "Did your parents say anything?"
Arvika scoffed. "Say? Navya, they agreed! They're asking me to marry him-because, apparently, we don't have a choice!"
There was silence on the other end. Then Navya whispered, "This is insane. You can't let this happen, Arvika."
Arvika's grip tightened around the phone. "I won't."
Another voice came through the speaker-Rushali. "Arvika, listen to me. If your parents are scared of Vardhan, You can't fight this alone."
Arvika swallowed. "Then what do I do?"
Navya hesitated. "Maybe we find out what he really wants. Why you?"
Arvika let out a bitter laugh with her little sobbing "Because some men think a woman is just a trophy to win. Maybe he enjoys seeing me caged."
She clenched her jaw, inhaling sharply.
Navya's voice was hesitant. "Arvika... What are you thinking?"
A long pause. Then, in a voice that sounded nothing like her own, Arvika whispered,
"I agreed, Navya."
Navya's breath hitched. "What?"
"I agreed to marry him. I told my parents. "
A silence so heavy it felt suffocating.
Then Navya spoke, her voice barely above a whisper. "You're lying."
Arvika forced a chuckle, but it sounded hollow. "I wish I was but .. i have no choice navya he threat my parents .. "
Navya and rushali " whatt"
Aarvika " yes that's why he was so confident... it's about dad I can't.. deny it ..ab chahe meri zindagi barbaad ho rahi ho ... " she directly cut the call after saying this .
And for the first time, she allowed her tears to fall and non stop she just cried thinking abouts her family and her life .
___________..___________..___________..___________..
After the time vardhan returns at his place in kanpur The air was thick with humidity, . His mind was elsewhere The dim yellow light flickered, casting long shadows over the crates stacked haphazardly. In the center of the room, a lone figure stood waiting-Raghav Sinha.
"You took your time," Raghav muttered, his voice edged with impatience as he lit a cigarette, the ember briefly illuminating his face.
Vardhan didn't respond immediately. He stepped forward, his polished shoes making a dull echo against the concrete floor. "What did you find that you were going to tell ?"
Raghav exhaled a slow trail of smoke, studying Vardhan. "You're not going to like it."
Vardhan's jaw clenched. "Say it."
Raghav reached into his coat and pulled out a worn-out file, stained at the edges. He tossed it onto the crate beside them. "You were looking for the truth after these many years -the one that happened years ago. Turns out, it wasn't just a normal death by any disease."
Vardhan's hands tightened into fists, but his expression remained unreadable. He flipped open the file, scanning the contents. Hospital reports, witness statements-some redacted, some missing entirely. And then, a single photograph. A woman, lying motionless on the hospital bed .
Naksh's mother.
Vardhan felt a cold wave wash over him, but he kept his voice steady. "This doesn't prove anything."
Raghav smirked, tapping the ash off his cigarette. "Doesn't it? Look at the report. She didn't die in a hospital. She was dead before they even got her there. The injuries were staged to look like an accident. And guess who signed off on the entire mess?"
Vardhan slowly turned the page. His breath hitched.
Raghav " Aviraaj Singhania rajput ! ..your own father :
The silence between them stretched dangerously long. Vardhan's pulse pounded in his ears, his mind racing through the implications. His father-the man he had obeyed-was a murderer. And not just of anyone, but Naksha's mother vardhan had never expected this he always hated naksh but this was too much to know .
Raghav watched him carefully. "I don't know what's worse, Vardhan. That your father killed her or that he did it for your mother."
Vardhan snapped his gaze to Raghav, his dark eyes flashing. "Shut your mouth."
Raghav chuckled, unfazed. "Relax, I'm just the messenger. But you should be careful. This truth-it's not just a buried past. It's a ticking bomb. And Naksh? What do you think will happen when he finds out?"
Vardhan shut the file with a sharp thud. "He won't. Not yet."
He turned on his heel and walked out, his mind a whirlwind of chaos. This was no longer just about uncovering a hidden past. But if Naksh ever learned the truth, there would be war.
