"Soph, no offence but this isn't such a good time."

"I'm just really... busy."

"That would sound more convincing if you weren't questioning yourself."

"Yes, Daniel?"

"This isn't me ignoring you."

"But?"

"I'm having dinner with my brother."

"Jesus!"

"Yes, Samuel."

"No, I meant... jesus! Like, you and your brother. Together. Having dinner. What. The. Hell?"

"Sophie-"

"Right, yeah... but this is huge!"

"I know. That's why I'd like to, you know, continue with the dinner."

"No!"

"Soph-"

"Keep me on the line! Yeah, don't hang up because then I can hear everything!"

"You're nuts if you think I'm doing that!"

"Yeah, fine. I want to hear all about it tomorrow, though! Like, no detail left to spare. I want to know everything."

"Ok. I'll tell you everything."

"Maybe we can Skype."

"That'll be great."

"I'm going to go now, but I can't wait to see you tomorrow. Make sure Alfie is with you, ok? I can't wait to see his funny little face. And yours, too."

"Are you saying I have a funny little face?"

"No, you have a handsome face."

"That's what I thought. Yours isn't too bad, either."

"I'll try. You don't by chance know any good criminal defence lawyers, do you?"

"Why?"

"You know, just in case I end up killing Samuel."
