**Concept for MC. Will be mentioning white hair, golden eyes, but you can picture her however you'd like. Also, outfit I see as all black, but something like this. She is from a poor village and mysterious background, so her clothes would be really simple.**
Finral used his magic to create a portal back to the hideout.
"Teleportation Magic. That's really cool," I complimented.
"It's nothing compared to Blood Magic," he smiled back. "Well, this is home!"
I looked up at the castle-size building, "Holy shit."
"If you think this is nice, you should see some of the other hideouts," Finral said. "Or even where I grew up. It puts this dump to shame."
I rolled my eyes, "I almost forgot you're some privileged rich boy. Thanks for the reminder."
Yami slammed open the front door and a gush of wind poured out. It reeked of alcohol and sweat.
I walked in first and stood in shock at the scene before me. There were bursts of lightning and fire being thrown about. Food and bottles were everywhere. Two boys were in the midst of an arm-wrestling match... And no one even turned their heads in my direction.
Yami put his arm on my shoulder again, "You'll get used to it."
"Yea, they're good people," Finral added.
I continued to observe my new squad mates. Well, I see now where they get their reputation from.
There was a sudden crash next to me, and I saw that Yami had smashed the rock wall to get everyone's attention.
"Line up!!" he yelled.
Quickly, all the bodies came rushing over and kneeled in a line before us. It was such a stark contrast to what I had seen previously, my mouth couldn't help but drop.
"This is the new recruit." Yami gestured towards me.
As all eyes were now on me, I felt really nervous. I lifted up my hand to give a small wave.
"Damn. She's hot." a woman only wearing a bikini commented.
I looked her up and down, "I was thinking the same thing about you."
The room was suddenly in laughter, and everyone started to rise from their feet.
I felt a pair of eyes staring at me, and I looked up to meet Yami's gaze. He was looking at me softly, way differently than anything I had experienced yet.
I found myself unable to breathe normally, his grey eyes piercing into me.
"Hot as she may be, she looks weak as fuck!" a boy with sunglasses and a black mohawk yelled.
I snapped my head in his direction as he finished his insult. "Want to come find out?" I snarled.
"Guys don't fight already!!" a boy with blondish-white hair cried.
I couldn't sense any mana on him. Is that him? The Anti-Magic guy?
"Let's step out side, sweet cheeks," mohawk boy called again.
"After you," I said, enabling my Blood Magic.
Blood Magic: Blood Whip
Suddenly, a long whip of blood stretched out and quickly wrapped itself around my mouthy teammate. I used the blood whip to thrash the man outside, breaking through the rock wall, creating a hole right next to Yami's
I walked out of the door, and watched the man smack into the ground, crashing and rolling multiple times.
He took a minute to gather himself and stood to his feet as I began walking towards him.
"Fire Magic: Fire Wall!"
A large wall of fire came shooting at me.
"Blood Magic: Blood Sword," I mumbled, quickly using my sword of blood to slash through the fire.
I wielded my sword as I continued to walk towards him, his fire wall not slowing me down in the slightest.
I felt my golden eyes starting to zone in, a sign that I was in full-attack mode.
"Want to try again?" I snarled, while lifting my sword into an attack position.
His eyes widened at the sight.
"No?" I questioned. "Fine, I'll go."
Blood Magic: Blood Manipulation
"Arghhh!" he let out a scream and dropped to his knees.
"Alright, that's enough," Yami interjected. I let go of my hold on the man and allowed my blood sword to disperse.
"So cool!" I heard blondie call out.
"Didn't think a Black Bull would fall so quickly," I commented to mohawk man.
He slowly stood back to his feet, rubbing the pain out of his neck and shoulders. "Shit, a blood magic user. Never thought I'd meet one in person," he smiled. "Welcome to the Bulls."
Just then, Yami walked up and handed me my Black Bulls robe, "For you, Y/n."
I smiled and quickly put it on.
"Alright, let's do introductions!" Yami announced, and the team gathered back around.
Mohawk introduced himself as Magna. "Magna, huh? Be careful, I won't take it easy on you next time." I winked at him, causing him to blush and look away.
I had always been told I was pretty growing up... But until returning to the Clover Kingdom fairly recently, I hadn't realized just how attracted guys would be to me.
And, if I'm being honest, I took full advantage of that. I flirted a lot, but no one had actually gotten my attention. There hadn't been anyone special in all my 20 years of life. Just hook ups and flings.
The blonde guy was Asta. Hot girl was Vanessa. Sister lover was Gauche. Foodie was Charmy. Lightning boy was Luck. The creepy but cutie was Zora.
Finally, there was Henry, Grey, Secre, and Nacht.
I already knew Yami, Finral, and Gordon.
The girl with white hair like me was Noelle. I looked at her, "Nozel's sister?"
Her eyes widened at my question, and she huffed and looked away.
"I'll take that as a yes," I chuckled.
"Nozel was practically begging her to join his squad today!" Finral exclaimed.
Everyone started to chat excitedly at his comment, and I saw Noelle peek over to me.
"No way!?! Is that true!?" Asta yelled.
I sheepishly rubbed the back of my neck, "Well, uh, I wouldn't say begging."
I avoided eye contact with anyone as the murmuring continued.
I noticed Noelle looking a little bummed, so I walked up and put my hand on her shoulder. "I'm sorry you had to grow up with him. He's kind of a dick." I said softly.
She looked at me and smirked, "You have no idea."
I laughed at her remark. We had to be close in age, and she seemed pretty cool... I really hope we get to be friends.
"I can show you around if you want?" she offered.
"Yea! I would love that!"
We began to walk away, leaving the Bulls to continue with their conversations.
"Wait for me!" Asta called, and I saw Noelle's cheeks blush.
Note to self: Don't flirt with him if you want to be friends with Noelle.
"Y/n! Your magic is so cool!!" Asta yelled enthusiastically while giving me a tour.
"Oh, uh, thanks!"
"Where are you from?" he asked.
"Saussy."
"No way!! I'm from Hage!" he held up his hand for a high five, "Small villages, yea!"
I laughed and returned his gesture.
"Well, this is your room," Noelle smiled.
I walked in, and my eyes began to tear up. "I-I get a whole room to myself?" I whispered.
"I said the same thing!!" Asta yelled.
I could tell Noelle was getting a little annoyed, but it wasn't my fault we had so much in common.
"Do you have lots of siblings or something?" he asked.
"No, I don't have any." I answered while looking through the books already on the shelf. "Actually, I don't have any family."
"Y/n, I'm so sorry..." Noelle said softly.
I turned to them quickly, realizing how depressing that sounded. "It's ok! Seriously! No need to be sorry."
"Well, we'll be your family now!" Asta yelled.
"Yea, totally!" Noelle agreed.
"Thanks guys," I smiled. "I'm going to relax for a minute. I'll meet you at dinner, yea?"
"Of course!" Noelle said.
"See ya soon!" Asta called.
As they shut the door behind them, I sat on my bed and sighed. I looked around the room.
There was a desk and chair, a large bookshelf, a dresser, and a bed. My bed was actually really big. Probably a queen or king sized.
I can't believe I finally have somewhere to come home to...
I jumped as someone knocked on my door.
