6 | It's because I am afraid

Ignorance. It was what Taehyung got from Jungkook. The three boys, Taehyung, Jungkook and Bambam were getting to know each other slowly. Every group had to perform something related to music. And they three decided to perform a song. Everything was going well..until Jungkook started ignoring Taehyung.

It's not that something Taehyung did, he just realised that Jungkook was avoiding him purposely. Every time he would ask something Jungkook, Jungkook would turn to Bambam. And it was surely annoying Taehyung. And poor Bambam had indeed noticed the tension between two and was surely stuck between them.

"Hmm..guys this will not go on properly if you two are like this"Bambam sighed and said to the other two boys.

Taehyung scoffed,"I was doing anything, you should say it to another person"

Jungkook rolled his eyes," Another person, means me right?"

"Of course you. Do you think I am not noticing the constant ignorance you are giving me? Every time I ask something you just ignore my damn question"

"It's because I hate you Kim"

"Two days ago, you said we were on good terms, what the hell happened to you now? Did you hit somewhere your head, Jeon Jungkook?"

And they started it again. Cursing, calling each other names. Bambam looked at the other two boys and sighed.

"Guys stop this"

"But he started it first"

"What? you only was the reason we are fighting you, Jeon!"

Bambam sighed for the nth time. He got up from the seat, "You know what? You guys fight all you want and when you both get on good terms, then come to me. Otherwise, forget about our damn grades"

The boy got out of the cafeteria furiously.

Jungkook and Taehyung glared at each other. Jungkook scoffed and got up too. He started walking fastly until he was suddenly slammed into the locker.

"What the hell. What are you doing you, idiot?"

"Call me an idiot one more time and then I will show you who I am, "Taehyung said in his deep voice which caused shivers in the other boy.

Jungkook gulped and looked at Taehyung's eyes.

"I don't understand you Jungkook, one day you are all nice to me and the next day you are ignoring and acting like a dick"

"'M not a dick"Jungkook frowned and looked down

"Then why the hell are you acting like one?"

"It's because I am afraid"

"Afraid for what?"

"Afraid that I will fal-"Jungkook covered his mouth in shock.What the fuck he was going now to tell Taehyung.He gulped and looked down.

"What? Afraid for? Jungkook, what are you-"

"Jungkookie!"

The two boys turned to their side and saw Eunwoo standing there.

"Hyung!"

Jungkook quickly went to Eunwoo.He was relieved that Eunwoo came at the correct time.

"Kookie,were you busy with Taehyung? I will come another time"

"No no let's go together"

Jungkook put his hands around Eunwoo's shoulder and the two boys went from there, leaving a furious Taehyung behind.

"What? He asked you that?"

Jungkook nodded at Eunwoo's question,"And I almost spilled the truth hyung,if you hadn't come there on the right time, I don't even know how I would have answered his further questions"

Eunwoo sadly smiled at Jungkook's words, "Kookie, can I tell you something?"

"Yes hyung"

"You should tell Taehyung kook,hmm you can't be like this.He also doesn't deserve this.I mean the silent treatment you are giving. You always block him in mind links. He badly wants to communicate with you. Don't you think he wants to know about his soulmate?"

Jungkook bit his lips in nervousness and confusion. Of course, he knew it was not good. But what about himself? He was afraid of rejection. He had read in the books that soulmate rejection was really hurting, not to himself, but to Taehyung also will get hurt.

"Hyung I just don't know. I think Taehyung doesn't like me hyung. You know what he had told about me being his soulmate"

"I don't think so, It's not that he hates you now, based on his today's reaction, I think he doesn't hate you kook. Just try to be on good terms with him.After that, you can reveal it. And even after that, he rejects you, you should just move on"

Jungkook sighed and tapped his feet on the ground in nervousness. Yes, he needs to do something about this whole thing.

Jungkook got home after hanging out with Eunwoo. He went to his room to take a shower. He just wanted to take a good shower and sleep to forget all the things that happened today.

After the shower, he went and plopped on his bed. He was about to close his eyes when he heard a deep voice in his head.

"Hello my Soulmate"
