Chapter 449: Importance
Timmy was going to hold a 100-day Birthday banquet when the Full
Moon Party was scheduled, but she didn't think too much at the time,
thought it was just a close friend playing for fun.
As for the news of her divorce from Ayan, she didn't think of telling
anyone on purpose, and at first she just planned to go with the flow,
then she had to back off because of the Mr. and Mrs. Bell collaboration,
and now she has one more reason to extend Timmy's 100th day party.
Camille was briefly silent before saying lightly, "Whether we push it
back or not doesn't affect our current relationship."
"How does it not affect? It also affects your future peach luck, OK?"
âYou're looking out for me."
Camille laughed helplessly.
Sienna said, "That's for sure, after all, what's your business is my
business."
Camille laughed and didn't bother to keep talking to her, then ended the
call after verbally inviting her to come to the 100th day party on time.
She has more things to do in the past two days because the menu has
not yet been finalized, and the menu for children and the menu for
adults need to be prepared separately so that they can be well taken
care of.
Camille looked up a lot of famous dishes, and then finally confirmed the
dishes by referring to the style of the 100th day banquet. There are 18
dishes in the main banquet, and then there are some special desserts
and snacks added by Talia, which is exactly like a full banquet.
Camille couldn't help but exclaim, "Mom, is it too much?"
"No, Timmy is meeting everyone for the first time and definitely needs
to let everyone know how much we the Simpson family loves and
values him."
Talia finished her speech and hurriedly went to work to confirm other
things.
The Simpson Group has been busy since half a month, and it was the
day of the 100th birthday party.
The flowers and plants in the backyard have been rearranged, and the
site is completely shaped into a dreamy fairy tale style suitable for
children, but without losing any grandeur.
Everyone started preparing their part early that morning, and the guests
arrived around 10:00 am.
This time the Simpson family invited almost the entire upper class circle
of Hance City, but also specifically stated that they would not accept
any gifts or expensive presents, otherwise it would defeat the purpose
of holding this 100th day party.
Mr. and Mrs. Bell also arrived early and Camille was showing them
around the Simpson's mansion and finally returned to the lounge area
to sit down.
Mrs. Bell spoke up at this time: "Why haven't Austin and Cora arrived
yet? Is there a traffic jam? Or did they take the wrong road? *
Austin and Cora are also invited, after all, they are now working with
Simpson Group.
Camille only responded lightly: "Probably something is delayed, you
and sir sit down for a while, I'll go check on Timmy and come right
over."
"Okay, you go about your business and don't worry about us.â
Mr. and Mrs. Bell nodded and immediately sent Camille off to do her
thing.
Camille returned inside from the backyard party. She walked straight up
to the third floor nursery and heard Sienna teasing Timmy before she
reached the door.
Camille asked, "Why did you come up here? Why aren't you playing
down there?"
âI'm not really suited for that kind of occasion, I'm probably better off
hanging out with Timmy, after all we have something in common, the
adult world is too complicated for my liking."
Sienna is going around in circles again.
Camille gave her a blank look and asked, not too gently, "Are you afraid
of meeting someone?"
"What people?"
"Do I have to make that clear?"
Camille smiles lightly.
Sienna put Timmy down and was ready to come over and cover her
mouth, then said, "Okay, okay, I'm just scared, how's that?"
"What's there to be afraid of, he'll eat you?"
"You can shut up!"
Sienna began to be annoyed, she sighed: âI now think he is a wolf in
sheep's clothing, the surface is gentle as water, but the bones are just
like the devil.â
Camille's eyebrows knitted slightly, her eyes flashed with surprise, but
she finally did not ask anything, but said: "So you plan to stay here all
the time? I'll take Timmy downstairs later, you have to pay attention to
yourself, if something happens is to call every day should not be!"
"Don't, I'm holding Timmy and I'm going to do my duty as a godmother
today."
After Sienna finished, she immediately took Timmy in her arms again.
The two tidied up and took Timmy downstairs.
Ayan chatted with Rex and the others in the hall with the old Simpson,
Camille walked over with Timmy in her arms to say hello to everyone,
Sienna followed closely throughout, afraid to be left alone.
But several people are also vying to hug Timmy first, the old Simpson
on the side laughing: "see you all like children, why not get married
early to meet your parentsâ wishes?"
"Grandpa, you are unaware that in our hearts, Timmy is our own child.â
Tomas took over and laughed.
the old Simpson is also followed by a smile.
Rex was not happy: "I'm Timmy's godfather, you want kids to find your
own life, this is my godson.â
He took Timmy in his arms and then casually handed Camille another
gift, which Camille declined, "We appreciate your thoughts, but have
agreed not to accept gifts.â
âI'm the godfather, the gift should naturally be received, besides it's
from me to Timmy, you can keep it for him for now."
Rex's words came to a head, and Camille was in a bit of a bind.
She subconsciously looked at Ayan, and he spoke in a warm voice:
"Take it."
After getting Ayan's permission, she then reached out to take it.
The reason why Ayan had to ask is naturally because Rex is his
brother, so naturally he had to make him say yes before he would
accept it.
Rex's gift to Timmy was a bank card, and according to Rex's response,
"This is my toy money paid in advance.â
But with Rex opening his mouth, both Derek Farrell and Tomas have
also handed over their gifts, both of which are simple and brutal.
The guests have almost arrived, and everyone is about to roll from the
house to the backyard.
Timmy was carried to the backyard by Ayan himself, and Sienna
deliberately pulled Camille to the end of the line as she asked in a low
voice, "When did Rex become Timmy's godfather? How come I didn't
know? And what's my future man like this?"
Camille laughed, but before she could answer, she suddenly heard
Rex's voice say, "Camille, Ayan wants you to go over and hug Timmy."
Rex seems to have intentionally slowed down his pace, choosing to call
out Camille in an unoccupied hallway.
Sienna refused to let go of Camille's shirt, and Rex reminded her lightly,
"Miss King, today is Timmy's 100th day party, and this will affect the
progress of the party and make people think that Ayan and Camille
have a bad relationship, so you'd better let go of your hand, huh?"
Sienna pursed her lips, listened to him say the head is unable to find
any reason to refute, the heart is very reluctant, and finally just let go of
the hand and said: "You go."
Camille asks her with her eyes if it's okay?
Sienna nodded her head to indicate that it was okay, after all, what else
could he do in public?
But no sooner had Camille left than Rex clutched her in the direction of
the bathroom, and then his cold voice rang out slowly, "Why didn't you
answer the phone?"
Compared to the gloomy atmosphere here, the banquet in the backyard
is much more lively.
Camille walked up to Ayan, dressed in light-colored casual clothes, his
handsome face facing the crowd, and when Camille reached him, he
smoothly passed Timmy into her arms, and the two moved smoothly
and naturally, as if they had done it a million times before.
But only Camille knows that this is only the first time.
