Sienna's POV
Leaning shirtless against the headboard, I wearily open my eyes and scan the room. The light from the FIFA game on the tv illuminating the otherwise black space. To my right Jax lays, mouth open snoring lightly, the game controller still in his left hand. I nudge him gently, "hey, Jax..."
"Senna?" he breathes.
"Yeah, bud it's me. We fell asleep. It's 2 am you wanna crash here, or go back to your room?" I ask softly.
"Here," he mumbles, without even opening his eyes.
I pull the spare blanket out of the cupboard and place it over him, taking the controller from his hand. I move his right arm, which was hanging over the edge of the bed and place it under the cover. I take off his hat and try not to wake him. I put it on the side table before getting under the covers on the other side of the bed. I smile as I drift off back to sleep thinking about how it really starting to feel like old times.

"Who calls at this time of the morning?" I groan picking up the blaring phone from the side table.
"Mr. Jager, this is the Concierge. This is your 7 am wake-up call as per the request of Mr. Larson."
"Thanks." The displeasure evident in my tone.
"Who was that?" Jax mumbles from next me.
I run my fingers through my hair. "Hotel. Wake up call, as per Zander's request."
"Oh, right. Thirty mins until breakfast?" he asks.
"Guess so," I reply. It almost goes without saying these days. We know the drill, Zander sets up the wake-up call with the hotel and we all get thirty minutes from that call to get to our arses to breakfast.
Jax brushes his hands through his mouse-coloured hair trying to smooth down his sideways fringe, before putting his hat back on and covering that with his hood. "Well, I guess I better go change and check-in with the hotel. God knows they've already reported back to Zander that I'm not in my room."
I laugh, "he probably thinks you've pulled an all-nighter or ended up back at some chicks place."
"Little do they know," he replies with an animated wink.
"Fuck up." I throw a pillow at him, which he artfully dodges.
"Hey, for all I know while I was sleeping you..."
I cut him off, "I what...?"
"Well, who knows," he laughs, putting both hands in the air in surrender. "I mean I wake up and you're wearing nothing but sweatpants." His waves his hands gesturing at my current outfit.
"You wish! You're not even my type. Plus I was wearing this last night, when you snuck into my room, remember?" I taunt.
"Oh yeah, that's right. What is your type again? Non-existent?"
I shoot him a look. "Something like that."
He smiles cheekily as he walks towards the door. "Meet me in the hallway in twenty and we'll go down together?"
"Sure."
I gathering my outfit for the day as Jax opens the door stepping out into the hallway. He looks twice both ways making sure the coast is clear; it's not an uncommon occurrence to find a fan or reporter roaming the passages.
As he closes the door behind himself he sticks his head back in the room and calls out, "hey, Sen?"
I don't even look up for my bag. "Yeah?"
"Sax forever!" he laughs so hard that I can hear him even after the door is closed.
Twenty mins later I'm standing in the hallway outside my room showered, dressed and feeling more human than I have in weeks. I open my phone. One new private message. When I see the name Harri, I smile. I don't have time to read the message as Jax comes out from the room next to mine not even a minute later. I leave the message on read and place my phone back in my pocket.
Jax, for the first time in weeks, has made an effort to style his hair and to change into something other than sportswear.
"Anyone would think we got a group discount," I say looking at his black jeans and a black t-shirt which are almost identical to my black jeans and black t-shirt.
"Should I change?"
"Why?"
He looks down the passage, suddenly awkward. "Well, you know... people might talk."
My jaw tightens as I place my hand on my hip. "Are we back to this?"
"I guess not, Sweetheart," he smirks linking his arm through mine before dragging me towards the lift.
I shake my head and press the lift call button. "Keep talking like and that they will."
We join Zander and the twins at the table for breakfast. "Rafa, Luca, sorry about yesterday. I just couldn't...." my tone apologetic.
"No stress!" they reply in unison.
They look at each other and roll their eyes annoyed that other said what the other was thinking. They're so in sync, not just when they talk but when they sing and as you would expect their harmonies are amazing. Luca's voice is slightly higher and he can reacher higher notes than Rafa. But Rafa has much deeper richer tone. On their own their fairly reserved, almost shy, but together they're probably best described as savage.
Rafa breaks the silence first. He looks over at me, his hazel green eyes burning straight through me. "How are you feeling today, Sen?"
"Much better. I think I slept for pretty much the whole day and then most of the night."
Jax buts in, "that's not true. You were awake long enough for me to kick your arse at FIFA."
"So is that where you were and why you missed your wake up call this morning?" Zander asks not so casually, taking a sip of his extra large black coffee.
Jax stares him down. "I don't want to answer on the grounds that I may incriminate myself."
I answer for him, "yes, that's where was. And no we weren't partying all night. This bad boy fell asleep before midnight with the controller still in his hand."
"Shhh, Sen. you're ruining my street cred here." Jax tries but fails to defend himself.
"Street cred? Puh-lease, Jax," Luca laughs. "The only thing street about you is your style, and I don't mean that in a good way. But, then again I see you have managed to have a shower today."
"Oh J, did you feel that burn?" Beckett calls out announcing his arrival in the room.
When Beckett walks past the table, Jax slaps him on the back of his exposed legs right where his cutoff jeans finish. "No, but I bet you felt that!"
"Ouch..." the table cries in harmony.
"Now boys, settle down," Zander warns. "We've got a big schedule on today. No time for you two to be messing around."
I look over and Jax smirking as he watches Beckett rub the mark that's been left on his leg.
"There are two radio interviews this morning, a dress rehearsal this afternoon and our performance tonight," Zander continues. "Are you boys ready?"
We each nod and continue to eat our breakfast, talking amongst ourselves. Beckett even manages to pay Jax back by pouring salt into his coffee without him noticing. Luckily Jax's Black T-shirt hides to mark from where he dribbled the liquid out of his mouth and a few minutes later, much to the entertainment of everyone else at the table.
The day goes according to Zander's tightly controlled schedule. As soon as we sing the last word of our last song we follow the carefully structured plan. Running full tilt to our waiting transport via a network of underground tunnels. We don't stop to change out of our sweaty clothes, we don't stop to have a drink of water and we don't stop to say hi to the waiting fans. Instead, we head straight to the waiting cars which take us back to the hotel where we will debrief.
Management claims it's for our security, which we always thought was a cop-out. That was until the twins decided that they wanted to meet the fans and snuck out after the show and almost caused a riot. To this day they maintain they had a near-death experience. Although we all admit that death by teenage girl wouldn't be such a bad way to go.
Twenty minutes later, we're sitting in the lounge of the hotel talking about the show. It's the first time we've had to ourselves since breakfast. We have a great laugh as Rafa recalls saving Luca from walking face first into the pyrotechnics. Zander laughs too but when I glance over his shoulder I see him emailing the set designer a meeting invite. I have to stifle my smile when I see when I see that Zander he set the request with the subject line, "Why the fuck are you trying to cook G34?".
I grab a bottle of water from the coffee table, lean back on the couch, next to Jax and pull out my phone and finally reply to Harri's message.
