Mark's P.O.V.

I sat on the bed after getting treated by the doctor, eyes fixed on the window until Y/N walked in. I turned, knowing already what face she would make, and she did.

Her eyes got that wide look, her bottom lip trembled and she hurried to sit by my bedside. Her eyes walked from one injury to another, taking in the gore that was me.

"I'm okay." I simply croaked and tried to give her a reassuring smile,although my jaw too hurt.

She just sighed and hit my arm lightly.

"Ouch! I said I'm okay but not fully recovered!" I held my arm until the pain went away.

"You idiot!" She gave me her angry look with hints of worry, "You scared the hell out of me! You promised you'd be careful and look at you now! He could have killed you!!"

"But he didn't. I'm here now,aren't I?"

I could see the conflict already,her wanting to be strong and the raw need to weep welling up. It was only a matter of seconds before she gave in and started crying.

I patted her hair in order to calm her down. Aish this girl! She wants to act like a tough one when instead she is just scared and in need to be protected..

"I can't afford to lose you too,Mark..." She looked up and wiped away her tears, "I lost my mom and you're the only one I have left."

"That's not true.You have an entire family here,you have Jungkook."

"It's not the same. You were the only one who understood me,who helped me figure out my heart and who is now risking his life for me..."

"Of course I would,you're like a sister to me,Y/N-ah." I smiled and caressed her hair. "I know really well what having a mate means. I want you to be happy with him and to not experience what I did."

I could see the sadness in her eyes but I flashed her a friendly smile.

"I will be fine, you don't have to worry. We'll make them all pay for their deeds. I'm not losing this war,so cheer up okay?"

"Fine.." She just sighed and smiled lightly.

To be honest,I don't know the outcome of this war,but I'm ready to fight with all my being. For now,I just want Y/N to live her life freely...

Y/N's P.O.V.

"How was he?" Jungkook asked as soon as I entered his bedroom.I just sighed and threw myself on his bed,right next to him.

"He just kept trying to hide it from me, but I could see he was hurting." I hid my face on the pillow as I felt the mattress move and Jungkook's presence closer to me.

"He could have killed them both! Your pack is in danger now and all because of me..." I let out all my bottled up feelings as a tear escapes my eyes.

Jungkook immediately wrapped his arms around my figure,engulfing me into his warmth.

"This is not your fault,Y/N-ah...falling in love is not a sin." He kissed my forehead and caressed my back in order to calm me down. "Hey,look at me."

I met with his sparkly blue eyes that held nothing but love in them.Just a single look of his could send my soul in the most peaceful places. Jungkook cupped my cheeks and wiped away the tears with his thumb.

"I told you I'm not letting you do this alone. You're mine to protect now and we're going to win this war. We'll be happy together..."

"But I'm putting everyone in danger...who knows what..."

"Shshhh..." Jungkook interrupted me by softly locking our lips together.I melted into his sweet kiss and strong embrace. "Everything's gonna be okay. We will defeat them and we will finally be able to love each other freely."

I smiled at his words and my heart was put into an ease.No matter what , Jungkook always knows how to make me feel safe and cared for. I hugged his waist tight and buried my head into his chest.

"I love you so much." My voice came out muffled as I didn't have to see his face to know he was smiling.

"I love you too,baby.."

He moved in for another kiss and this time, I felt the graze of his lips against my neck - a gesture that would normally send my head spinning.

As I cautiously laid there, unaware of what his plans for me were, I moved my hair away from the right side of my neck and I shut my eyes. Jungkook took the opportunity and hovered over me.

I knew what I wanted him to do and he was here, ready to fulfill all my desires.

My insides craved his touch. I craved his touch. As soon as his moist, plump lips imprinted on my neck, I lost all rational thought, I was just consumed at the thought of him and I showing our ever growing love for each other. I was amazed at how one touch of his lips could hitch my breath.

"Jungkook.." I slowly moaned as I put my hand on the back of his head, pulling him closer to me.Gentle but passionate, he presses his lips into my lips. The world around me slowed, so I could be in this moment. My heart flutters, and I kiss back hungrily, cherishing the moment and Jungkook. His lips are soft and warm.

Jungkook's hands slowly make their way down,tracing my body. The tender touch we share makes the room around us disappear. There isn't anything else in the world except the burning flame of our love. Something about this feeling makes me feel like everything will be okay,makes me want to give myself to him entirely.

I could hear his heartbeat. It was there, that thunderous, rapid pounding that made me giggle with amusement. He continued showering me with kisses all over my jawline and collarbone.

I felt the ecstasy rush through my body. As the heat between us continued to grow, I felt Jungkook hesitate for a moment. He pulled away for air and I,unable to resist any longer,pulled him back in.

I was intoxicated-I was intoxicating him, but it didn't matter. Nothing mattered to me in that moment,except from his entire being,our love and lust.

"Y/N-ah..." He whispered as he held my hands and broke our kiss.

My frozen breath mingled with his as we stared at each other, both of us a little unsteady. Desire and hunger glowed in his crystal blue eyes although he was trying to hide it and hold back.

I gently bit my lips. I knew what I wanted.

"I want you to have me,Jungkook.."He widened his eyes and pulled away slightly.

"Y/N-ah...I told you before..."

"Jungkook,I want this," I breathed, "I love you and only you. I want us..."

My voice slowly turned into a whisper as I closed our distance and brushed my lips on his neck,arms around him wrapped securely.

"I want you to make love to me...I want you to make me yours.."

Jungkook stood still for a moment, contemplating whether to give in or not.Then before I know how it happened,our tongues entwined in a more passionate kiss which left me lightheaded.

He carefully laid me back down and got on top of me.

"I'll make you mine tonight,Y/N-ah..."
