Emile

"Wow....I really didn't see that one coming."Kate said after I told her what happened.

"I feel like a freaking fool."

"You didn't know stop beaten yourself up."

"But that doesn't change the fact that I slept with Jason's brother."

Kate handed me a glass of water.

"Calm down."

"I think I should tell Jason."I said.

"You should but not right now,get yourself  together first."

"I should go to Georgia and visit my mom."

"Are you sure?"

"I just want to get out of here before I sink in with the guilt."

"I can go with you if you want."

"No,you don't have to."

"When are you leaving?"

"Tomorrow morning."

"Okay."

"Hey."

"Hey baby,how was your flight?"

"Peaceful."

"I was glad to hear you were coming home."

"Am glad am here too mama."

"Let's get you home,you must be  exhausted,henna made you, your favorite."she said and started the car.

"I can't wait."I whispered with a sigh before looking out the window.

Having dinner with mom and her new boyfriend mark*

"So how long have you guys been together?"

"A year."mark answered.

"Sorry I didn't tell you about him honey,I wanted to tell you at the right time."

"It's fine mom,as long as your happy."

"I am."she rubbed his hand while looking at him with a loving eyes.

"That's enough for me."I said with a smile.

"It's Jason right....how's he?"

"He's fine mom,he sends is regards."

"Come with him next time,would you?I would love to meet him."

"I will mama."

"So what do you do for a living."Mark asked.

"I at star enterprise."

"That's amazing...how's Dylan Parker treating you."

"You know him?"

"Not really,I just meet him once at a conference in Germany."

"Okay."

"Dinner is delicious mama."

"Yes,Henna is an amazing cook,I should give her a raise."

Dylan hasn't stopped texting and am not just ready to talk to him yet.

Dylan Parker:Talk to me Emile.

Dylan Parker:I just want to know if your okay.

Dylan Parker: please say something.

I sighed and placed my phone on the side table.

"So how did you guys meet?"I asked

"At a party in Italy."

"It's nice seeing you happy with someone."

"Emile,why are you really here?"

"How do you mean?...I came to see you."

"Am your mother,I can tell when something is wrong."

"Everything is fine mom."

"Am always here if you need someone to talk."

"I will keep that in mind mama."

"How long are you staying?"

"Just 3days,I have to get back to work."

"That's fine...."

"Dylan!"

"Mrs sawyer it's nice to meet you."he offered her a handshake.

"You must be Jason."she said and shook it.

"No,am Dylan Parker."

"Mama,he's my boss."

"Oh...sorry dear."

"Why are you here Dylan?"

"To see you."he said and sat beside me.

My mom excused herself.

"It was pretty obvious, i didn't want to see you ."

"I should have told you Jason was my stepbrother and for that am sorry ."

"Am not mad about that Dylan,am mad because you used me as a ploy for your revenge scheme."

"at first it was all about the revenge,I admit but then I got to know you and everything changed."

I took a sip of my wine.

"Why do you guys even hate each other?"

"When my father entrusted me with the company,Jason didn't take it well."

"So,all this hate is about the company?"

"I guess so."

"You haven't told me why you hate him?"

He sighed.

"He took everything from me,my father forgot I existed the minute he was born."

"What do you mean?your father trusted you with the company."

"Because,he didn't think Jason could handle it not because am his favorite son or something."

I stared at him for a while

"Am sorry about that."

"Am over it.....so does this mean you forgive me?"

"No but we can work something out for now."

He chuckled.

"That's fine by me..."

"So where you staying?" I asked.

"I booked a room here...wanna see it."he smirked.

"Don't push it Dylan,am still mad at you."

He smiled.

"Your beautiful."he whispered."
