CH. 42 Disgusting Bastard.

(Jamison POV)

Red and I left the others behind; a chill ran down my body as I saw all the ghosts of women that were still around.

He killed that many women and have never been caught?

When we got to the shop, we saw the cars that he was working on. He would use his client's vehicles for his crimes.

"He's done there, in the basement," Red said as she opened the door to the basement.

I followed her, and I could hear screaming.

He forgot to close the basement door.

"Let me go!" The woman he just taken yelled.

My eyes as Red slammed her body into him, causing him to drop the woman.

He turned eyes widened.

"Who the-" He said.

I stood behind Red.

Anger filled my body as I grabbed him by the throat and slammed him on the wall.

"Please help us." I heard a woman voice said, and I turned around to see the women cuff to the bars on the walls.

I still had my hand wrapped around his neck, as I brought my other hand out to the chain of keys that were on his waist.

"Red," I said, tossing her the keys.

She caught them.

"Free them."

I could hear the women let outcries.

I turned my attention back to him, dropping him to the floor.

"All the women you've killed, using your client's cars to abduct them," I said to him.

His eyes widened.

"We know about them all," I said, bringing my leg out and kicking him in the stomach.

A yelp came from him as I let out another kick. I continued kicking him nonstop.

I felt Red pull me back.

"Jamison, he's knocked out. Hold on, let me check." She said, pressing her feet on his neck.

"Hmm." She said she turned to look at me.

"I usually am the one who beats them up, but this is okay too." She said.

Police sirens were heard in the background.

"I also usually leave before the police get here." She said.

"Like a superhero?" I asked, pressing my feet on the coward on the floor groan.

"Sure, we can call it that." She said as officers rush down the stairs.

"Oh my fucking God." One officer said I noticed that the agents were also among them.

Their eyes widened.

"We need paramedics down here now!" Agent flirt yelled.

I watched Rosemary make her way down the stairs when she reached the basement, her eyes widened.

Agent Flirt was staring at her.

"Is that him?" She asked, and I nodded my head.

I moved my feet off the passed out man groan.

Officers came towards us, grabbed him from the floor to arrest him.

I turned to look around the room; paramedics were tending to the women.

The majority of the women were crying.

"He killed two women. yesterday." A woman said.

The room went quiet.

"Just thought you all should know." The woman said as she was being tended to by a paramedic.

If we got here sooner, Rosemary made eye contact with me, and I knew we were thinking the same thing.

I watched as he was taken away.

No one asked why he was injured and had bruises all over him; he simply deserved way worse. Knowing how officers can be, I'm sure he was going to get those worse things in the car ride.

"How did you all manage to find him and this place?" The other, Agent Brown, asked.

"We can discuss that later, what's important is that we make sure all of these women information is taken from them, we get in contact with their families and have them rushed to the hospital," Rosemary said.

"I also found this," Rosemary said, holding a book.

"What is that?" Agent Flirt asked.

"It seems like it's a journal with all the names of the women he's killed, and it's been dated back years." She said, in a disgusted voice.

"Including the places they're buried," Rosemary said.

"Rosemary, please hand that to me. That's evidence." Agent Browns said.

"Not yet, I'm wearing gloves, so I don't tamper with it, but I think we should go to these places that are described in the book. I'll have my team get there; these women deserve to be found, and their family deserves to know what happened to them. I'm going to help them." She said, causing Agent Brown's eyes to widen.

Rosemary softens her voice.

"They've been through to much." She said.

Everyone around the room heard her, including the ghost of the women that have made their way into the room.

"Okay." Agent Browns said.

"Okay." He said again.

The street was filled with ambulances as they loaded them up with gurneys that had the victims on them.

The look on each paramedic's face was something I'm sure was shown on my face as well.

"We'll talk to the victims in the hospital, get their testimonies, we are getting units to go with you guys to the locations, those locations are all crime scenes." Agent Flirt said.

Rosemary nodded her head.

"I can't believe you found him." Agent Flirt said.

"I had help. I'll go now; being in this torture room is bothering me." Rosemary said, and I had to agree with her.

We left the room, going outside. I saw all the ghosts of the women's lives he's taken.

They were staring at Rosemary.

"Alright, let's go get closure for all of you." She said.

I watched as they all nodded their heads.

Red came to stand by me.

"So, you have a habit of doing this, huh?" I asked her.

She turned to stare at me with her green eyes, her dark brown skin making the color of the eyes seem brighter than they appear.

It was as if she was looking into my soul.

She tilted her head.

"I do, it's sad that I have to, but I do. There's a lot of horrible people in this world, but I contribute to the good people." She said.

"Their lives are never going to be the same," I said as the ambulances drive away with the victims.

"No, it's not, but neither was our lives after the things that happened to us." She said, causing me to turn my stare at her.

What she said made me feel like it had a deeper meaning behind it.

Did she know?

"You people ready to go?" Rosemary said in the car, her window was down and she was looking at us.

"Yes, we are coming," Red said.

We got in the car, this time I was sitting next to Rosemary as she drove.

"Are they going to meet us there?" Hailey asked softly.

"Who the agents, after their done getting the witnesses testimonies?" Rosemary asked.

"No, the other women. The ghost that was haunting that place." Hailey said.

"They're going to meet us there to help us find their bodies," Rosemary said.

"So now that everything has been revealed to the agents, this is going to be a hard investigation. Some people never knew what happened to their loved ones that are now going to get the answers to what happened." Red said.

"It'll give them closure," Natalie said.

"Speaking of closure, what did you talk to your children about? Your husband mentioned that they said that they spoke to you." Rosemary asked, my stare move to the rearview mirror to stare at Natalie.

A sad look crossed her face.

"My son Jayden gets scared, so I've been protecting him in his room. I've noticed now that he had every right to be afraid of. Is he like you guys? Could both my children be the same way this whole time, but I thought it was their imagination or just monster stories." She said a sad tone heard in her voice.

"You see things differently when you're on the other side," I said.

"It's always like that," Rosemary said.

Although Rosemary didn't explain it, we all know what she meant by that.

We got to the first graveyard, Rosemary employees were already there and were loading out their equipment, waiting for orders from their boss.

How did they get there so fast? These people drop everything for Rosemary.

"Oh, my goodness," Hailey said as Rosemary parked the car.

"He was a fucking killing machine," Red said.

Rosemary turned to the side to stare at me.

"Ready to do this?" She asked me, I glance outside the window to see the ghost of the women all spread out, standing in different spots.

They were standing next to their bodies, helping us by showing us where they were buried.

"Yes, let's do this," I said.

I got out of the car with her.

We made our way to the trunk of the car, and I remembered what she had me carry the first time.

So I grabbed them and left the other stuff for her.

She grabbed the things, and we headed towards her workers.

Red, Hailey, Marsha, Macy, and Natalie stayed back. Although from the other's point of view it'll just look like it was red who stayed back.

I look back and saw the look on their faces.

Especially Red.

I turned around and kept walking with Rosemary.

"It's a lot of bodies," Rosemary said, staring at the women who were all staring at her, who were all standing next to where I'm sure their bodies were.

"A lot of people are going to get closure and sad news today," I said.

"Yes, we are going to be busy, and that's fine because all of these people have waited enough." She said, and I agreed with her.

We spoke to her team, and she pointed towards areas where she told them to have a look. Rosemary and I knew women were standing at those areas, but her team didn't see that as they listened to her and went to where she sent each of them.

We walked up to one spot, where a woman was standing.

The woman made direct eye contact with me and spoke.

"You can see me as well?" She asked me.

"Yes, I can," I said.

She nodded her head.

"I must warn you, the sight of my body might make you sick; he made sure my body was damaged before he buried me. I don't know how I would look now given the fact that it's been years." She said.

The look on her face made my heart clenched.

"Don't worry about me; I'll be okay. I just want to get you out of there so you and your family can be free," I said softly.

She looked at me with teary eyes.

"Thank you so much; we never thought this day would happen." She said, looking around her. I knew she was referring to her and the other women.

"I understand. Let's get you closure." I said.

As Rosemary and I dug out the woman's body, we spoke to her and asked her about herself, where she was from, about her family, and she filled us in on everything.

It's heartbreaking when you realize that these people were just people in the first place.

That someone evil came and decided to do this to them.

Now I see why Rosemary does this, sometimes people forget the dead or don't go through enough measures when it comes to getting them justice.

These ghosts were all people; they deserved justice, too, and if it takes a bad boy like me to help out and make sure that happens.

Then so be it.
