the man grinned as he rolled his eyes at adrian who glared and growled at him. soon after, he came down from the window and approached adrian and edith, shaking his hands.

“master, you are a bit clumsy. how can i even leave you?”

the man, carefully put on edith’s bed linen and pushed adrian out of bed with his eyes shining fiercely.

“if i don’t keep an eye on you, you might get bitten by this dog that the innocent master raised.”

“go on your way. i said it was none of your business,” adrian growled at him.

“what can i do?”

the man grinned at adrian’s low warning.

“i’ve made up my mind, you bastard.”

‘what’s wrong with them?’

i stretched lightly, waking up from a very satisfying dream last night, and found adrian and slave man glaring at each other as if they were about to tear at each other’s throat.

“did you two fight?”

the man, who was munching on bread, hit the table with a bang at my stupid question.

“master, do you even fight animals?”

i jumped at his outburst and asked, “or not, why are you angry? you surprised me!”
