"The School just announced that a school dance is coming up!!" Zenitsu yelled over the phone. "What's a dance again?" Inosuke asked and I replied, *just a school event where if you have a ticket or earn it you are able to head to the dance where you just... party I guess? Never been to one."

"You haven't been to one? That's one of the biggest opportunities you can have! Besides I think you should go Tanjiro, before you graduate atleast."

"I don't know..."

"How bout you ask Muichiro to the dance! I'm going with Nezuko so you guys can tag along with us so it's not that awkward."

"Since when did you ask my sister?!"

"What so it's not okay for her to like someone but it's okay for you to like someone? That's messed up. And I asked her a few hours ago."

"I'm still confused.." Inosuke said.

"Shut up Inosuke."

"Alright fine I'll go...it wouldn't hurt to try to ask Muichiro to the dance."

"Yay!"

The next day, school rolled around and the school dance happens next week on a Friday, and I am gonna attempt to ask Muichiro out to the dance! I never went to a dance before since I never wanted to go to it but this year hopefully will be different! The thing that sucks is that I have no idea if Muichiro is a party type person and if he is then that's great but a good chance he would go with someone else. I was scared for the most part but I had my loyal sister to help with that with a few friends! When noone was looking, I sneak by the students and went into Muichiro's locker and sented him a new note for the day,

Hello Muichiro! Hope your day goes well for you today! :D

The school dance is coming soon, but since my identity remains hidden I won't be able to ask you to the dance myself. But if you do go to the dance with someone I hope you have a good time with them!

I then left the area quickly and later his behind a wall, watching as Muichiro went to his locker and then all a sudden at the corner of my eye,

Never knew that Muichiro was that popular, because immediately presents and letters began falling out of his locker. Eventually he looked around and found my note and Yuichiro stopped by and I watched as Muichiro read to note to Yuichiro and it was adorable to watch Muichiro smile a little at the letter, even if he doesn't know it was from me. I left to my locker and I heard Mitsuri scream at the top of her lungs and I immediately ran over to see what was going on and saw Obanai and Mitsuri hugging each other.

"What just happened?" I asked and Shinobu replied, "Obanai asked Mitsuri out to the dance and Mitsuri accepted." I always knew Obanai liked Mitsuri. They are so cute together! I smiled and Zenitsu tugged on my arm and asked, "When are you gonna ask Muichiro to the dance Tanjiro?" I blushed a little, "Hopefully by the end of the day.."

"He is gonna reject you." Inosuke said out of the blue.

"INOSUKE THAT'S YOUR FRIEND."

Way to ruin my confidence...

During lunch time where I usually talk to Muichiro, is where hopefully I might be able to ask him. I was eating with Nezuko, Zenitsu, Inosuke, Sabito, Giyu, Kyojuro, and Shinobu, until all a sudden I see Sabito take a deep break and stand in top of the table and we all just look at him. He said out loud, catching everyone's attention, "May I have everyone's attention? I have an announcement to make!" Oh Lord. He cleared his throat and continued,

"This might be a little extra and stupid to do it this way...but Giyu Tomioka, will you go to dance with me?" Everyone started some with surprise, some with anger, mainly the people who had a crush on the dude, and some stared in awe.

"I-Uh... I'll love to.." The Man himself, Giyu replied and grabbed Sabito's hand when he offered it and Sabito lifted in up as the two held both hands with each other. I heard Kyojuro ask Shinobu, "Isn't that your ex-boyfriend Shinobu?" She turned to him, "Yeah why?" She asked, "Aren't you a little upset?" Shinobu and Giyu used to date each other but broke up last year during winter, "No, like we said we broke up because we fell out of love and two he confessed he was actually gay."

Ouch.

"Why date you if he was gay?" He asked, "Guess he only did so his parents wouldn't be disappointed? I don't remember." Interesting.

Later that day, I did end up running into Muichiro after school, he was talking with his brother and I went over to talk with him and he turned around as I called his name, "Hey! Muichiro!" We made eye contact and I asked him, "do you think you could meet me near the Sakura trees in the garden tomorrow during lunch, there is something I want to tell you.." As soon as I said that his face turned red and he slowly nodded, "Uh-!Sure..!" When we went our separate ways, I just thought about tomorrow and tomorrow only.

I don't know if I could beat Sabito's or Obanai's confidence, but I have to atleast try. Better then comparing myself to others like a idiot.

The next day however, I ran into a certain students after putting a note in Muichiro's locker, and that being Genya. He stopped me from watching Muichiro read my note and asked, "Tanjiro, may I talk to you alone?" I nodded but I didn't think something good or bad was gonna happen because I know this man likes Muichiro and he knows I like him apparently.

"Your planning on asking Muichiro to the dance aren't you?"

"How did you know?"

"Just a random guess."

"Well I am if that's what you think...Why do you wanna know are you gonna tell him?"

"No, just wondering. As friends or more?"

"Depends on what he is more comfortable with."

I felt someone grab my neck from behind and almost choke me and I turned my head a little to see a boy with long hair with teal ends...

Was it Muichiro? No that's not...is that.." Your planning on asking who to the dance?!" Yuichiro yelled, "Well I was asking Muichiro but if that's a problem with you then-"

"Just ask him I don't fucking care at this point.."

"Wait really?"

"Yeah, he is probably gonna be one and depressed anyways when he remains single after highschool."

"I thought that was gonna be you-" I felt his grip tighten around my neck as he yelled, "Finish that fucking sentence and I swear-!" Muichiro slapped Yuichiro in the face which led to him letting go of my neck and Muichiro asked, "what the hell is going on here?"

"Nothing, just forget it."

During lunch time, I went straight to the garden behind the school and waited for Muichiro to arrive. When he eventually did, I turned around and I watched as his hair carefully moved with the wind and the blossoms fallings off the tree. He was adorable, he went closer and asked, "Is there something important you wanted to tell me? Why bring me out here?" I took a deep breath and asked, "I thought it would be a nice place to ask...uh...will you go to the dance with me?!"

I saw his face turn bright red, and he slowly nodded, replying, "Sure.. I'll go to the dance with you?"
