Chapter 6 A Colossal Honor

It has been about half a year now that (Y/n) and Sera have been together, and (Y/n)'s great contribution to Heaven as of recently. All people of Heaven knowing this magnificent angel and lots looking up to him.

This, however, would soon grab the attention of beings at the top.

One day, Sera enters her office with a message on her desk.

Sera: "It's not often I receive something like this at least for a while now."

Reading it, it's a message from the elder angels wanting to see her regarding (Y/n).

Head Seraphim Sera, we have been monitoring the recent winner (Y/n) for a while now and the work and duties he has performed in Heaven as well of your relationship with this individual and we need to speak of this at once.

Sera is a bit worried that it may mean she can not be with (Y/n) because of her title and position.

Sera: "Oh no, please let this not mean I have to stop seeing (Y/n)."

Sera heads somewhere else to have this meeting with the elder angels to see what they have to say.

Elsewhere (Y/n) was at the promenade near the gates of Heaven, helping newcomers get adjusted to their afterlife.

(Y/n): "So much new people recently don't know if I should say that's a good thing or not."

(Y/n) thinks why he hasn't seen Sera, yet they usually meet each other by the embassy.

(Y/n): "Maybe I should go back again and see if Sera is there."

(Y/n) goes to the embassy to see if Sera is there. Once there, he tries to call out for her.

(Y/n): "Sera? Are you here now?"

With no response (Y/n) sits down and gets a little worried about where Sera is.

Minutes later, Sera enters her office and sees (Y/n) sitting there.

Sera: "(Y/n) I've been looking for you."

(Y/n): "So have I, Sera, are you ok?"

Sera: "Yes, but soon more than ok."

(Y/n): "What do you mean by that?"

Sera: "Please don't get up. I have news that is going to change everything."

To make a long story short, Sera explains (Y/n) about her recent meeting with the elder angels and told him that they think (Y/n) has so rapidly become an invaluable part of Heaven that they decided (Y/n) will become the first former human to become a Seraphim.

(Y/n): "Sera? I don't know what to say?"

Sera: "You have become someone so important here, and to me that we'll pretty much have the same rankings.

(Y/n): "This is such an honor it truly is."

(Y/n): "What happens now?"

Sera: "Now? We must prepare for your ceremony."

(Y/n): "I'll be ready, Sera."

Sera: "I know you will be."

A few days later, a ceremony is held for (Y/n), and as Sera bestows (Y/n)'s new title, she removes his golden halo and replaces it with a new halo emitting almost the same color as Sera's and (Y/n)'s two wings retract and then six wings comes out.

Sera: "Seraphim (Y/n), would you care to say anything?"

(Y/n): "I promise to not let God, the elder angels, Heaven, and you down!"

Sera: "You already have proven that you will never do that."

Taking this moment to display the two's relationship, Sera gives (Y/n) a kiss in front of everyone, almost feeling like if this was a wedding.

Sera: "I love you, Seraphim (Y/n)."

(Y/n): "And I love you too, Head Seraphim Sera."
