Chapter 5 A Heavenly Night

Sometime had passed since (Y/n), and Sera had that kiss, and it led to them starting a relationship. It didn't take long until most of Heaven found out, and of course Emily being the most vocal about it. Constantly teasing her sister about her boyfriend.

Since (Y/n) has been closer to Sera, she took him under her wing in conducting tasks to assist the people of Heaven, which would make him a more prominent figure.

After another day of working, Sera comes to (Y/n) to tell him to relax.

Sera: "Dear?"

(Y/n): "Yes, Sera?"

Sera: "You already worked enough today come let's take a rest together."

(Y/n): "That does sound good right about now."

Sera: "I know where we can go."

Sera took (Y/n) to a place where she always liked going to clear her mind.

It was a very peaceful part of Heaven, a sort of a natural sanctuary. With a spot to sit around the trees and a gorgeous view of a lake and waterfall.

(Y/n) and Sera sit together on the ground, taking in the view.

(Y/n): "This place is very nice, Sera."

Sera: "I have always come here to have peace and tranquility."

(Y/n): "Thank you for showing me this."

(Y/n) takes Sera's hand and kisses them to show his appreciation."

(Y/n): "You have really pretty nails."

Sera blushes at his romantic move and comment.

(Y/n): "And such glamorous eyelashes you have."

Sera: "You really know how to make a woman feel good (Y/n)."

(Y/n): "For you, I always try to!"

(Y/n) thinks back when they first met and remembers when Sera said how (Y/n) was always a gentleman.

(Y/n): "Hey, Sera?"

Sera: "Yes, my dear?"

(Y/n): "When you first spoke to me, you said I was always a gentleman. How did you know that?"

Sera: "If I reveal this to you, would you be a little disturbed by it?"

(Y/n): "Well, you were willing to tell me about the extermination. I don't think this would freak me out."

Sera: "Fair enough."

Sera tells (Y/n) she had monitored him during his life on Earth within her orb and saw how selfless and kind he was. Not to mention, she kind of thinks he was a bit attractive with his muscular physique.

(Y/n): "In that case, I'm glad to display my morals on Earth!"

Sera: "And you certainly have done that here now (Y/n)."

As they now lay down on the ground (Y/n) and Sera closely together, watching the sky.

Sera: "(Y/n) I know this may be early, but I think I'm really falling in love with you ."

Sera: "(Y/n)?"

(Y/n) had fallen asleep and had his head against her shoulder, and Sera used parts of her wings to keep him warm.

Minutes passed by, and Sera herself fell asleep, and then she has a dream of herself entering the room of her house and seeing a male figure with six wings and a halo with nearly the same color as hers.

With so much love, she gets close to him and holds his hands and kiss. This brings a smile to Sera in both the dream and out of the dream.
