Part 15 ✿

"Oh? Do you hear that Beomgyu oppa~? I hear some angry footsteps approaching us"

A teacher wearing black sunglasses advanced towards them with a stern expression on her face but before she could open her mouth Beomgyu spoke up "Expel me miss! I'm the one at fault and also, you're ugly and fat!!"

Without saying anything to that, the teacher pulled Nari away from the boy. And the girl stuck her tongue out at him.

She started silently giggling until the teacher patted her shoulder

"Question Nari, Are you using your ebys?"

"Oh no! Of course not, I would never.." the girl acted downhearted that the older would even have suspicions.

The teacher crossed her arms "Two people are supposed to join me here but could you explain to me what happened before that?"

She smiled proudly "I was with my boyfriend minding our own business but then this Beomgyu guy came and attacked us out of nowhere! So my Taehyun fought him back but when he wasn't looking, that perverted Beomgyu threw himself on top of me!!" She pointed at her neck "Look it's all red! That monster!"

"Honestly, everything she said is the truth. I don't know what came over me." Beomgyu added. "Throwing me out won't be a bad idea."

Nari made a sly grin "Yea jump off a building after they throw you out, will ya?"

"Sure."

The teacher nodded then looked at the male with an indistinguishable expression.

"We have the thing!!" Two boys said while running towards them. The younger female stared at them in absolute shock.

They stood in front of them and displayed a phone that one of them was holding "We successfully transferred the footage of the camera to this phone"

"W-what the hell is going on? Why are there two of you...?" Nari whispered with shaky eyes.

"Did they like clone themselves?" Beomgyu asked while also seeming shocked.

Taehyun pointed at the security camera that filmed the whole thing.

"So what?" Nari spat and turned to the teacher "Maybe I got the couple mixed up but you can still clearly see that Taehyun attacked Beomgyu and that Beomgyu attacked me. I have nothing to do with this! I was just a frail little witness and victim"

The boy who was with Taehyun, who is actually also Taehyun spoke up "Just take a look at it~"

The two females watched the video, from the moment Nari came in. When it was over the teacher nodded with a 'I knew it' face while the girl threw a tantrum

"THIS VIDEO IS TRAFFICKED! HEAR ME TRAFFICKED!!"

"But Nari" the teacher started "Our special surveillance cameras clearly detected your invisible ebys rays. Explain those purple waves going from you to them."

"NO! Those two Taehyuns edited it!"

'If only this woman would remove her ugly sunglasses!!'

The older female sighed in exasperation "We were told a mind-controlling ebyser would come to this school, well I didn't know you would be this problematic."

"Here miss" one of the Taehyuns handed her a sheet of paper. The teacher took it and read something that was on it out loud "According to your student profile, your weakness is that you need to at least make eye contact with someone once, before being able to control them. Which is why I have those glasses on. You and Taehyun are new so you're probably wondering why we have this information. We need to know our students weaknesses so we can help them master their ebys during ebys class."

Beomgyu just blinked.

"Ok whatever but are you stupid?! I still have nothing to do with this!!!! I was just on my way to music class!"

"She's right." Beomgyu affirmed, looking right at the teacher. "Nari did nothing wrong, I literally just admitted that it was me."

"No you weren't going to class!!" Taehyun snapped "You were stalking me you creep! Years ago Beom hyung warned me about you, so I never friended you but you still ended up following me everywhere..."

She soften her voice "N-no.. Taehyun...you're mistaking.."

'Why is his mind blocked as well? I hate this!'

Taehyun made a deep sigh "I learned that after someone is mind-controlled by you, they don't remember the events that happened during that time" he then glanced at Beomgyu 'That explains a lot of things... this girl.. She has always been there, watching, hiding, controlling, me... I saw it all. Like when I rejected Beomgyu in that alternate universe, she was there, she's the one who-'

"That's enough" The teacher said, "Lee Nari you're coming with me."

"NOOOO F*CK ALL OF YOU!" Nari screamed like a child "This is all Beomgyu's fault!! Right Beomgyu?!"

"Yup."

The teacher sighed "Let go of his mind please... This behaviour is truly unacceptable, Taehyuns I'm gonna need your help or she'll never leave."

They held both of her arms and dragged her out of the scene with the teacher following them "NOOO I WILL NEVER GIVE UP! TAEHYUN WILL ALWAYS BE MINE!!"

The two Taehyuns who were carrying her squirming self, looked at her with a done expression then back at themselves and said simultaneously "Why did we need to be the origin of this unhealthy obsession?"

Like always, Beomgyu was on the floor, his favourite place it seems. He opened his eyes and the first thing he saw was 2 Taehyuns leaning down on him.

Back on the ceramic floor, light-headed with his eyes still half opened, he dreamily whispered "Two Taehyuns..? Am I in heaven...? If this is heaven I wanna stay here forever... nurse me back to health.. mouth to mouth CPR will be really effective.. you guys can take turns.." he then puckered his lips.

The two boys stared at him with a done expression "Who's gonna tell him that this is not how this works? And he's breathing fine..."

"This weird dude clearly just wants kisses.. why do we like him again?"

"I don't know.. but it is what it is-"

"WAIT!!" Beomgyu hastily got up, coming to his senses "Why are there two of you?! And where's Nari?"

Taehyun1 said with a smile "Jessica is really the best"

Previously

Taehyun approached Beomgyu, he then created a gigantic ball of fire and made it spin on his finger like a basketball "Touch her and I'll burn you to a crisp you asshole."

Beomgyu tried to stay composed. "Y-Yah tyun-ah, please snap out of it.."

Taehyun felt a little pain in his head, Jessica had entered his brain. Temporarily going to someone else's mind that isn't Beomgyu's, is something Yeonjun forgot to say. An exchange she can only do once, so she waited for the right time.

Taehyun shook his head.

« Hi Taehyun. »

{What who's this?!!!}

Since he came back to reality thanks to Jessica, he now realised Beomgyu's state {Wait.. he looks in pain! Is he okay?!} he then made a disgusted expression {What uh.... what is he doing to that girl.......}

"Taehyun! Call a teacher, this guy is trying to rape me!"

{The hell?}

« I'll explain everything to you later and tell you what to do, but for now just pretend to get a teacher »

{Okay weird mind voice}

"I'll be right back!" The blonde ran towards the faculty room.

"Wow..." Beomgyu exclaimed "So you did some time travelling with Jessica?"

'That's why she wasn't responding... she had transferred to Taehyun's head'

"Yep, I learned SO many things and I was gone for long, but seems like all of this happened in a matter of seconds for you guys. I didn't change anything though, I just observed."

Beomgyu made wide eyes "I see but why are there two of you?"

"I needed some extra help and who can I trust more than myself? So I travelled a second back in time to get him" he giggled. "The teacher was confused as well but we explained it to her"

The second Taehyun waved bye and disappeared into thin air.

« Hi Beomgyu »

{Welcome back Jess!}

«Your crush's IQ is way higher than yours. »

{Missed you too}

"She's really kind right?"  Taehyun commented.

The older fake smiled "Indeed."

"Honestly Beomgyu if it wasn't for Jessica you would have been doomed my friend"

"Don't friendzone me!"

«That's what's bothering you...? I guess being expelled and dying is no big deal »

He then pulled Taehyun's wrist to his direction and the boy fell in his arms.

Beomgyu lifted the other's chin up "Now that all those third wheels are gone..."

He leaned closer with Taehyun's heart skipping a beat.

« I'm still here.»

Jessica internally blinded her vision again and acted like she turned away.

« I do not see.»

Taehyun put his index on the older's lips "Nope not this time"

Instead of having a mature response to this, Beomgyu fell on his knees in a dramatic manner "WhyyYyyYYYyy I just want to kiss Kang Taehyun is that too much to ask?!"

«If you're referring to the non-ff one then yes. »

Beomgyu got up while ignoring the voice and squeezed Taehyun's cheeks

"Why are you like this?~" the younger just giggled as an answer

« Beomgyu do you want to finally leave this timeline and load your save? »

The raven-haired froze, he actually forgot about doing that. He cannot stay in this timeline where he isn't his true age forever. His first time travelling destination where he saved, was the day Taehyun passed.

He kept thinking if it wasn't better to stay here... Because here, Taehyun is clearly doing fine and they seem to have a good relationship with each other. But in that save where he left 18 year old Taehyun, he doesn't know how he's doing.

{What to do?... I'm gonna lose my mind}

« if you do, I'll gladly not retrieve it for you. »

All of the consequences of his changes will show when the save is loaded. What if all of this completely changed current Taehyun? What if he isn't even... alive?

{But Jessica, what if I...}

« Before you ask, visions of a saved timeline will never be accurate. And you can't unsave either »

'This is scary...' Beomgyu thought 'There's nothing more to really change to prevent Taehyun from passing... I think. So now I should just face the future...'

He held both of Taehyun's hands, The boy who is technically 2 years younger than him.

"I-I have to go..."

The blonde made sad eyes "Wha why??"

"Because..."

« Because if you stay in a timeline for too long, that timeline will end up being permanent and you will never be able to time travel again. »

Beomgyu gently wrapped his arms around his neck "I just need to... but we'll see each other soon right?"

The younger patted his back as he pulled away  "Of course... in a second actually." He stuck his index out and traced a heart shaped fire line in mid air "I really like you hyung" he giggled shyly

Filled with happiness, Beomgyu could feel his eyes prickling "I like you way more"

Taehyun was loosely holding the other's hands "Heck no. I like you more.."

"Uh?? Believe me, you seriously have no clue how much I freakin like you."

"Whatever that amount is, just know that I like you more than that."

But now Beomgyu frowned, this is getting unacceptable! They always argue about petty things like this "Okay you wanna fight about who likes the other more? Bring it on then"

The blonde giggled "K Beom hyung. But we'll continue when you come back-" Beomgyu suddenly pulled him by the arm, engulfing him in a hug which took Taehyun off guard as he blushed.

Beomgyu muttered "Don't leave me again.. I need you."

"I won't.. Why would I leave my favourite person~" Taehyun smiled sweetly.

It was time to leave, Beomgyu mouthed an inaudible 'I love you' in his ear before reluctantly pulling away from the hug and taking a few steps away. "See you.."

{Jessica I'm ready to go}

"Wait!"

Taehyun hurriedly approached Beomgyu and planted a kiss on his cheek "Ta-Ta!" He waved cheerfully.

This is the first time he's felt Taehyun's lips and oh boy he's happy.

A really deep blush burned through Beomgyu's cheeks, his heart completely flipped

"U-uhhh........."

« It's kind of sad watching you attempt to fit your entire vocabulary into a sentence...
