"We leave you two alone for one afternoon and you try to fuck at the pool?" Andre exclaims making my face turn red as I bury my head into my hands. Dominic bursts out laughing as Halle attempts to hold in her laughter. "Jeez Dominic, keep it in your pants!"

We were having brunch at one of the resort restaurants before beginning our activities for the day. Today we were all hanging out together as it was our last full day in Cancun. We were set to leave tomorrow evening.

"We were wrongly accused." Dominic says between laughs.

"Oh shut up. You're lucky you didn't get fined." Andre scolds.

"What did you guys do yesterday Mr. Holier than thou?" Dominic asks sarcastically.

Andre looks over at Halle before smirking as she begins to blush. "Don't worry about us. Whatever we did was in private, like it's supposed to be."

Dominic grimaces, "Oh gosh so you've already christened that bed, thanks for the warning. You guys will keep that one while Amina and I take the other."

"Sounds good to me." Andre says with a chuckle.

"What're we doing after this?" Halle chuckles as she cuts into her pancakes. A full day of recovery had done wonders in healing Halle's ankle. She was now able to walk around with minimal pressure on it with the help of crutches.

"An excessive amount of shots." He says taking a sip of his mimosa.

Dominic chuckles, "We're going zip-lining. And I know some of us will need some extra liquid courage." He says pushing a bottle of tequila toward the center of the table.

I nod, "That sounds terrifying. Give me 5." I reply picking up a shot glass. They all laugh as I take my first shot of the day.

After several shots from all of us, we made our way to the location for zip-lining. Despite the 5 shots I took I still felt riddled with fear watching others zip across the green terrain.

They strapped us up as we lined up for our turn. Halle and Andre were in front of us as I clung to Dominic's arm.

"I take it the shots weren't enough?" Dominic asks with a chuckle.

I look up at him shaking my head, "No, I'm absolutely fine."

He smirks knowingly, aware that I'm clearly lying. It was Halle and Andre's turn and we cheered them on as they got strapped onto the contraption.

"Just bend your knees and push forward when you're ready." The instructor tells them.

They nod before doing as told. Halle let out a shriek as they made their way to the other side while Andre cheered excitedly. I smiled at the two of them as they finally touched the ground again.

"See it doesn't look too bad." Dominic says to me.

"We'll see." I mumble as I walk over for the instructor to strap the two of us in.

As we stood at the edge of the platform, hearts racing in sync, the world below seemed to fade away.

He reaches over to take my hand, exchanging a glance filled with excitement and a hint of nervousness of his own. "Are you ready?" he asks.

I look around at the lush canopy of trees stretched out before us, a vibrant tapestry of greens. The sun filtered through the leaves, casting dappled patterns on the ground, creating a magical atmosphere.

I gulped before looking back up at him, nodding slowly.

As we strapped on our harnesses, I could feel the warmth of his skin against mine, a comforting presence amidst the rush of adrenaline going through me. The guide counted down, and just as they reached "one," he tightened his grip on my hand, our fingers intertwining.

With a leap, we soared into the air, the rush of wind embracing us. The sensation was exhilarating but at the same time weightless and free. A burst of laughter escaped my lips as it blended with the sounds of nature surrounding us. Dominic smiled at me before letting out a cheer of his own.

As we zipped through the treetops, the view opened up, revealing breathtaking views of the landscape below. If I wasn't deathly afraid I would've pulled my phone out to document the moment.

When we finally landed on the next platform, breathless and exhilarated, we both exchanged glances as we laughed, the adrenaline still coursing through our veins.

"I can't believe we just did that!" I exclaimed, my cheeks flushed with excitement.

"I told you it wasn't too bad." He smiles at me.

I hit him, "Don't act all high and mighty you were scared too!" I tease.

"Okay fine, I was also terrified. But hey, we did it!"

"Would you guys like a picture?" The person on the end platform asks.

I look up at Dominic and he shrugs. "Sure."

He wraps his arm around my waist as I throw up a peace sign and a smile. "I'll take a few so do a couple poses." The woman instructs.

Dominic kisses my cheek making me smile on impact as she flashes a photo. We did a couple of other photos before the lady finally finished. "These will be sent to your suite."

"Thank you!" We tell her before making our way to the exit to meet Halle and Andre.

They were seated at a bar drinking cocktails when we found them. "Hey guys! Wasn't that so fun?" Halle greets cheerfully.

"It was amazing." I gush back to her.

"What's next?"

Andre and Dominic exchange glances before smiling proudly. "Boat party!" They both cheered.

Halle's eyes light up, "Finally! Dancing!"

I look over at her wrapped ankle, "How can you dance with your ankle?"

She shakes her head, "No busted ankle will stop me from dancing. I'll suffer the consequences when we get home."

I shake my head at her before turning to them. "Then boat party it is!"

We needed some time to change and get dolled up before making our way to the docks where people were loading onto the boat. The boat was fairly big and music could be heard from the mainland.

I wore a black and gold bikini with a white mesh coverup for the occasion. Halle wore a bright pink cover-up and a white bikini.

"I have never been to a boat party. This is so exciting!" Halle cheers happily as we line up to enter the boat. The guys were in front of us chatting away about something else.

"Me neither. Are you sure you'll be okay without crutches?"

She nods, "I assure you I'll be fine." She smirks at me suddenly, "So how's it going with you two?" She asks.

"It's been, really good honestly." I smile, "How about you? Did you guys, you know?" I ask wiggling my brows suggestively.

She hesitates before smiling shyly, "Not all the way, but some things did happen." I smirk at her as she continues, "It just kind of happened. We were alone all day and we also talked about going all the way and my reservations. I feel a lot better now." She says with a smile.

"Good, do you think you'll be going all the way by the end of the trip?" I ask.

She smirks, "There's a very high chance."

We finally got into the boat after showing our tickets to the bouncer. Immediately we headed to the bar, getting some drinks before making our way to the dance floor.

The boat was filled with adults of all ages, but predominantly 21 to 25 years of age. We danced as hip-hop and R&B tracks played throughout the speaker.

Dominic spun me around, making me laugh. Our bodies moved to the rhythm as the sun warmed our skin. The vibes were lighthearted as everyone was carefree, dancing and laughing, lost in the moment. In the corner of my eye, I could see Halle and Andre dancing around on the side enjoying themselves.

After dancing for a while we took a seat on a lounger and watched the ocean as we enjoyed the other's company. "I'm surprised you're not a drunk mess right now." He says as I sip my drink.

"It's very light on the alcohol." I bring it up to his lips, "Taste."

He takes a sip before nodding in agreement. "Yeah, that's just juice. Want me to get them to remake it?"

I shrug, "It's fine to me. I've already had half."

He nods, "Well I'm going to get a drink for myself. Want anything?"

I shake my head, allowing him to walk over the bar. Almost instantaneously, a man approaches me, taking a seat where Dominic had once sat. I move over quickly as his proximity makes me uncomfortable.

"No don't be scared. I just noticed you from across the boat and I had to shoot my shot." The man says.

"I'm here with someone." I reply looking away to avoid meeting his gaze.

He shrugs, "Now you're not. Besides, no harm in having friends right?"

I frown at him, scooting over again as his armrests behind me. "I am not interested." I reiterate.

He scoffs, "Oh come on, just give me a chance. I could be a good guy."

"No thank you." I repeat before standing up from my seat. He catches my wrist to stop me as I attempt to yank it away.

"Don't be like that. Let's just go somewhere and talk-"

Suddenly the man is on the floor, his back hitting the seats we were just sitting at. I look over at Dominic's furious expression at the man. "Don't ever touch her again." He warns, pulling me behind him.

Dominic and I begin to walk away when the man chuckles. "Great taste man. That ass is beautiful, maybe you could let me borrow it once in a while." He calls out eyeing me pervertedly, making my skin crawl. Dominic stops walking and I look up at him, shaking my head to urge him to continue walking.

"I'm not letting him talk about you like that." He says trying to turn back but I desperately hold his arm to stop him.

"What're you going to do? Bash his head in? Don't forget who you are, your face will be everywhere!" I remind him.

He sighs knowing I'm right and turns around to continue walking away, making the man chuckle. "I knew you were a pussy. Hey, sweetie call me when you want a real man!"

Dominic doesn't react as we finally make our way away from the area. We take a seat at the bar and I give Dominic a small smile.

"I should've pounded his face in." He mumbles grumpily.

I shake my head resting my hand on his thigh. "You kept your cool. Which is extremely attractive by the way. I appreciate wanting to fight for me though."

"He would've deserved it."

"And the only person who would've suffered the consequences is you." I remind him, making him sigh. I could still feel that he was trembling with anger as I gently rubbed his leg. "Breathe."

He takes a few deep breaths, closing his eyes as he lets it out. I smiled at him as he finished, kissing him on his cheek.

He smiles lightly, "Thank you."

"Anytime."

After the party, we went down to the beach to relax with Andre and Halle. Dominic held me as we sat on a blanket on the sand watching the ocean crash along the shore.

"I really like what we have." Dominic says gently as we sit.

I look up at him with a small smile, "I do too."

His finger traced my shoulder as we sat quietly. Halle and Andre could be heard in the distance laughing together about something.

"I've never met someone like you before." He admits suddenly.

"What do you mean?"

"Someone who makes me feel the way you make me feel."

I smile as I look up at him, "And how is that?"

"Like I'm seen, like I matter." He admits looking ahead at the waves in front of us. His eyes twinkled under the moonlight and I couldn't help but to look at him in awe as he spoke.

"Of course you matter Dominic." I reply softly. He smiles looking back down at me not replying just staring down at me in adoration. It looked like wanted to speak again but held his tongue, allowing me to continue. "You actually matter so much to me. I think I'm at the point where I don't know what I'd do without you."

I notice him bite back a smile as he looks down at me, "I feel the same way."

We both stared at each other adoringly as he moved a piece of hair from my face. The moment felt so right, I could feel it at the tip of my tongue. I wanted to say the big three words, but I was going to wait for him to do it first.

"Do you want to go back to the room?" I ask gently.

He looked down at me before nodding in agreement, as we both subconsciously knew what was next. We waved goodbye to Halle and Andre before making our way back to the suite.

As soon as the door shut behind me his lips were on mine. I feel his lips curve into a smile as he kisses me, tenderly and passionately. His hand caressed the side of my face as he pulled me closer to him. My swimsuit coverup was thrown over my head and onto the ground.

His hands go under my thighs as he lifts me, wrapping my legs around his waist. He walks us over to the bed before gently laying me down.

The kiss was gentle and sweet before he pulled away to kiss down my neck. I was still in my bathing suit, giving him almost full access to my body.

"You're so beautiful." He whispers as he begins to kiss down. Trailing kisses everywhere he can access. Feverish kisses were left on my neck, shoulders, exposed areas of my breast, and down my stomach.

He smiles, continuing to leave tender kisses on both of my inner thighs. He slowly but surely pulls down my bathing suit bottom and wastes no time before getting his taste. Just as I was about to reach it he stopped, pulling his fingers out of me. I stare at him wide-eyed, and he brings his fingers up to his lips, tasting them for himself. "Taste." I didn't have time to process as I got closer to my undoing. I feel my eyes water as I throw my head back in pleasure. "Dominic!" I exclaim as I reach my high just as he does.

He lets out a tired breath as he rests his head in my neck. He pulls out slowly, taking off the condom and discarding it in the trash nearby.

I was a bit shocked by what I had just heard. Unsure if it was something to be addressed right now or not. I decided to leave it for tomorrow as he walked over to join me in the bed.

He kisses me as he joins me under the covers, giving me another passionate kiss good night.
