“I’m not sleeping with you !” She said, upset.

“He smiled, with satisfaction on his face.

“You aren’t, at least, not yet”, he said, calm.

“What they’ll is that supposed to mean?” She asked him.

“You will move your stuff into your new room, at the main house.”

“I have no peace when you are here in the pack house alone, with free males that running around”, he was serious.

“Oh, and near you I’ll be safer?” She was sarcastic.

“You know you will, at least until I became an Alpha because then you are moving with me, into our room”, he said.

“You are crazy, I’m not going to do that”, she was firm.

“Stop being so childish.”

“You know I won’t do anything you don’t want me to, otherwise I would do it a long time ago, damn it!”

He was frustrated, but he kept his calmness.

She was quiet, thinking about what he just said.

He was right, he could have her that same night at the garden if he wanted to, and she would let him.

“I don’t think that’s a good idea, your sister oesn’t likes me and we desagreed in everything”, she said to him, nervously.

“An, I told you that I don’t care about what my sister or my family thinks”, he said firmly.

They will treat you as you deserve, as my future Luna, and if anyone does something to jeopardize you, they will answer to me, every one of them”, he stated.

He was unusually calm and it frustrated her.

She couldn’t tell him how things were between Agatha and her, and she was afraid that it could only be worse.

“You are not coming there as an Omega, but as my future Luna, you do understand that.”

“Those days are over, and you will train with me, from now on”, he said.

“What about Viktor?” She asked.

“You want Viktor to be there and train with you also?”

“Yes, I would”, she admitted.

“I can understand that, but there’s nothing you should be afraid of when it comes to me.”

“Honestly, I belive you’ve overgrown Viktor and you need someone stronger, that’s why I will be there with you”, he explained.

“You also need to let your wolf out, more often, and I can’t wait to see her”, he said, with a shy smile.

Lotta’s face became red, she was uncomfortable, by his words.

He aimed straight at her heart, and she was speechless.

“I’m sorry If I made you uncomfortable, but it’s the truth", he said when he saw her reaction.

He could feel a lot of her feelings, and see it.

They were mates, and she could also see so much, only in his eyes, if she wanted to, but she was too scared.

Scared of her feelings toward him, and not sure about his feelings, for her.

He had the power to break all her walls, and she didn’t like it.

Her goal was much different from before and now, she didn’t know what to do.

She wanted to give him a chance, and she did, but she never thought that she would find her mate that it would be a Drake, and that her wolf would appear at the same time.

Everything went in the wrong direction and she was confused.

Confused with her feelings, because she was changing inside, he started to have different perspectives and feelings, especially toward him.

But, she owed both of them a chance to try, no matter what, and she wasn’t a coward, so, she would try.

For her own sake.

“Okay, I will do it, but...” She stopped.

“You have conditions?” He asked her.

“I would like you to ask me , before you made decision by your yourself, because I feel that everything you say is an order”, she said.

“You hate when someone ordering?” He asked.

“I hate when people tell me what to do because I know what I need to do, it doesn’t have to be that way, you know”, she said, with a smile.

He took a deep breath.

“I’m sorry if I sounded like that, because you are tough, but..” Now, he stopped and looked at her with his glowing, beautiful eyes.

“I can promise I will try if you will”, he said to her.

She laughed.

“Fair enough”, she said and wanted to shake hands, but he just took her hand, and pulled her closer to him.

She was surprised, and her green eyes were looking at him, and it seemed like time had stopped.

It was the first time that she could stand his straight look, and it surprised her.

What surprised her more and made her shiver, was the fact that Drake kissed her forehead gently, and leaned her to his chest.

She wrapped her arms around him slowly but gently, leaning against his chest.

It was a huge moment for both of them and a strange feeling for Lotta.

She had never felt something like it before.

It was safe and peaceful.

The only time that she felt similar, was when her mother embraced her, but not like this.

It was a totally strange feeling, of security and love.

A different kind of love.

Love?!

Was she in love with him?

Or, was it mate bond, that doing this, pulling her toward him?

No.

The bond is one thing, and the feeling of love is another.

There was a difference that she needed to admit to herself.

Even if it was that he started to like him, or love him, whatever it was, she was feeling it, and she could tell that Drake felt something too, because his heartbeat was faster, just like hers.
