Chapter 27 – House Lv.1

I chose the “house” for island development, and consumed 100 pieces of “wood” and 100 pieces of “stone” as materials.

I designated an open space a little away from the hut and built the house. This time it took ten seconds. I see, the more materials needed, the more time it takes. It’s not a big deal though.

“Th-This is… a splendid house.”

“I was surprised too, Alfred. This is not some fake house1or anything. It’s a genuine ‘house.'”

It was a house that belonged to an Imperial cityscape. A two-story wooden house. It was several times larger and more spacious than a hut. It seemed to have several rooms. This is good, definitely better than a hut.

Come to think of it, what was Havamal’s reaction… Hmm?

Build a wooden house.

Consumes 100 pieces of wood and 100 pieces of stone. This skill can only be used once a day, but the number of houses you can build increases with each level up. The maximum level is 99.

The higher the level of the “House”, the higher the resistance to special status abnormalities such as “Weathering”, “Fire”, “Typhoon”, and “Earthquake”.

At Lv. 10, it becomes a brick house.

At Lv. 30, a mansion can be built.

At Lv. 50, a castle can be built.

At Lv. 99, a fortress can be built.
