Chapter 20 – Torch-crafting Skill

A whistling wind blows from the darkness. It’s so deep that I can’t see the end. I was surprised. I never thought there would be a cave like this on this uninhabited island.

“If things are like this, I should have brought Skor and Alfred with me.”

I muttered to myself.

“Yes, what is it?”

“Uwah!!!”

Skor suddenly replied.

Where did she come from!!

And Alfred is with her, too.

“I’m sorry, Rasty-sama. I had a bad feeling, so…”

“Anyway, never mind that. I was thinking of entering this suspicious natural cave, but I don’t feel safe going in alone, so please help me.”

Both Skor and Alfred nodded.

If it’s a dungeon, it’s better to have more people. More importantly, we don’t have any healing items. There are only risks of danger. If Skor is with us, we can receive ‘heal’ and recovery will be easier.

“Rasty-san, I’ve collected a lot of ‘raspberries’ for food!”

I see. Alfred was undoubtedly a valuable asset in battle.

Let’s light the “torch” right away.

First, I place the torch on the ground. Then I struck the Gale Tulle against a rock, creating sparks through the friction. It was a splendid success, and the torch was lit. it was a piece of cake thanks to my high stats.

Now we have good visibility.
