At this point, Hannah had been living in Tulsa for a little over two months.

Unfortunately for Dallas, his sister developed a passive-aggressive way of resolving their many (sometimes petty) conflicts.

However, Dallas is used to loud, explosive anger. The kind that involves a lot of yelling and maybe throwing something at someone else.

Hannah's preferred method is The Silent Treatment.

This blows up in her face more often than not because her brother doesn't recognize she was angry at him.

For example~

Dallas: We're going to the rodeo this weekend, you, me and Buck. We'll make some cash, plus he wants you to meet his horses.

Hannah: ...

Dallas: *kicks her* What's up with you? You've been moody all morning.

Hannah: ...

At this point, Dallas knew Hannah was pissed at him.

Dallas: *kicks her again* Hannah!

Hannah: I'm mad at you, you stupid whore!

Dallas: Well, if you're mad at me, why are you talking to me?
