Milo Piers should not be living.

Cas Sinclair should not be dying.

On the day Milo died, Fate was not the only one listening. Caught in the wrong place at the wrong time, Cas now owes Fate a life debt which Milo failed to pay. Tormented by guilt and determined to find why he failed to stay dead, Milo sets out to break this deal with Fate—but he can't face it alone.

As Cas and Milo's fates entangle, so do their lives and it's not long before they find themselves in the midst of a dangerous game of life, death and everything in between.
