T/N: This chapter and the are probably my favorite in the ‘messing with corrupt officials’ category. The whole set up is just comedy waiting to happen. To be honest the officials of Chongzhou Fu’s plan to just move around the money to wherever is being inspected isn’t that bad of an idea.
