Joshua and Seokmin were both laughing, enjoying each other's company as they walk along the sea shore. The moon was very pretty, adding perfection to the view.

"By the way Seoks, if you don't mind me asking. . . Why were you so awkward with my bestfriend earlier?" Joshua asked, which made Seokmin stop laughing and frowned slightly. The older panicked immediately, "Oh no! It's okay if you don't want to answer, I was just curious."

Seokmin shook his head, "It's okay Shua hyung. I want to tell you." He said. Joshua felt relief as he thought he made Seokmin uncomfortable with his question.

"So Seunghoon and I. . . We used to date. We were in a relationship for 4 years." Seokmin started. "We even got engaged. He surprised me in front of everyone. It was the most magical day for me."

"We were fine, so I couldn't suspect anything wrong going on in our relationship. Until, my birthday came."

"I waited for him for hours. He told me he had a surprise for me. I waited and waited, even my friends were getting worried and started to contact him. But he didn't answer."

"Finally, I received a text message from him. He told me that he wanted to end our relationship and that he was sorry. I tried to call him or get in touch with him but he wasn't answering me. I even went to his house and stayed outside for a few days, waiting for him to give me an answer. But all I found out was that he moved away."

"I didn't hear from him again. Though our relationship ended without any closure. A 4-year relationship ended in a single text message. Can you believe it? That was the surprise he was planning for me?"

At the end, Seokmin was crying and did everything to try and hide it. Joshua hugged him, feeling enraged about what his bestfriend had done to the younger. He comforted Seokmin, drawing circles on his back and even whispering sweet talks to the man.

Once Seokmin had calmed down, Joshua now tried to think about what Seokmin had said. He listened to every word the younger had told him and couldn't believe that Seunghoon could do that. So, he decided to hear Seunghoon's side before getting angry at him.

"I'm sorry if I ruined this night. I thought we would have fun talking about eachother, but I ended up crying. I'm really sorry, Shua hyung." Seokmin looked at the ground, not wanting to look at his hyung.

"It's okay, Seoks. You didn't ruin anything. Please don't apologize. I did get to know you, and you got to know me. I had so much fun tonight with you." Joshua replied, smiling fondly at Seokmin.

"You should get some sleep, Seoks. You look tired. Let's talk tomorrow once you've rested well." Joshua worries, looking at the time and surprised that it was already 11 pm.

Seokmin nodded, muttering a soft "good night" to his Shua hyung before leaving. Joshua smiled, his heart beating fast at the sight of Seokmin.

He shake off his thoughts and decided to walk back to his room. A familiar figure is spotted just outside the restaurant, where he and Seokmin ate dinner.

Seunghoon stood there, thinking and sighing to himself before he got cut off by Joshua clearing his throat.

"Oh, hey man. Where were you earlier?" Seunghoon asked. "Talking to someone." Joshua answered. He was trying to read Seunghoon, looking for proofs if he can actually do something horrible, like how Seokmin described it.

"Who was it? Was it Seokmin?" Seunghoon asked again. "Yes. We had dinner, and we talked."

Seunghoon nodded, "Why are you guys so close? Are you interested in him?" he questioned once again. Joshua was annoyed but answered either way. "I don't know. We just wanted to get to know each other. Plus he literally just arrived earlier, cut us some slack."

"How was he?" Seunghoon asked again which made Joshua surprised, but rolled his eyes in annoyance. "He's doing fine. Alright, why are you asking me all these questions? What's going on?" Joshua bursts, looking at Seunghoon.

"Nothing. Just wanted to know."

"Could you please tell me the truth?"

Seunghoon sighs, he have a feeling that Joshua already knows something.

"Seokmin told you about us, didn't he?" Joshua nodded slowly, "Yes. I just wanted to know if it's true."

The groom guiltily nodded, avoiding Joshua's disappointed stare. He knew he fucked up. He didn't have any explanation.

"Why? How?" Joshua asked, his voice low and cold. "I just. . . I don't even know. I fell out of love, I guess."

"You know that Seokmin's waiting for a closure, right? You left him alone without anything but a text message. He suffered because of you and you get to enjoy everything?" Joshua couldn't take it anymore, he snapped at his bestfriend.

He remembered how many girls and boys had been played by Seunghoon. While Seokmin was crying, Seunghoon lived his best life, attracting people and playing with them. Joshua's heart broke when he realized that Seokmin was part of the many people that his bestfriend had played with.

"And Jaeha, is she also part of your toys?"

The groom shook his head hastily, he genuinely loved his fiancé.

Joshua said no more, and left Seunghoon alone to clear out his own thoughts.

He felt bad, he didn't know someone was suffering from Seunghoon's schemes.

And the someone happened to be his very own sunshine.
