Caden's POV
I love you,Mercedes. I'm obsessed. And I hate it. I hate it. I hate it! Ugh!
Why the fuck could I not tell her that. It was like I was totally dumb and my tongue was cut off. I suddenly felt shivers and a sudden fear overshadowed me.
What have you done to me?
I paced around the room thinking of what just happened and exactly why. I didn't love her. No, I did not. It was just to have her and that was all.
"You never loved a person before....... All you want is her body to satisfy your egos."
Mackenzie's words kept roaming in my head. It had never been so hard to get a girl to like me. It was much more than satisfaction of ego's now. It was a battle and I wasn't up for second places.
I picked a call that kept my phone buzzing for some minutes.
"Adrian?"
"Yeah, dude. Aren't you coming over tonight?" he asked and I heard a lot of noises from the background. As usual.
"Coming to?" I asked.
"Let out some steam, man. Come on, I'll meet you at Dwayne's in thirty minutes," he said hurriedly and hung up.
Maybe he was right. I needed to let out some steam.

"It sure took you a while to get ready. Its a ring and not a date!" Adrian teased and poked me as I flexed my muscles and prepared for my match.
"Shut up,man. I'm trying to concentrate here!" I shot and continued punching the bag.
"Well, okay. See you out there," he patted my back with a smile and walked back to the audience as Dwayne was about to call me out.
Mercedes. Mercedes. Mercedes. Get out of my head!
I kept thinking of her and her face was stored at a reserved space in my memory.
"All time winner, the king of the ring!" he announced and I went up to the room as the place suddenly went from volume five to one hundred and fifty. The noise was deafening and it looked like a human sardine all together.
"And the untamed tiger!" Dwayne yelled again and once again, all the yelling and shouting and screaming was repeated all over.
We got into the ring and the match was just about to begin.
Mercedes. Get the fuck out of my head!
Dwayne blew the whistle and the fight started.
"I hate you. I will never ever love you."
"Ah!" I screamed in pain as my back landed flat on the floor with a loud thud.
I snapped out and stared at the opponent, who was already flexing his muscles as the crowd chanted his name.
I grabbed his leg and he tripped to the floor, as I launched for his face and dashed a series of punches, giving him a raccoon eye.
"You are such a jerk!"
"One! Two! Three!" Dwayne yelled and blew the whistle. I was on my back and his leg on my body. What happened? I could not have lost.
"Round one, the untamed tiger!"
Shit! Dammit!
I stepped out of the ring and glanced at Adrian as he ran to me at the practice area.
"What the hell man? You never lost a match! What the fuck!"
"I don't know. I'm just confused. I couldn't think straight out there," I replied, shaking the sweat off my head and gulping down a bottle of water.
"No one asked you to think. All you had to do was fight, Caden. Fight,"
I roles my eyes at him.
The noise was insane. My eardrum's cried for mercy.
"We need to get out of here. If he wins the next round, you are officially doomed and you're gonna loose some respect around here," he advised.
"Okay," I nodded and I changed, escaping the shame through the back door.
It was all her fault. Why couldn't I get her out of my freaking mind?

"There's a party," Adrian spoke up, his eyes on his phone.
"Cool. Where?" I asked.
"Your house. Duh!"
"What the fuck, man! My house? C'mon, you have got to be kidding me," I yelled in anger.
"I wish I was but Mackenzie persisted. And, she invited a couple of your friends. You know, Henry, Lily and the rest. Its gonna be a bomb!" He yelped and rubbed his hands together with a chuckle.
"Did you say Mackenzie?" I queried with sudden interest.
"Hell yeah!" He winked.
Now she has the time for a party, huh?
"Whatever. I swear i'm gonna kill you if something goes wrong," I hissed.
"In that case my coffin should be ready," he teased and laughed hysterically while I shook my head and wondered how I put up with him.
He was literally a child.
°°°°°°°°°°°°°
I parked in the garage and could already hear the booming music from the house. It was really dark and I could see some disco lights reflect even to the garage and a lot of noise.
"Let's get the party started!" Stupid Adrian jabbered in excitement and over secreted adrenaline, running into the house.
I rolled my eyes and locked the car, following behind.
The music was deafening and the smell of cigar and alcohol really choking. The temperature was really cool and all I could see was bodies and bodies dancing and drinking as alcohol pulsed through and intoxicated.
On the couches were a couple of my friends making out and on the stairs, the corners and every where. It was a mad house loud house in total.
I stumbled on some plastic cups until I could reach Mackenzie.
Her black mini body hug revealed her assets and her body was over revealing. She danced as her hands swayed in the air with a cigar in one hand a red plastic cup of alcohol in the other.
Annoyed, I dragged her by her arm and pulled her to the kitchen.
"Oh, hey!" she said, drunk.
"Hey me later. I never permitted you to throw a mini frat at my house!" I seethed.
She chuckled and slapped my chest fondly, leaning on me and tingling her hands on my chest as I raged.
She lifted her feet up a bit and tilted her head, kissing me softly on the lip. I swear I went dumb.
"Isn't that better than fighting with me? Oh, come on. Smile, buttercup. That frown of yours make your ego's look - less than normal," she stroked my cheek with her fingers and ran her hand through my shirt as I stared at her in anger.
"If you two are done flirting, let me know. I need some vodka," Adrian teased as Mackenzie got her hands off.
"Shut up, man!" I shot acidly and he chuckled, walking away with some hot chick.
"So, let's go?" she asked and slowly crawled her hands to mine.
"Uh - okay," I nodded and turned off the lights as she headed the way back to the living room.
As previous, the music was booming and there was a lot of smoke in the living room.
I grabbed a red cup and she turned in some wine and lead me to the couch.
"So, how's your boyfriend?" I asked as I took a sip of the alcohol as she rested her butt on my left lap, comfortably.
"Who? Freddy?" She chuckled. "He's actually not my boyfriend. Just a friend," she shrugged.
"And you kissed " your friend?" I asked.
"Are you my boyfriend?" she asked as she turned to me.
"No," I shrugged.
"But we always make out, right?" she raised her brows at me.
"I guess so," I shrugged.
"That's good," she patted my head like some kindergartner and I just shook her hand off and grabbed the bottle, pouring more alcohol in the cup and gulping it down.
That reminded me. Where the fuck was Mercedes?
