Kat's Pov

I entered my home Ryan following me closely behind. I stopped and saw my family sitting together in living room and they are having some serious conversation. Ryan bumped into my back and gave me questioning look

"You need to amend your differences with her bro" Nick said

I shush him showing my finger. I guess little bit eavesdropping will harm no one. Right?

"Dude I thought she has forgave me because last time when I called her she was smiling from ear to ear and how I am suppose to know that she was just acting aunt" Kylie replied looking at my Aunt

"Hmm. You are right but you need to talk with her Kylie and listen what's in her heart which make her distant from you and where your relationship stands with her" Aunt suggests him

"I guess you all are right" He said sadly sighing "But if she is not listening to me then how am i going to explain this with her"

Shut up he is not any poor

but girl he is your only brother

but he was not close like him before accident

he was the one who decided to ignore me

but you also never took a initiative to talk him

He busied himself with company

But after mom and Dad its yours both responsibility to handle it

I decided to declare my presence because I don't want to listen anymore

"Hi Everyone" I greet them happily and ignoring my brother

"Where were you last night Madam?" My uncle questions me playfully

Rolling my eyes I replied "Come on old man you already knows the answer to your question"

"At my place" Ryan informed them nervously while scratching his neck

"What the Fu--" Aunt cut him off

"Language Kylie" Aunt warns him

"What the Heck dude. Why my sister was at your place?" Kylie questions him angrily

"Oh just shut up Kylie. You are not my father and I'm 18. I can make my own decisions and by the way everyone Ryan is my boyfriend. So technically I can spend time at his place and at any time" I informed that stating the fact

Everyone was shocked included Ryan to hear this. I guess he didn't expect me informing our relationship infront of my family like this

Nick decided to break the ice first "Congratulations dude" Nick gave Ryan a side hug "Congratulations sis. I am so happy for you two" He hugged me

"Thanks bro" i replied shyly

"Finally most awaited couple decided to go for a relationship and I win it" He says happily

"What do you mean by you win it?" I raise my eyebrow at him

"A-Actually Princess me and our friends has made a bet on you two. Me and the girls has said that you will be in a relationship with him after your birthday party but boys are sure that you will be a item before that" Nick said shyly

"OMG Kids these days" Uncle make a comment looking at my Aunt

"Seriously man you betted on your own sister?" I asked him sadly

"Sorry Princess" He replied ashamed looking down at his feet

"Chill Bro you are forgiven but i want half of the money. Deal" I asked him with a smirk

"Deal" He replied with shining eyes

"Kat we need to talk alone" Kylie stated without any emotions

"I guess not" I replied bluntly

"Kate please just go talk with him, give him chance to explain his actions to you" My uncle plead me

Sighing at him I replied "Okay fine Kylie let's have a chat"

"We should talk in my room Princess so please follow me" He started moving towards his room

I guess it's going to be a long day

"Are you coming or not with me because if you will say no then there's only one option left with me?" He asked me without turning

I stopped thinking How the hell he knows that i am not following him?

Oh i know what's he is talking about

I remember in childhood whenever i refuse to talk with him he picks me up on his shoulder

"Yes I am coming" I replied quickly

and decided to follow him before he decides to pick me up like a potato slack

Sighing i entered his bedroom

"So I have decided to let you explain your previous actions" I stopped talking facing him

"But" He urges me to continue

"But I am only giving you 10 minutes To talk. So your times starts now" i motioned towards my wrist watch

"Now talk"
