I don't look like that,

I often wear jeans

And a T-shirt

Mostly blue,

But other colours too.

Unlike a neatly tugged saree

I'm just lazy.

My hair

Is always tied

In a messy bun

Or crown.

My hands

Mostly are empty

Except for a wristwatch

For being awfully punctual to school

Too heavy to even look at.

I like sneakers

Comfortable and plain

Small, silver bells around

Soft, lotus feet.

I don't have flawless skin

And

I have bad hair days too.
