Namjoon: Blow the candles....wax is melting Sis...

Y/N looked at them with her teary eyes. A smile appeared on her face as she wiped her eyes and quickly joined her hands to make a wish and then blow the candles off. As they cheer for her.

Jin: Happy Birthday Y/N. •He said as he ruffled her hairs•

Jungkook: You're 21 now! Aw...happy birthday. •He hugged you•

Taehyung: You're choking her lungs. •He said as he pulled him away from me•

Hoseok: Happy birthday Y/N...•He said with a great smile•

Y/N: T-thanks...y-you very much...I never t-thought that....I'm really thankful...really •She said she hugged Hoseok who was standing just beside her and she started crying•

Jimin: I told you she'll cry....now look. •He said in a whining•

Hoseok: A-are you o-ok dear? •He said as he patted my back but she held him even tighter•

Y/N: I....really m-missed t-these birthday...surprises....I'm finally 21 now...21..I'm just h-happy.. •She said•

Yoongi: This was my plan and she Hoseok is taking the reward alone..•He said in a cute voice•

Namjoon: Hyung! Don't do it especially you..It scares me! •He said to Yoongi in a dramatic way•

Y/N: Let's cut the cake. •She pulled away from Hoseok and sniff before grabbing the knife from Namjoon's hand•

Yoongi: What did you wished for?

Y/N looked at Jimin and then turn to Yoongi.

Y/N: If I tell you it won't come true. •She said with a chuckle making Yoongi nod•

Jin: Let's party to-

He was cut off with Y/N's phone ring.

Jin: Who it's ?

Y/N: Um....nothing..no one. I'll be back. •She said as she slightly hide her phone back•

Taehyung: Give me. Your  phone.

Y/N: You'll get mad oppa....it's M-Mingyu.

Jungkook: That man again?!

Y/N: He's my friend and clearly have a name..and I'm not gonna date any of them we're more like siblings. •She said as she picked up his call while Jungkook sighed in jealousy•

On Phone:

Mingyu: OH!!!! MY!!! SMALL BABY IS FINALLLYYYY 21 !!!! BIRTHDAY BABY

Y/N: You wanna break my eardrum?

Mingyu: Do I care...It's your birthday...Y/N don't be grumpy...I'm already sad that we're not there with you but I'm sure you're brothers are there with you. And tell if they didn't treat you right I'll punch them in guts.

Y/N: There'll be no need for it. All of them are so good and caring..and don't feel sad Mingyu-ah.

Mingyu: If you say so I'll trust them...now go and sleep baby you've to rise and shine tomorrow!

She hanged the call and looked at her brothers.

Y/N: C'mon don't wanna eat cake? •She said in a dramatic voice•

Y/N: You know I'm not that into parties...can't we have a small one..? •She whispered to Jin•

Jin: Actually it's mom and dad...our surprise is at home..waiting for you....just enjoy today's limelight is you..it's your day Y/N.

Dad (Mr.Lee) : Happy 21th Birthday my daughter. •He said as he engulfed her into a hug•

Y/N: Thanks you so much dad. •She said as she hugged him back•

Mom: Oh..I'm also here my baby....Happy happy birthday...just look at you how small were you and now...you're growing well Y/N.

Y/N: MOm! I missed you...and thank you very much. •Pulling away from Mr. Lee Y/N hugged her mom tightly•

Mom: I'll die if you will keep on hugging me that tightly.

Y/N: Sorry..I was just excited. •She said with a cute smile•

For next one hour Y/N and everyone enjoyed each other. Y/N was standing a little bit for away from the crowd as she's still not comfortable with the crowd. The waiter walked to her and give her a champagne which she just asked for.

She was sipping her drink and devouring the flavor when her phone beeped getting her attention.

"Unknown: Happy Birthday baby..hope you're having a great birthday Y/N. Just I'm kinda disappointed that you didn't call me. Well never mind...Have a great and happiest Birthday ever.

Dahyun: Y/N..Mrs. Han is calling you she's near the pool. •She walked to me with a cute smile•

Y/N: Thank You so much Dahyun •Putting her glass behind Y/N smiled at Dahyun and walked to the lake•

Y/N: Auntie...

Mrs. Han: Aigo..look at you, it's looks likes you're some angel...oh my..I just thought you're an angel but who thought you would be really a one. •She said as he checked me put from head to toe in proud•

Y/N: Really..I'm flattered.

Mrs.Han: Happy Birthday Y/N...I wish you really a long long life..my dear baby..here as you said to me....you're father's last letter. •She said to me and she pulled out a letter from her pocket•

Y/N's hand slightly trembled as she took the letter from her and.

Mrs. Han: I'll give you some privacy...but Y/N When you read it try to be in his shoe. I'll be there for you Y/N always, no matter what I'm dead or alive. •With that she walked away•

Taking a deep breath Y/N sit down on the nearby chair and opened the letter.

My Dear Daughter,

If you're reading this, then it's sure that I'm not there with you. Daddy is sorry for that. I know dad promised to be there with you but I broke it, daddy is really sorry for that. And don't dare to cry young lady, on your birthday..21st birthday. Woah..you were so small when I see you for the first time and now you're so grown up, looking so pretty and elegant. A very happy birthday from daddy.

I wish I could be there with you at your each and every birthday, but seems like this wasn't fated. Maybe god loves me more than you so he called me to him. Daddy loves you the most in this world. I hope you will not cry anymore thinking about me or while reading this letter.

I really hate watching you cry... we'll stop this emotional stuff. Have you got yourself any boyfriend yet? Don't tell me you're single yet...but that's good to I don't like my baby with other men. How are you and your mom?

Don't hate your mom Y/N-ah, she's really kind..I know there were some problems between us but she always cared for you. She's a good mom princess.

??: It's fine..here..wipe your tears. •The person offered her a handkerchief•

??: It'd your birthday..I bought you a gift...did you miss these..? •The person pulled out a box of jelly bears and a medium size blue teddy bear•

Y/N: T-teddy Un..cle..? Ho..w c-could i...t be you..?! •She break down into tears•

Teddy Uncle: Don't honey...your dad will be very upset at me princess. •He said as he hugged her tightly in her embrace•

Y/N: But why you didn't tell met who are you earlier?! I missed you so much...and dad.

Teddy Uncle: I'm sorry...Sorry for giving you so much trouble..daddy and your uncle are really sorry for dragging you such a mess.

Y/N: Can you explain what's going on..?

Teddy Uncle: after your birthday...I can't see you crying...I'm scared of your dad..he'll kick my ass when I'll go up to him.

Y/N: Hahahha...let's go..inside..I need to wash my face my eyes hurt.

Jimin: Let's go Y/N...wash your face and cut the cake...everyone is waiting. •He smiled as he looked at their intertwined hands, it wasn't a evil smile but a genuine smile•

After washing her face Y/N she walked out of the restroom. She and Jimin when was on their way when  someone slightly bumped into Y/N and quickly apologized and walked to the exit.

Y/N held his hand tighter as she leaned her body on his while she was trying to breath.

Jimin: Hey. can't you stand by yourself?! Yah!

Y/N: J-jimi..n..b-bl..

Jimin: Y/N...? Blood?!!!

He freaked out as he saw her hand which rested on the side of her stomach and drench with blood. Her face was covered in pain and sweat as she held Jimin's hand even tighter.

Jimin: HOLD ON....I WON'T LET ANYTHING HAPPEN TO YOU!!! •Placing his hands on her wounds he pressed her wounds tightly, he face was covered with worry as he keep on try to wake her up•

Y/N: I'm...s-sorry...f-for be-ing rud...e t-o..y-you..o-ppa. •A tear rolled down to from her eye as Jimin picked her up in the his arms•

Jimin: KEEP QUIET!! YOU WILL BE FINE SOON! •He said as he walked towards the exit when Jungkook's voice came from back making Jimin stop on his tracks•

Jungkook give him a small smile as he run to his hyung. His heart dropped down as he saw bloody Y/N lying unconscious in Jimin's arm, her dress along with Jimin's suit was covered in blood.

Jungkook: B-blood...h-hyung...h-how...•He can't help but let his tears fall from his eyes•

Jimin: Inform e-everyone....we're going..we've don- •Before Jimin could complete his sentence Jungkook wiped his tears and ran away while Jimin ran towards the exit•

|Event Hall|

Jin: Where are th- JUNGKOOK WHAT HAPPENED?! •He could help when he saw the younger crying•

Jungkook: Hyung..Y-Y/n..b-blood..s-she g-got...s-shot. •He somehow told Jin and others•

Mr.Lee: Daniel! •The man eyes his right hand man who quickly walked away from the place•

Mom: WHAT?! MY Y/N WHAT..? WHAT H-HAPPENED TO HER?!!

Mr.Lee: DON't WORRY I WON'T LET ANYTHING HAPPEN TO HER!! •He consoled her as they walked out to the hall and followed their son who had already left for hospital•

|Hospital|

Jin: JIMIN!! •Jin ran to his younger brother and hugged him tightly•

Jimin: Hyung...I...was really...s..scared. •He hugged him tighter and cried on his shoulder•

Jin: I know...it's fine...s..she will be fine..s-she is strong. •He consoled him•

Yoongi: FIND ALL THE CCTV RECORDING!! I WANT THE PERSON IN FRONT OF ME WITHIN 2 HOURS! •He angrily said to his man•

Taehyung: T-that's why...I never, w-wanted to g-et attached t-o her. •He said as he covered his face with his palms•

Namjoon: Don't regret it Taehyung.....It's neither her fault nor yours. Just have some patience.

Mom: M-y d-daughter?!! •She almost fainted but Mr.Lee get her and took her to the room with the help of nurse•

They waited for some hours when a doctor finally come out of the operation room and walked to them making her brother and Mr. Lee walk to them.

Mr.Lee: Hwang how is she..?

Hwang: Can we talk in private Lee? •He looked at his friend with worried eyes•

Yoongi: No you gotta talk her in front of us!

Hwang: Fine. The bullet went really deep as the shot was accurate..Her stomach and liver almost got fully damaged but fortunately she's safe. We did all we can do now it all depends on her if she want to wake up or not. •He said with a sigh•

Namjoon: What do you mean it's on her you're a DOCTOR?!! •He grabbed Mr. Hwang's collar in anger•

Mr.Lee: Namjoon! Leave him don't forget he's my friend and your uncle.

Namjoon looked at his dad and then at Mr. Hwang and left his collar and walked away from the place.

Jimin: Y-you need to bring her back!

Mr. Hwang: Have faith in her and some patience. •He patted Jimin's shoulder and look at Mr.Lee and signaled to come to his room•

Jin: Relax...Jimin, she's out of danger now...Jungkook stop crying...Taehyung...Hoseok...can you go and check on Joon?

Hoseok: Hm....I'll keep a check on him hyung...hyung be strong. •Giving a hug to jin he walked out in search of Namjoon•

|Mr. Hwang's Office|

Mr.Lee: Tell me what it's ?

Mr. Hwang: You might be shocked but I don't think I can hide it for long..I ready had a hard time hiding it from Dong In..buy-

Mr.Lee: Just tell me! Don't play riddles

Mr. Hwang: If Y/N constantly getting stress, there will be a high chance of her PTSD will resurface...she is stressing herself a lot..and I mean A LOT...and now this stress is threatening her chances of waking up.

Mr.Lee: What?! PTSD!?

Mr. Hwang: She had it at the age of 15 but later her course was over and she was fine but in all these condition...It's really...You know what I mean..

Before Mr.Lee could say anything the door burst open and nurse walked into the room with panic.

Nurse: M-Mr. L-lee y-your w-wife is m-missing!
