Hasna pov:

I was breathing so heavily after I stopped running as soon as I reached to my room. I can't go in like this, what if my roommates ask the reason for my disheveled condition.

Huff!! Hasna, get a grip. You better calm your nerves first.

I pep talk to myself and leaned against a wall for support by holding my stomach due to aching because of running.

Why didn't I jogged before in the morning if I could do it then i wouldn't be feel any pain while running due to that handsome hunk.

Argh! when i was cursing myself i remembered Nina...i think she was still waiting for me at the library.

Huff...i should call her and have to inform her that I'm not coming..

I was about to take my phone from my pocket but realized that my mobile is not with me.

Then realization sank in me that when i bumped into that handsome hunk my phone too flew away from my hand and fell on somewhere and since then to till now how did I forgotten about my mobile.

I have to go back there as it was my periappa's gift for me when i scored good rank in IIT. How can i lost it...It was the first gift from my periappa.

I was so afraid to go back because what if that hunk is still there...what if he scold me for kissing him..

I pinched my lips in a crying face. with no option left i walked to library by lowering my head which i has never done since my birth. Because till now i never got into these type of situations..

I reached the library with hesitation.. But thankfully that hunk is not there..

I quickly started searching for my mobile....after lot of searching i found my mobile near a bush..

I took the mobile and glanced at it. It's not broken and is in good condition. I quickly shoved it in my pocket and walked into the library.

As soon as I reached, a hand quickly started dragging me...i looked at the person hand only to see Nina who is looking super annoyed..

"Nina...stop holding my hand like i am a child" i said.

She glared at me like my mom always did at me when ever i won't listen to her.

"Hasna...I'm waiting for you for the last 45 min and i was feeling concern for you as if some seniors might ragging you and here you are taking your sweet time to come in here by taking slow steps" she irritated.

"No, I got bumped into..." i stopped in the middle realizing what i was going to blurted out.

Because what if she take me wrong....

No Hasna...don't tell anyone about your kissing moment with your handsome hunk..

Wait..wait...hasna...when did he became yours's.

Arghh..what was happening with me..

"Tell me hasna...why did you stop talking..." Nina was blabbering continuously.

Just then...

"Hasna sastry"

She stopped when we heard my name..

We turn around only to see the librarian calling my name..

"oh shit..hasna..go & collect your books quickly...i was arguing with him for you because that man was about to go home as his working hours are over and everyone had collected their books except you so i was telling him to wait till you come" she finished.

Oh! she is such a nice girl.

I thought and gave a gratitude smile to her, then I scuttered to collect my books and we returned back to hostel.

When we entered into our room...we saw a heart throbbing scene..

On the floor we saw a wailing Deepa...

we both looked at each other and ran to her..

"Deepa what happen? did anyone said anything to you. Tell me, I will kick their ass" Nina said worriedly.

I was looking at Deepa not knowing what to say..

Deepa shook her head and continued her sobbing...

"Then, did any seniors came and ragged you" I asked her.

"No" Deepa replied.

"Then, why are you wasting your valuable tears" Nina said chuckling a little.

This girl doesn't know when to joke..

"Are you feeling home sick" i asked her again softly.

Deepa shook her head as no..

"T.." nina was about to say but i stopped her...because we can't force her to tell her about her problem na..

"It's ok. whatever might be the reason, let it out your sadness by crying loudly so that you may be feel better" I told her.

By hearing my words nina was looking at me weirdly while Deepa hugged me..

I was taken back by her sudden gesture..

"I just needed a hug" Deepa said.

This all gestures are new to me.

After sometime...

We broke our hug...

"Now, are you feeling better" i asked her.

"hmm.." Deepa hummed at me.

"now tell me who made you cry" nina once again asked.

Deepa smiled sadly at her & said..

"It's personal." Deepa said hesitantly while looking at nina & me.

"personal" nina mumbled with a little frown adorned on her face.

Thankfully Deepa didn't hear as she was in her thoughts..

Just then..

I heard a mobile ringtone...they both are looking at me..i was perplexed that why are they both glancing at me because it's not mine..

"your phone is ringing smiley...lift the call it may be from your home" nina said making me go into my trance.

It's not my ringtone then...as i know that my ringtone is "wakka wakka" i thought....

Anyway I took the mobile from my pocket just to check whether it is mine or not..

To my surprise it's mine...i was baffled and was keep on glancing at my mobile.

"what are you looking at...lift the call" nina said making me come out of my thoughts.

I was confused and nodded my head while glancing at the caller id it's says some detective...but my phone contacts doesn't have any detective name....i wonder is this really my phone?

I was about to lift the call but before I'm gonna lift the call it ended... And as soon as it ended the wallpaper on the phone is also mine that indicates it's my phone only but what i don't understand is...how did my ringtone got changed and added to that the pic on my phone is mine but not the same which i had settled as the wallpaper...

The pic on the phone clearly shows that it was taken two days backs when i was at beach...but at that time no one is there to click my photo then...how did it appear on my phone.

Nina shook my hand..

"what happened? Are you ok" deep asked me.

"hmm...I'm alright...it's some unknown number" i lied.

"oh.." they said in union luckily they didn't saw the caller id.

I glanced at Deepa who was looking sad while tears are falling from her eyes. I wiped her tears while she was looking at me with an unknown expression and hugged me tightly again. Nina to join in the hug and we both said a soothing words to her...not me mostly nina as i don't know how to comfort others but i did the best.

After some time she stopped crying..

"Group hug that too without me" urvi said while coming into the room making all of us chuckled at her. We extending our arms. She ran to us and engulfed us in a hug.

Never in my life I thought I would make friends on my first day of my college. Hope we all will be friends till the end.

"oh god...we forget to take a selfie of our first group hug" urvi said making us giggle.

She took her mobile and said..

"say...cheese" urvi said while holding the phone and was about to click and we all said in union...

"cheese..."

Haha...we all laughed looking at the pic which we are all giving a toothy smile on her mobile.

Just then Deepa stomach grumbled making us remember that we forget to had our dinner all this while.

Deepa got embarrassed while we all laughed at her...

"oh god it's already 8:30..we are late" nina said and we quickly wore our slippers and scuttered to the mess while laughing as urvi & nina were pulling each other legs.

We reached the mess and took our plates and stood in a line. Actually our mess is both for boys & girls and the food will be served by ourselves as the chefs place all the dishes on the table in an order so we have to serve our food by ourself that too without wasting it...

There is que...so we stood in the line while chitchatting & laughing loudly with each other while giggling at the jokes of urvi.

Suddenly I heard only my laughter all over the whole mess as the people in the mess suddenly stopped taking nd became silent which caused my loud laugh heard  by everyone..

Ayo kadulvale!! way to embarrass myself..

I nervously pinched my lips and slightly peered at the people...but all eyes are not at me instead they are looking at somewhere...I let out a deep breath thinking none eyes are at me..

I was thinking but came out of my trance when i heard a whispers from near by me..

"Hey they are so hot "

"They are hot but they are so dangerous yaar..they are pretty much the most popular guys in our college. None dares to mess with them"

Dangerous...

"ha..I heard from seniors that if anyone goes against them then the outcome will be very bad nd not only that no one dares to go against them as they can do anything with their power in the college. If they eye on something or someone then they won't leave him/her..."

At now i mentally noted that the person who these people are talking about are dangerous so i shouldn't go in their way while prayed to god.

I wonder who are they...so i slightly whirled around...

I saw a group of about 5 guys walking like a snails...

"they are so so hot" nina mumbled.

"umm..?"

I didn't get a clear view as someone who is taller than me was standing beside me...

I tiptoed a little to take a glimpse at them as I look at the guys when they came a little forward to our side nd as soon as i got a clear view I was stun & rooted to my place..

Among them one is my handsome hunk...

I mentally cried thinking the strangers words..

They are dangerous..

All were looking at them with a little fear silently without having their food..

Those fives guys walked to a table and sat there and talking to each other in low tone normally like they are used to it. They were about to glance towards in my direction but i turned my body towards another direction thinking to hide my face from that hunk as if he saw me then definitely he will kill me..

"hasna..move.. "urvi said  making me look at that que which we are standing was moving now..

I nodded my head and walked to the food section nd was serving food on my plate..

At now all were resumed their eating with a little noise. I stood a side with fear to wait for my friends by facing my back towards the populars... making sure to hide my face from the handsome hunk.

All my friends came...while we looked at each other with fear lacing on our face..by holding our plates and was about to search a table to sit..

Suddenly..

"Hey close up.."

Close up..

Who will address a person as a toothpaste name..

As soon as we heard  all the little noise had stopped and there was again a pin drop silence...

We four looked at each other with confused...

"hey...strawberry color top girl... where are you looking at...look at the back..we are  calling you only" someone said.

Someone said making me rooted to our place except my three roommates who were looking at me with horrified look like I am some alien..

Why they are looking at me...

"Hasna they are calling you only" nina said making me froze..

I got stun and realized that i wore a strawberry color top..a fear crept in me...

What if they rag me...

"Didn't you hear us or else you are pretending?" The previous voice said making me sweat due to tension.

"Go, Hasna or else they will rag you more" Urvi whispered.

"Don't worry..smiley..i'm here only..if they will rag you more then i will protect you" nina assured me.

I nodded my head nd turned around and glanced at that direction and get terrified..

The guys who called me was from populars. I saw the handsome hunk who was looking at me with a cold face...there was no emotion in his eyes. He was sitting along with four guys....who were the populars. They are all also looking dashing like him but not more than my hunk...

Wait...when did he become mine...

Arghh..all were staring at me except that hunk averted his gaze just now from me...

I slowly walked to them nervously while wiping my sweaty hands on my jeans as i handed my plate to nina..

"why did you take so much time to come to us..." the guy asked me who had a curly hair but was looking cute in that style.

Why he is calling me close up..

I gulped with fear and looked at the five guys...

All were looking at me like I'm some kind of food to them...

"what's your name?" That curly hair guy queried me.

"h-hasna" i said in low tone.

" Did you hear what she said cabir?" one guy said to that curly hair guy...I mean that cabir which i got to know his name now.

"Nope..." cabir replied in serious tone.

I was fidgeting in my place with fear..

"say it loudly close up" one guy said who had a spectacles and looking a little arrogant like my hunk.

What...oh..hasna...he is not yours idiot.

I came out of my trance by hearing the voice of the other two guys...who didn't spoke till now.

"come on fresher...say your name loudly"

"or else we won't leave you" another guy who wore a yellow t-shirt said.

I was feeling anxious and my heart is not cooperating with me as it was racing like a bull added to that, that hunk was boring holes into me like he wanted to burn me with his eyes..

Ayyo...kaduvalu...i think he didn't forgotted the kiss scene which we had accidentally...

What if he already told  to his friends that i kissed him..

What if he wanted to take revenge from me...

Hasna come back from your thoughts they are asking you something..

"hasna sastry " i said little loudly so that they can hear..

That's when the handsome hunk stopped glaring at me as soon as he heard my name with a kind of emotion like guilt , sad in his eyes but i can't name it and I didn't like it at all.

"Don't you know that you should address your seniors as sir or madam" cabir said.

Then i realised that i forgot to address them as sir...

Huff till now i thought boys won't rag girls but i was wrong..

I nodded my head & said..

"Hasna sastry sir" i said while looking at them.
