Beautiful Fiend: Chapter 27

I trip on myself the moment I attempt to run. Managing to catch myself against a tree, I glance back at Caden. He’s a being of the night, fitting in with the darkness like a demon fits in hell. His black hair is messy, thick strands falling in his moss-green eyes. The only light around us is the moon shining above us, but I know the moment I run deeper into the forest, that will disappear, too.

He flashes me his most wicked smile as he slowly walks toward me. The devil is silently telling me he is going to make me his.

Inhaling a sharp breath, I face forward again and start running. I was freezing cold when I arrived, but the whiskey and the fact that Caden has just spent nearly half an hour touching me and bringing me close to the breaking point have warmed me. I’m already out of breath despite having barely started. I’m drunk. MMA training keeps me away from drugs and liquor, but now that I have nothing to look forward to, I don’t really care anymore.

Fuck, I had completely forgotten how lethargic my body can feel from drinking too much. My legs weigh a ton, and everything around me is fuzzy. I don’t think I’ve run five minutes when I must stop. I brace a hand on the closest tree, bending over as the world tilts around me.

I didn’t even know this was something Caden wanted to do. Having me completely helpless so he can use me? Of course, he would want that since he loves abusing me.

The fact that he gave me an out for the first time makes me feel safer with him. I glance around and see trees among trees, among more trees. That’s all there is. The forest is alive, branches creaking, owls hooting. I laugh to myself. Safe? With Caden King? Who the fuck am I kidding?

Something snaps behind me, so I twist around. His shadow walks through the trees like a monster coming to get me. I’m little red riding hood, and Caden is the big bad wolf.

A giggle escapes me, excited by the chase. I start my race again. My belly is heavy from alcohol, my clit sensitive in the cold air, and my mind entirely free.

My foot catches around something, and I practically watch in slow motion as I fly forward and crash against the ground.

I grunt as my knees and hands are cut from landing in muddy soil. Going on all fours to catch a breath before getting back up, I look down at my pale hands against the dark ground. My hair is falling in front of my face, and I shake my head.

“What a stupid idea to wear a white skirt,” I mumble to myself, my mouth feeling like cotton.

“I agree.”

I shriek from fear. Turning around, I fall onto my ass in the mud. Caden is right behind me, a foot on the huge root that must be the reason I’m not standing anymore.

The fall reminds my brain how drunk I am and my ears ring. I can barely discern Caden from the trees surrounding him. Everything is fuzzy, and I squeeze my eyes shut before opening them again.

“Your hair down gives you an even more innocent look,” he tells me randomly. “It’s beautiful.”

Everyone knows I’m not innocent. But my eyes, my body shape, and my hair all make me look like I’ve never caused harm in my life.

Bringing the bottle of whiskey to his lips, he takes two large gulps. I watch as his Adam’s apple bobs up and down before going to his eyes. They’re staring right into mine. He runs his forearm against his mouth, wiping the liquid from his lips before lowering the bottle. His eyes go up and down my body. He walks toward me slowly, and I try to crawl backward, but my muscles feel useless.

“I’m drunk,” I slur.

“You are.” He smiles, and a chill runs down my spine.

“Don’t hurt me,” I say in a moment of weakness. I can feel the way I’m unable to defend myself.

Now right next to me, he squats and observes my entire body. He runs his knuckles against my jaw. “Now, that I can’t promise.”

Before I can take my next breath, he wraps his hand around my jaw and pushes me until I’m completely lying down on the forest ground. There is so much strength in his gesture that my head snaps to the side, my cheek pressed against the pine needles and mud. I can’t do anything except lay there as he pins me down. My body is refusing to respond to the calls from my brain, and I look at Caden’s blurry, strong form through the corner of my eyes.

There’s a low growl in his chest before he lowers his mouth to my ear. “What happens when the hunter catches the prey, Billie?”

With his other hand, he presses the cold bottle of whiskey against my wet pussy. A sharp whimper escapes me. “I-I don’t know…”

“It plays with her. Tortures her.” He bites my neck sharply, making me cry in pain. I don’t miss the fact that the prey is a her. “And then it kills her.”

Fear grips my stomach, but I know I can tap out anytime. I will if I genuinely need to. I don’t feel like it…yet.

He licks the exact spot where he just bit me and lets go of my face to lower himself between my legs. He lifts up my skirt and tilts the bottle just above my mound.

“Ca—shhhit! It’s cold!” I try to push him away, but my muscles are not responding.

Pouring the liquid over my pussy, he buries himself against me. I feel his tongue lapping at the whiskey against my clit and let out a low moan.

His warm mouth soothes the cold of the liquid until it must run out because I hear him throw the bottle away. As he keeps licking my clit, I feel two of his fingers pushing into my pussy and grazing against my G-spot.

“Fuck!” I cry out, incapable of keeping quiet. My voice resonates in the forest around us, and I hear a flock of birds flying away.

His incessant tongue lapping at my clit brings me close to exploding. I feel my toes curling in my shoes and my hands grappling with the wet soil around me. Until he pulls away, extracting a scream of frustration out of me.

Grabbing my hips, he flips me around and crushes my face to the floor with a mighty hand at the back of my neck. Again, my cheek is against the cold ground.

I hear the buckle of his belt and the sound of his zipper. His hard cock presses against my entrance, and he pauses.

Time stops, the forest quietens, and the wind around us halts.

Caden’s whisper is as loud as a scream.

“I’m in love with you, Billie.”

He pushes into me so violently my stomach lurches forward. I grip pine needles, attempting to crawl away.

Everything is blurry. Did he just say he’s in love with me? I cry out as he thrusts into me harshly again. My body is on fire, my soul floating above us and looking down at the savages we’ve turned into.

The air wheezes out of my lungs, but Caden continues relentlessly. I feel my pussy tightening around him as my heart beats harshly, ringing in my ears. My stomach contracts, my chest desperate to drag in air.

I gasp as my entire world erupts into a million pieces.

I think I blackout for a moment, but it doesn’t stop Caden from thrusting inside me like his life depends on it. He continues fucking my limp body as I crash back down from the most beautiful agony I’ve ever been through. He flips me around again, and I can see the glint of the hunter in his eyes. The monster grins at me, loving the fact that I’m just a lifeless doll for him to use.

He pushes my knees to my chest, getting deeper inside me, and slows down his movements as he starts rolling his hips. Against anything I thought possible, my body warms up again, my muscles tightening, and a band clenching my lower stomach.

I groan as I feel another orgasm building up. I think I tell him I can’t do it, though I’m unsure if the words actually come out or just another moan.

Keeping his pace slow, Caden brings me to another climax. He falls onto me as whimpers push past my lips and he swallows them. His tongue caresses mine, and I feel him hiss into my mouth as he releases inside me.

I’m so dead after that; I don’t even know how he brings me back to his car. Once inside, he turns it on and blasts the heat toward me.

“Little bee,” he says softly, bringing messy, muddy strands of my hair behind my shoulders. “Say something.”

I stay silent. My gaze is lost on the forest, the alcohol starting to wear off. Being drunk feels like nothing after the orgasms I just experienced.

I wrap my arms around my stomach, noticing that I’m wearing his leather jacket. When did he put it on? I feel dirty, cold, and sticky between my legs as his cum runs down my inner thighs.

And I know something must be truly fucking wrong with me because I turn to the man who broke me and put me back together, and I smile.

“I’m in love with you too,” I murmur so low it’s barely audible above the car heating.

I don’t miss the way his shoulders relax or how he runs a hand through his messy hair. He grins at me with such genuine happiness that it brings tears to my eyes.

“No one knows me the way you do, Billie. From the worst to the best. You’ve seen it all, and I would never want anyone else to know.”

I swallow, taking my time to digest his words.

“I love it all.” I lean toward him and put a hand on his chest before giving him a chaste kiss.

He deepens it, sliding his hands into my hair and forcing his tongue inside my mouth until I’m breathless.

He lets go and frowns. “I want to spend the night with you. The whole night. Not bits of it until one of us has to escape because the other’s crew is around.”

I sigh, dejected. “Me too, but we can’t go to my place.”

“Not mine either. Sawyer has been busting my balls, mentioning you too often for my liking.”

We stay silent for a few minutes, until an idea comes to my foggy mind. “I know someone who could give us a place for the night.”

He turns to me and cocks an eyebrow. “Who?”

“You’re not gonna like it.” My mouth twists, knowing what his reaction is going to be.

“Who?” he insists.

“Jake.” He’s about to say no. I see it from the way his lips press together before he talks, so I cut him off. “It’s his old foster parents’ house. He used to live in the pool house, completely separate from the mansion. He hasn’t lived there since senior year. I’m sure he could give us the privacy we want.”

“Ugh, Billie,” he huffs, raking his fingers through his hair. His posture stiffens, and he shakes his head. “Why are you trying to turn me into a serial killer?”

“I’m not,” I laugh, throwing my head back at how extreme he is. “We probably won’t even see him.”

He takes a deep breath, his nostrils flaring as his jaw tightens. “Fine,” he snaps. “Call your fucking ex for a favor.”

“Always with the big words,” I snort. I grab my phone from the pocket in the sweater and look for Jake’s number, hoping it’s still the same one. I keep talking as I look through my contacts. “We just fucked a few times. I wouldn’t call it a relationship. Ah, found it.” My eyes snap up only to cross gazes with a furious Caden.

“Mention you guys fucking once more. Just one moretime, and I will put a leash around your neck. Every time you say something I don’t like, I’ll pull hard enough for you to choke.”

I gulp, the seriousness of his voice twisting my stomach. “Sorry,” I mumble.

“You will be.”
